Bria Plumbing & Heating

I am relieved to have found Bria Plumbing. Scott has replaced corroding pipes in my basement and I'm likely to get him back. Bria Plumbing's costs are reasonable and affordable, and Scott has been accommodating with programs reliable, and most importantly to me, he does a superior plumbing jobthan I have seen in the past. He is comprehensive and complete and pays attention. And to top it off, he does a job that is clean-up that is fantastic. It's like he is currently doing the job in his own home - this is how there remains a business successful, excellence in every way.

Do not know much about them but has been referred. Work done in Master Bath. Left a message for find an estimate. Two days later got a call back. One of the owners said they'd come outside to look on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Called me on Monday Tuesday that is most likely to state would call to confirm. Never revealed or never called. It has been 10 days. There's a lack of technicians who provide customer support at Fairfield County. I can't imagine how long a job takes if they can't follow up to provide a quote.

A no show after promising to stop by and no call to say"sorry, let us reschedule." No call back from them days following my last message asking"what happened?" . They don't require new customers. I understand plumbers are busy in winter. Are there not enough plumbers to do the job in CT if that's the issue?

This is my first Yelp! Review but I needed to do it b/c I would recommend Bria Plumbing & Heating. The proprietor Kevin and his partner Scott were friendly and honest it was a breath of fresh air. We had them assist our new thermostat put in and to move and also install a gas fit. Bria Plumbing's workers are pleasant and professional as could be. You won't be let down. I would give 10 begins if I could.
