I can't say enough about this group! From the initial phone call, Joe was friendly and personable. We had a backup water issue that is massive and they were prepared to help! We needed to stay at a nearby resort and they were able to fit us in their"already packed schedule". They got us back in our house. (shortly after needing to dig our basement). 5 Star Service -- Highly Suggested!

I hope they do not fix drains just like they push. Don't know who drove this specific van in JP but he cut me off no warning and almost ran me. Super job guys. Keep it up. Two children on the car with me also! Drive a little safer next time...

Patrick has been knowledgeable, extremely professional and adequate priced and came out tonight. They found a blockage and did exactly the exact same thing to the day almost a year ago for us. My wedding band was flushed my Second floor toilet spoke with my plumber down and he suggested that I call Budge It. This morning I phoned and earlier Noon my wedding band was retrieved by them. They treated my loss like it was their own and came into my home. I am a custom jeweler and this particular bit is irreplaceable in my eyes. Thank you because even tough I really could have remade the bit, I can't replace the significance of it. Forever grateful!

I cannot thank those guys enough. They went over and beyond to locate a priceless heirloom ring, and they had been individual, considerate, and so kind. They really cared for getting back this for me. They took extreme care to check every nook and cranny and actually found the ring! I would recommend this company without hesitation. They are AMAZING!

The gentleman from Budge It Drains told me that he would take care of me and they were at my house 1hr. later. I was greated by Patrick who had been very professional, pleasant and the guy. He clarified that the pipes had to be substituted and explained everything and unclogged and got right to work our principal drainage pipe. I already knew that but due to limited funds have been not able to get the job done but have been saving for the occupation. Like the cost of the job of today, the quote given me to do the job was aforadable and we'll finally be able to repair our system. I have been searching for a long time to get a business to do this job for me and I discovered them! If you're trying to find a business with professional quality afordable support and family professional technicians seem no farther then Budge It Drains. I strongly recommend. I can't say enough good things about the company. When I called the office this morning I was greeted by a really friendly gentleman and explained to him my plumbing situation and my 90 year-old mother with Alzheimer's was residing in the house. The house was clogged and my mother was so afraid she was going to need to leave the house. Of course my mother is on a fixed income so price was a huge issue. When I spoke to him about this I was amazed at the price I was offered by him compared to a former company who'd been here to do exactly the identical work. When this happened, mother paid 3 times the cost to have the exact same job. It took her weeks to recuperate.

I phoned them on a Sunday with what appeared to be a filthy pipe to the main (a problem that basically shut down an entire 2-family home ). They showed up within an hour, as promised and gave a fair price on the phone to me. But this was just the beginning.
Mike decided that the problem wasn't a clog, after working for quite a while without complaint, but a faulty ejection pump. As opposed to throw up his hands, require payment for his time and wander away from the problem, he called it , and over 90 minutes, another man (Pat) showed up with a new part.
I am super impressed with those guys.
The technician, mike was respectful and very nice of the home. He even took his shoes off (that meant they needed to go back off and on again every time he moved outside to the van), also took good care to place drop cloths everywhere to make a mess.
Pat was very respectful of the home. In addition, he took his shoes off when he went , he put the non-functioning pipe in a bag before removing it in the home in order to not drip, and if he needed a grungy pipe from the bad pumphe wrapped it in a towel prior to bringing it back .
From start to finish, they exhibited a level of professionalism which you don't find. They will surely be my call the next time I have a problem, and I recommend them without reservation.

There men are professional, responsive and fair ought to be your first call for any drain issues that are internal.

Very impressed with the reaction time and professionalism of the organization.
I called on a Saturday afternoon really stressed out with all our plumbing that kept backing up into our basement. Assured me he would have someone in my home in an hour. At roughly exactly 1 hour following the call Budge It Drains Fixed my problem, came, and was $150 less expensive than Roto-Rooter!! I am so happy I found them!

I recommend Budge It Drains! I got a call back within five minutes, and called on a Friday afternoon. Mike was courteous, prompt, and effective, and removed our drain fast. Cost was reasonable, too!

It was a crisis call for a kitchen drain that is clogged and Joe came to fix it.

I was having an issue with my toilet intermittently flushing. Fred augered it, took off the toilet, came into my home yesterday claimed there was no congestion some build up. When he was placing back the toilet , he asked if the toilet was"rocking" previously, and I stated that it had not. He said because he could bolt one side of the toilet that the copper flange ought to be replaced. Since the problem has not been fixed, for persisted. Another plumber came back out today and he claimed that the problem was. I asked why they had charged me $160 to auger the toilet when the problem causing the flushing was a result of the flange that had to be substituted. He couldn't answer my question, then walked out of my house and drove off without addressing my concern. If the flange was the matter, they charged me to get a service call as they don't replace flanges and should have stated that upfront before augering. $160 later and I am in no different of a position than before they came out. I feel as if they stole $160 and were not willing to make the situation right.

AJ has been professional and friendly and came over. I phoned them and they were at my home in an hour! Fantastic service at a sensible price. I wont wait for a moment, if I have to call them .

Do not even call anyone else to get a quote - Budge It Drain is. The ladies in our house have long hair. We downsized from 3 baths to 1 (eeek!) And we trywe keep clogging up the tub drain. I've had to call for drain service 3 times now - Budge It had been the 4th call so I've a lot to compare to... They came IMMEDIATELY, they were faster at clearing the drain in the older plumbing than any of the other businesses that came and THEIR PRICE WAS *WAY* better! They cleaned up any debris left and were really nice guys. Tell them Renée sent you once you call and inform your friends. You need a company that you can rely on when you do although you do require a drain firm.

I had a clogged kitchen sink and Joe came out and fixed it the same day I called. He showed up when he said he explained the problem, would and cared for it. He was very nice too!
