Tim was really nice and answered all of my questions. He told me his direct number while on the line with me personally to make sure I said that the plumber will be to provide schedule and quote had it. The plumber called within 15 mins, mark. If I need a plumber and although we chose to do repairs ourselves this time, I'll call them again.
The plumber Ernesto, on website was great! He explained what led to the matter and how to avoid it in the future.
When they told us they'd do it, I feel blessed that we will be able to find someone that did what they'd say they'd do. That's not necessarily the situation. It's very good to know there are builders out there you can trust.

The rudest guy I have ever dealt with. I called searching for emergency support and was advised oh probably not til tomorrow so I explained I wanted someone out now (because it had been an emergency) so I loved his time and he went on to become impolite hang me up and then send me a more passive aggressive text message. I am mind blown off to be honest. Not a company that is professional.

Jim was friendly, very polite and professional. During his evaluation, along with the pipe, that a leaking water supply valve was noted by him. He took the time to explain and make recommendation on which he had to do to mend both leaks. Upon my endorsement of the job, he contacted his office and I received a call from Tim.

I had a pipe leak under my kitchen sink. I called plumbing firms and Tim out of Brandon Plumbing called me right-of-way. I told Tim I had the job done on that day since I'd taken the day off from work. Tim took that and dispatched the tech to show up in my house before lunch time to appraise the flow situation. Based on my conversation with Tim, his tech Jim finished a job in Pinellas County and I would be the next client. I must say, on this day we had storms that are very bad and Jim ran just a bit . He also called to let me understand his estimated time of arrival.
Well, what more could I say than'five star service'? I called Tim at 9:00 am with a crisis request at one of my rental properties. Bathtub faucet handle and renter not able to shut the water off. Within minutes he had among his technicians, Mark, scheduled to push out. Mark coordinated via cell and text with me and my renter, arrived on-site at 11:00 AM-ish. Ten minutes later, the problem is fixed. Everybody's happy.
Brandon Plumbing saved. I called plumbing organizations to help me out. I'd sold a house and also the hot water heater went from the day of closing. Tim was able to come over give me a quote on the fix so that I could show the owner that it was taken care of. I love his attempt. I would highly recommend them as a plumbing company isn't known by the majority of us until we need you.
