We had an exceptional experience with his employee Marcos and Brad. They exchanged our sewer lateral and put in a backflow valve (needed in Pacific Grove). They got it fast, did a great job, were left the place clean.
Last year, had a drain line out of my kitchen. Called Brad, who delivered Marcos over. He had been on time, worked quickly, and got the work done right. Could not enjoy it more, I will be calling him again have time something comes up!

This is for the Santa Cruz Shop.This plumbing support is plumber and your greatest I have used. Brad affirmed the appointment in the morning cleaned up later and mended my garbage disposal. I did not fall over when the bill was seen by me! I would use them again.
It's potential Brad and his staff are plumbers that are adequate, but I can not speak to it because they jumped two appointments together with me and the two times didn't bother to inform me they were not coming. Shame on them for trusting their apology for missing the first one and promise to come another moment. I can not give zero stars, but that's what zero function deserves.
A week we had plumbing problems and they finally got to be a lot of: toilet sink, kitchen sink, and the bathtub stopped draining and there was sewage odor. Brad and his pipes came the day after we called and they fixed all the drains and discovered a pipe below the house was leaking and pooling (which was exactly what made the odor, not ACTUAL sewer, and thank god). They were knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and efficient.
