I need to update my review because I just obtained a full refund in the mail now for the expense to diagnose the problem this does not happen very often and I am quite impressed.

After the installer left my home (he was there 10 minute ) they phoned me to get payment. I was only toldthis occurs, the area could head out in a few months - I said, so there is no guarantee on the job after a month - ? Yep.
**Sorry it's NOT NORMAL to replace a thermocouple every 3 months on a two Year-old water heater, contrary to what you told me**
I requested numerous times, what caused the exact same area to head out again because you did a"diagnostic" no answer. (The manufacturer asked me to inquire for the diagnostics/testing, I was given nothing) All I got was,'' you may either pay me , or I could go back indoors and disable the part to the water heater and your tenants will have cold water.
November 29th, 2018 Allow me to begin by saying that I used C&M - that they were excellent. Quick, comprehensive, and explained .
I won't call . . .there are too many contractors out there which will work with clients to ensure return business.
If they offer a guarantee on their job, I inquired, they said not beyond 4 weeks. . .which is strange, every other plumber I have worked with even a case by case basis, or typically offers a calendar year.
Please note if your Whirlpool water heater is creating a banging noise and then the control module goes outside. . .it may be that your burner assembly iron grid place that is top has holes in it and. . .is impacting your gas flow flame and needs replaced.
These guys do a great deal of work but also pay for the guarantees on Whirlpool water-heaters. My burner assembly went bad = cheap Chinese parts. Trump should get this fixed! We need American water heaters with burner assemblies that are greater quality!!! . .choose this company since their yelp reviews are Wonderful
I had a problem with a whirlpool de arts and service provider for replacement of a water heater part. I called C&M Professional and talked to Jeremiah. Not only was sympathetic, he was educated of the situation in general the morning after, and his firm came out to fix my water heater! Many thanks

Called Mike to a Saturday at 7:30am with a foot of water to the lower floor of a bungalow I had Available. He was creative in getting out the water quickly and had been in the house by. Mike's quote to the work saved my customer over $1200/$1400 the 2 other calls that I and he loaned my customer a sump-pump for a copy for the weekend.
I'll use C&M Plumbing later on.

There aren't words for how amazing these guys are. Out afterwards said property company ignored a sewer escape for more than a week, from delivered them. The property firm failed to tell C & M several elements of what was going on with the home's pipes, but Mike and his colleague a few of them were issues. They managed a repair of my subfloor piping, but made it done at and what I can only presume is a 18 inch crawl space, if this. Thank you C & M, I'll recommend you!
