Baker is the best plumber in the city! He has done many little tasks for us, so when we had a well difficulty, we hired him. It turned into a project that required multiple trips into the home on account of the problems and a lot of difficulty solving. He remained calm and committed to a settlement understanding how important it is for a homeowner. He's top notch and I highly recommend him!

I've used BST today. The two adventures - the communicating, scheduling, pricing, function, and clean-up. Much plumbers before finding BST, I used. Bakar gave me a price and came out with no dedication needed, unlike others who bill a lot just to reach your residence. Highly suggested!

I have used them twice. Both times they showed up promptly (once out of regular business hours) and got the job done correctly.

I moved across the report, of his firm why he would not suggest using a liner at the cast iron pipe and could handle and called BST back. He too said the job was something that they would not handle.
I'm under contract for a home. Based upon the home inspection we had a plumber. I called on a Sunday depending upon yelp saying, call for an estimate. I called and the call was answered.
This company wasn't used by me for service below is the reason why the high rating.
After discussing the issue, I made an appointment Friday. On Monday I managed to find a company to come out on Wednesday.
Another firm provided their findings, did the camera and came. Another firm said the job was to larger for them.
I appreciate the level of customer service provided and honesty. They did not waste my own time. When I have have a plumbing needed they will be totally used by me.

I was satisfied with this corporation. I had been in crisis with a sump pump after the rain in my region and known as 10 pipes companies to obtain an emergency appointment. All stated they couldn't fit me in. I was extremely upset and nervous until I called BST and spoke with Bakar who was sympathetic but came out and substituted my sump pump. He was considerate, quite knowledgeable, and honest. I can sleep well tonight knowing that I will not wake up tomorrow into a cellar. I urge them

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY***prices $300.00 to unclog a kitchen sink that required 5 minutes. States he had an issue with my credit card and wrote it down wrong. Didn't have a problem running it through 2 occasions for payment. Harassed me continually at all hours, nasty and threatening text messages stating he would come to my work, showed up at my house on many occasions. This was all in a span of 3 days. Strong arm tactics-- this could happen to be handled professionally. I have fixed the payment problem. But continues to intimidate/harass me. **There are many more specialist plumber organizations to choose from don't make my mistake.

Trust. Bakar was to my house twice and both times were real and educational. I trust that plumber, pricing with and the finest I have worked. Plumbing problems I have asked him to check out have rather turned into education and suggestions of household treatments where he might have done a very simple check and billing me. Trust.

Bakar was on time coming to my house. He did quality work that is high on the water pipes and water heater. I am quite happy with the results. He was polite and pleasant to speak to. I would strongly recommend him to any future clients.

Bakar came as promised (Saturday @ 8pm!) And immediately repaired the toilet (the inner parts found in the tank were out of order and the shut off valve was frozen). We consider the charges to be reasonable that he worked on a weekend and given his experience, he provided of the parts. Bakar was extremely pleasant and donned little booties so as not to track dirt in our residence. After he left, the work area was clean and free of debris. Yes, we recommend BST Pipes and we'll use them .

This review is long overdue being though I have relied upon him for all my plumbing issues over the past several decades. He installed a water commander from flooding during hurricane Irene, for me, which saved my basement. We had lost power for several hours and we'd have been up the creek. literally. Ever since that time, he's flushed my water heater replaced the inner workings of my toilet, and cleared a shower drain. He's da bomb!! I recommend him to those who are in need of a plumber that is trustworthy. My only fear is that when the secret is about how amazing he is out, he will come to be too busy for me. :)

Years ago I searched for a trustworthy plumber. I found these guys and he came outside to do work 3 days. He is very professional and I have to replicate FAIR. In fact I couldnt do research last night to find them and thank god I did because I have more work and recall the business name. I wouldnt hire anyone else. Im surprised that this business doesnt have more testimonials as they are the very best. You wont go wrong and cant.
