Rarely do I come across an individual builder who possesses that rare quality of understanding his value: more commonly understood as the quality of his work, measured. Often, average folks expect to get paid more than they're worth, and top notch pros are unaffordable.
Albert Sandoval, DBA Cal Tech Plumbing is that one. He's one of these rare stand up men who never utter a word on how he got stiffed and will take you on the chin. Don't get me wrong, or think he would be back next week, and that you could tear off him for more- he's not dumb. Albert is one of the professionals I have hired in a commerce that may be crap- literally. He clinics it with professionalism, dignity, and determination and understands his trade. His rates are reasonable and fair . And if for some reason you need to get cut a little slack, he's the contractor who'd do a job with little gain because he thought it was the right thing to do, considering all of the conditions. If these qualities weren't sufficient to make you want to call him , imagine this: I live in Seattle, Washington and that I wanted a plumber in Whittier, California, and that I wanted him immediately- that I had a genuine crisis, and was at the mercy of any plumber who said,"Well , I've got a lot on my plate this week,and now I'm a little backed up, but let me see what we can do." I needed to be happy to pay a significant premium (more commonly known as getting over charged, fleeced, gouged, any any number of other things). I phoned him while he was in the middle of a ditch and never did he let it go to voice mail and dismiss my telephone. He shot my calls, hour after hour, because he's among the professionals who does not have an inflated view of his own significance. He's just like a doctor who does house calls, or even a service station attendant who checks your oil, washes your windows, and checks your tire pressure and is quick about it. He reminds me a tiny bit of the kind of man my 90 year old dad was back in the 1950's when he would come home from the fire station after battling fires all night, throw his overalls and go pour cement or lay a block wall to get a neighbor. Cal Tech is not to go out of business because of poor management. In other words, these guys are top notch in every way, and you'll never walk away wondering,"Did I pay too much?" On the contrary: Albert and his men will leave once you've paid him, and the next day you will wind up a state,"Wow, what good work, and what an amazing price." What's the catch: Am I his cousin, or his brother-in-law, and this review is a ringer? Not at all. I've never met the man. In fact I had never heard of himthat I had no reason to. I live in Seattle and had some emergency plumbing done in Whittier as I said, and that I got more than I bargained for. I got top notch work, of the maximum quality, and paid a price- in 2019! Unheard of! Call Albert at Cal Tech. On the contrary- you will be glad.
I've been hiring plumbing contractors for almost 45 decades, in construction projects, both commercial and residential, in addition to for my own home projects over the decades. I've seen quality work that was far too pricey, and work that wasn't worth run my charge card or the time it took to write the test.

Today, had a positive experience they do work and are well mannered. Were impolite. Cal technician fixed my water heater and I have yay! Very joyful my issue was resolved.

I called laminated technician drains & pipes out to my house when my water heater burst in front of the home. The technician Albert came outside, recognized the issue and gave me also a fair price and a fair opinion about. He and his assistant did the job immediately and I couldn't be happier!

So I thought I'd give them a try, I had problems with my bathrooms and kitchen sink a friend refered to Cal-Tech me. They were on time and mended my drain problems by snaking out the main drain and also they recommended a camera of my plumbing that I did and to my surprise they discovered roots! None of the technicians provided to look at my plumbing and we are pleased with the service. Decision They substituted a section and installed and dug the pipes out a bigger access in case the line needs to be snaked out again later on. Very friendly technicians and professional service.
