We came across a plumbing problem. There was an obvious congestion which resulted in our pipes WASTE hardwired into our master bedroom bathtub. My husband and I were unfamiliar with any plumbing companies that are reputable. I went on the internet and"googled" local pipes companies. I found Brite Future had 2 reviews as well as a couple others. I am always a little skeptical with testimonials because I believe some companies leave their own reviews or their friends/relatives. I digress, I phoned Brite and three firms was the only one to respond. Within two weeks, plumber Chuck was at our property. He managed to clean our lines and also educated us a little on things we could practice to avoid congestion. So not only was the client service the price was also reasonable! I had appointment and no one showed up noone called. It moved to answering service who stated emergency plumber could call within 30 minutes surprise called After I called office. The next morning I called their office to speak with a very rude arrogant girl who wouldnt allow me to speak and kept saying im wrong they had been there and they called and no one answered door or phone save yourself time and hassle and dont use this business that the people dont realize they are in the company of"customer service" I feel bad giving them 1 star because I cant give zero. Horrible firm.
