I did not end up using Dan. But I want to say here and now that simply talking with him demonstrated to me that his rave reviews are well-deserved, and then a few. He helped create my water crisis much more bearable.
Then, a true miracle happened: My plumber said he knew I was in trouble and called me back and could come right over. The temporary patch job is going to be completed shortly. Next up: of distribution line complete replacement of about 60'. Schedule 80 PVC or possibly copper.
What a wreck! I decided to try Yelp. I found the reviews of Dan Browning. Once I called, he answered his phone. He gave me some terrific advice on what to do and how to get it done. Text messages were exchanged by us and I sent him photos of this rest. He said the next moment he could see me.
What a nice man. Patient and kind and educated. He is strongly recommended by me.
The break happened only so we determined we couldn't call until the next day in a plumber.
Thank gawd this wasn't all occurring on a weekend! For this writing, we've been without water service.
We had a rest in our water supply line. I had a nervous breakdown trying to locate a plumber notify me and to come out and help take care of the problem. My renters weren't somewhat pleased about NO WATER.
I originally suggested to me by my go-to house repair guy and called a different plumber and my regular plumber, both proficient. After reading hints on Edhat I called three other plumbers. Everybody was"on a huge job" or unavailable.

Hubby made a DIY disaster on Sunday afternoon....drilled a pit directly on the main pipe.
Called another two emergency pluming services; you have us wait patiently for at least one hour, another one was voice message. Called Dan and he picked the phone up straight away and came in 20 minutes and took another 20 minutes to have thing done, good job. Not the cheapest cost but the one that you can depend on on Sunday afternoon. One year warranty.

We had a break in our water supply line. Because it had been the day before New Years panic began to settle in as many plumbers were not open or answered their phones, but Dan picked up fast. He fixed it within 15 minutes and showed up fast. We're blessed and relieved to be able to rely on Dan!! Thanks!!

I called Browning Plumbing Construction out of a recommendation cause it leaked that I couldn't fix myself. He knew what to do, After he saw it.
Price, the service and professionalism were great. The price has been much less then what I was anticipating. I would highly recommend.

We had a experience with Browning Plumbing. Dan, the owner, put in a drain for our bathroom sink and all around was great to work with. I enjoyed that he came by in day to show me he had done did all of the work himself. He was left the bathroom clear, and timely, practitioner; I will be using him again.

We had some work done on our natural gas piping. Dan was within 2 hours our condominium. Dan managed to do the complete project, although I believed the visit would be a quote. It was out of service for daily, although I believed that my cooker would be out of commission for a week!
This is and I'll be utilizing Browning Plumbing for almost any other plumbing I would like. Dan was faster, cheaper, and more competent than his rivals!

I picked him because of his rave reviews, and found Dan on Yelp. He replaced a toilet at a reasonable price , in less than two hours and I could not wait to get to my computer and also connect the chorus!

I just noticed that my former valid review with this Plumbing Business had been"filtered" and shelved. That's a shame, since it is not everyday that you locate services to rave about.
