We had a water leak in our kitchen space, called Cape Plumbing and Steven came out and pin-pointed the flow location instantly. He arrived back to repair, he arranged for them to come and setup and also advocated a restoration service. His helper and steven did a fantastic job in fixing and cleaning up afterwards!
Kudos for this company!

Ouch !!! Nasty attitude from the fellow I spoke with just today. I need a water tank BOX for a specific thing I'm packing for a transfer. I offered to cover whatever. . .come pick it up. . .And he bit my head off. 'NOOO. . .IF YOU WANT A WATER TANK I'LL PUT IT IN'

Excellent support. Arrived within original time window and Arsenio (very professional and nice young guy ) solved my clog fast and answered all of my questions. Why I should apologize, he offered additional services and explained. I said I want to think it will tell him. He said of course and gave me his card. I will use Cape!

Called Cape to repair leaking hose valve. They scheduled appointment. Promptly came and mended what was required Arsenio from the Boca office, by a very respectful, polite, and professional young man. Could not have been more happy!

So far so good! I came to discover a mess. Water coming out of the cupboard under the sink and on to the ground. We predicted Cape at around 6:00 and approximately an hour after Thomas was in the door. Where the leak was he fixed the faucet. He was fast, courteous, and knowledgeable! I got their name.

Had a flow. Called this company after company didn't appear twice. Appointment was from 4-6pm. He didn't call me. Tenant was not called by him. He did not show up. He didn't return calls. It is as simple as that. If this was you, what do you really think?

As a real estate professional we will urge their organization and solutions and would highly recommend them.
After purchasing the house one week later we found our water meter ran at the street however no water ran in the home. After calling for plumbing companies and getting four stories with estimates ranging anywhere from five to $15,000 differential we had been known to Cape pipes via the listing of Angie.
So it is extremely rare to find a plumbing service that truly understands customer service beyond simply providing a service and is honest.
Their bid to repair was not just sensible but it was guaranteed.
After spending over 14 hours at our home and we had been left with the issue solved up and charges the utmost professionalism in managing.
Not only was impressed but I was blown away by there technology professionalism in regards to diagnosing the situation.

He was a complete plumber using a personality to match. He rejected the offer and we wanted him to proceed with us although he mended the flow.
Friday a toilet leaked and the valve shuts off.
Neighbors recommended Cape Plumbing and we called (as preceding NYers we didn't expect anyone to answer the telephone ). We spoke with George and he scheduled us for exactly the same day involving 3-5 pm ( not possible!) . Robert Ratliff called twice with updates from the street ( no manner, we said). .

I called a few plumbers could not even receive a phone call back. He had been honest and straight forward with the pricing and 19, when I called Steve from Cape Plumbing. We scheduled within 48 hours and support water heater was replaced. I have to compliment Mat on the work done, he had been very courteous and explained everything.
I had been working on remodeling my garage and decided I couldn't install my utility sink with no alterations, so I decided to telephone. I called about noon and was but expecting them to be outside for a few days since it was a Saturday, however they send someone out straight away. The tech that came out was up front on the cost and everything was contained (including a few extra components ). He had been efficient and tested everything until he left. It was a bit more than I expected but it was worth it.
This is actually the second time that I used them and I highly recommend them. I will be using them when I remodel the bathroom later this year.

I'm adding for Cape Plumbing to the numerous reports. I phoned them and they apologized for not having the ability to come until the next day. That was nice, I did not expect them to have the ability to come that exact same day and it was not an emergency. A two-hour morning time frame they gave me. Thomas said he may be running a bit late and called me that morning. I appreciated the telephone. He called when he had been on his way and showed up just around 5 minutes after the period frame that was first. He discovered the problem with my water heater instantly and made the fix quickly and efficiently. He gave me the price before he started the work. Because my problem included the circuit breaker and the hot water heater, I'd called an electrician the day who wanted to replace my entire circuit board. Besides being unnecessary, it would not have solved my issue. I will use Cape Plumbing for any plumbing needs and will recommend them. Thomas went above and beyond expectations and the price was very fair!

If you have some plumbing issue, call these men. Prompt, courteous, and they actually know their stuff. Steven is the guy who responded to our call for assistance. He arrived early Sunday morning. He should be referred to as a water detective, rather than a plumber. He's captured the ears and experience to discover whether or not we had a leak. Our problem was solved by his detective work.

I had a leak in the ceiling of my garage. I had another company come out and told me they could not help. Late 5, I called Cape and was surprised someone. He explained to me how he can locate the leak.They had somebody out the next morning. I think his name was Michal and that he took one look and said he could locate the issue. He managed to get the leak and repair it and cut a small patch of the drywall. He cleaned up the entire area and took images. The price was reasonable. I would strongly recommend them for any plumbing work.

Child came out however he estimates $475 and come to learn that's not exactly what needed to be repaired to us.

Great firm. Spoke to George who put the appointment up and Bo (Robert) showed up to do the ceremony. Following a search he found there wasn't a problem with the pipes but the seal around my shower and charged a minimal fee to the support call. His previous appointment was in Miami so the trip was worth more than what he charged for the service call and now I am at Lake Worth. If you want honest plumbers, call Cape Plumbing.

I must say very grateful Cape Plumbing was recommended by my brother, we called in the kitchen sink with a crisis leakage and also we had an Awesome, Honest Service tech Michael!! We feel awesome with the experience we were given by Michael and genuinely will use this company for many of our plumbing needs in the future. Couldn't ask for a much better experience. Very specialist from the time they took my phone to the time they had been done. The gentlemen that went out to run the tests was friendly and on time. Would recommend.

I contacted Cape Plumbing on a late Thursday night and was pleasantly surprised to hear back from their supervisor who had been concerned about my pipes issues and sent out a plumber at 9AM Friday morning. Bo, the plumber, was honest prompt and an extremely hard worker. He managed to repair our issues that weekend. Following the repairs my Husband and I had any extra concerns, we contacted Steve F. and we came and resolved our issues on a Holiday. I am extremely satisfied with the work and the pricing for services. We had a few hiccups along the way but everything was resolved in a timely and skilled issue. I will use them in the future.
