On excellent work and time. We had the pleasure of having Demanne and Adrian as our service providers. Contrary to other plumbers that we have had in earlier times there weren't any pressure or fear tactics. We had tasks and they informed us every step of the way. It's evident that these two young guys love what they do and it comes out in the quality of the workmanship. I request these two guys and highly recommend this company.

SO OVERPRICED! Save your money and get many opinions.
I'm giving 3 stars because the tech that came out was a very man that is wonderful.
Two bathrooms that had to be repaired. He quoted us Someone we liked with more experience that fixed it for half of that.

I hate writing reviews and wasting my time, but the fact that I spent 700$ for a service that has been insanely simple and easy upsets me.
As far as researching my specific valve, finding the parts and same day pickup, I actually could have done this service in 3 hours or less. I really don't see driving to Home Depot as a 700$ support, and yes, I'm sure someone there might have pointed me into the parts that are appropriate.

Your documents are not accurate So far as scheduling no. I had zero options when called asking if we could reschedule when your technicians COULD NOT MAKE TIME AND THE SCHEDULED DAY. I asked if there was any chance they could make it that day (that I believe"notifying you that it was a problem") and was denied. I have to haven't rescheduled in hindsight, but I chose this company so that I went to make sure they would come out. I did expect some kind of discount due to the day that is missed. In case you can not make it on 14, don't book me Monday. I never, ever asked on Wednesday to get a consultation. Your secretary made a mistake, own it.
The sole reason that a membership was chosen was so that I literally picked THE alternative given to me personally. I do not like the fact that they attempt to get you to obtain a membership.
Unbelievably overpriced. I had a shower faucet that would not stop in the ideal place and'd mixing issues. All I need was told the parts and that I might have gotten everything done myself, but rather than what should have cost $200 to get a faucet repair, it cost me $700! Not to mention how they couldn't make it out on the original day that they said they would. Then they rescheduled me once I told them Friday. Mike was a dude, so that is a positive. Must have called someone else
Really didn't like the quantity of telephone calls from your own reception. I got probably 4 calls Monday letting me know"I was being serviced today","I was next in line" and "Someone will be coming soon", when ultimately you couldn't make it out? That is just annoying.
I guess that I just got played, you are correct, I should have taken a while to research the item and might have but I figured since this company has great reviews, they must have pricing that is fair. It's clear that they simply groom their testimonials and work hard for folks to post favorable reviews. But ultimately, they've got my money and there is.

It was created the best that they possibly might be by Bumblebee Plumbing, although it's never a pleasant experience when you are having plumbing job done. The two Mike J and Michael P did a fantastic job, worked hard, and kept me informed of everything they were doing. I was very pleased with the job that they did and their professionalism.

This is a company. Plumbing service, workmanship and exceptional customer service. All that and really fair pricing! Highly recommended!

What cost gaugers. I'm new here and had a faucet fixed. I called these guys and a guy came to examine the faucet. He explained that he had to cut through the rear of the wall and had to substitute something. To keep a long story short he said it was $1200. Soooo, I found someone who used to be a plumber and he came and fixed the leak for $120.00. He rescued me $1000.

Well all I can say is on fixing our running Bathroom, they came out to Teach us After 30 minutes of schooling and also a quote of $1200 to substitute our Krohler bathroom

Desired a plumber. Called Bumble Bee Plumbing. They sent someone out . Sam was quite polite and completely professional. Described the options and got right down to business. Another satified customer!

This review is all about 2 months due to my busy work schedule, but I needed to state what a wonderful job Mike P. and his team did with installing my water softener system and brand new shower fittings. Mike fixed heads and didn't even charge anything extra and came back. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 since they are on the side. I know I could've saved half what I paid had I used a different firm and I will tell the water softener is top notch, although they supply excellent service. When I inquired how much it would cost to install a new bathroom faucet I purchased from Home Depot, their cost was nearly $250 (and that was the discounted membership cost!) . I found a handyman who did it. I need Bumblebee was more aggressive with their pricing.

These guys are From sending to my tech Greg, who spent much time answering all my questions. I could not believe how patient and knowledgable he was! If I EVER need any plumbing completed, I will not hesitate to call (and use) them! Thanks for Dee Dee and Greg for creating this FLAWLESS!!

They fix everything and came out. The guys we are very professional. I am hoping I don't have to use them but when I do I will call them. Thank you Bumble Bee.

We've discovered a new plumbing company. Will be calling.
They even offer financing if necessary, thought that was fantastic. Their work is warrantied by them .
Michael C was awesome (not the owner)! Friendly, explained everything up front. Worse case & best scenario when it came to replacing a part of my main water line. He did an exceptional job! Took advantage and went together with the year membership for potential discounts. I have plumbing needs at my property.

I booked an appointment on the that morning, in just a few hours I got a call that they'd be out now to address my issue. The gentlemen that came were amazingly polite and took time to explain to me what they found, took the time to verify a few different things out for peace of mind, and sat down to explain the cost options and what every price point supposed. Definitely recommend this business, and will be using them.

, adrian and MJ installed the unit. They were professional, polite, and careful. Observing the installment Adrian showed me the required care for the softener.
I suggest this team-and when needs arise and we'll use them.
We had a very positive experience with Bumble Bee Plumbing. Our water heater crashed and it was time to replace it. Adrian did an assessment and came out and gave us some choices. Their service was way above average. Their team does a nice job of communication about time for their visits-and they appear when they say they will. DeeDee and craig in their office are in contact on the afternoon of their appointment-and the day they predicted to follow up after to make sure our needs were fulfilled. Certainly, they place a high priority on client service.

Our men's room bathroom not worked, and our plumber was not able to accommodate us. We called around and Bumble Bee was the company that committed to assisting us ASAP. They came out within a couple of hours did the repairs and we're up and running soon. Each aspect of my contact with them was stress-free and professional. I would strongly recommend them and we will be using them again if the need arise.

Mike, the owner, called to follow up on my worries. We had a conversation about why I felt the way I did about the cost and what occurred with this job. He talked with the plumber who confirmed that the labor cost was somewhat high considering that the shower was opened up and came out and the faucet has been accessible. Ultimately, we came. I abandon the interaction feeling good about the company for doing the right thing.

But they were nice enough to not charge me to get the work done since the bidet wasn't working. I will call you guys back for another bathrooms and appreciate the gesture
I phoned Bumble Bee Plumbing this morning to acquire a bidet spray. I thought that the work involved could be as simple as installing the bidet which I had purchased which in itself wasn't very hard but Jesus and Greg found difficulties with the valve, proposed that the plastic pipe that was worn out had to be replaced. I still chose to go ahead although true, I wasn't expecting any of that work so wasn't prepared for the cost of the repairs. When they eventually did install the bidet we understood that it was a faulty one (had a manufacturing defect). What a bummer!

These people didn't actually do any work for me, so I won't comment on their work. I got connect to them via HomeAdvisor. I had a water pressure regulator which was not functioning, I did a test with a psi estimate. I desired a quote. They would not offer a quotation - even a ball park with no $39+ trip fee to inspect the part. They might do work that is fantastic - but I won't ever understand.

This afternoon my water the in yard broke. The support techs were in my home in 2 hours and mended my water line the same day! They were awesome, explained everything to me, quotes were clear and they were effective. Since they had to dig a hole that was fairly 13, they cleaned up after themselves and I had my water. Highly recommend if you need any plumbing needs.

The business called me to request my feedback on their support, and actually phoned me a few times to be sure that I responded. That the value added from their services was explained to me by the support director. I don't find that with companies, who follow up and request customer feedback. This has been much appreciated.
I had a broken gate valve on the water service line entry to my property. I contacted this business, based on their assurance to supply"no real surprise pricing" . Mike, their support technician, arrived on time and has been professional. He explained work and the options and gave me a cost to replace the entire assembly. While a little higher than what I'd have paid an plumber, the workmanship was excellent.
