Outstanding. Chris was the man who came out, and determined that in fact it had been a problem with all the grout seal so there was no immediate work to be 33, and caulking. But because I had paid $125 for the service call (a more than reasonable price for its first hour) he remained around and gave us a few ideas about the way he had seen similar situations handled previously. He recommended that Cassini Tile & Marble come take a peek at it, and was quite helpful and enlightening. They'll be here Monday, so we'll see what they can do!
