I had a man come out to take a look at what choices I have to get a HVAC unit and also provide me a quote. I have since called them 3 days to find the quote but not heard back from them.
What a fantastic organization to work with. The service was exceptional and completed in a manner that is timely. Before the work started, options and explanations were granted. The bill was less. ( Very unusual in the present world ). To top it off, I got a call from their billing department that they were the money and which I had written the test for $10 over the invoice. That is HONESTY!
We have been using Carefree for years - exceptionally professional - ! We have utilized them for furnace repair, installation and general service for more than 15 decades.
After our service call, a drain got clogged which caused water to float a drain and cause any damage to a wall. Carefree came out blew out the drains to ensure proper flow. They scrutinized the minor harm and without hesitation brought to resolve the damage. Materials sometime occurs - it is how you deal with it that counts. Carefree passes with flying colors!

Worst service I have ever had. I had guys come out to give recommendations on the best way best to repair the lack of heat in my kitchen. Each time they said they would get back to me with a plan and they never did. After I complained about the lack of service, then one of the directors, Dave, came out a few weeks ago. Dave told me precisely what they would do and he would send a variety of guys after that week, to focus on my duct work. Well no one came and I never received a call back, when I called back to set up some thing. Bishop Heating is the way to go. Bishop Heating has been on top of everything after I got them engaged. Carefree Comfort, honestly, was one of the worst customer service experiences I have been a part of.
Carefree Comfort picked up the phone when I arrived at the selected time, scheduled an appointment and called. They offered an option that fit our needs, as opposed to charge an arm and a leg to get an inferior fix. Nicely done.

Carefree Comfort did good job at an affordable cost and came through in a pinch. If my hot water heater failed, Nick and Dave phoned me same-day and were able to eliminate the faulty one and replace it. Were neat professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend them highly, and call on them , if needed!

Really a top notch professional company. Noticed my own water heater went out in midnight. Had a brand new water heater installed by following day. Would have given 5 stars if they could have installed a water heater but not in their own skill set I guess.
I happily write a review for Carefree Comfort. It is for and -14 out the first time my furnace shut off because the 68 degrees I'm utilized to feeling were attained by my place. I called them when I thought I had a problem. It is actually a funny story. We talked it through, we decided they did not have to come out, I could simply change the furnace filter. Duh! It worked my place warmed up nicely. Now, after the motor running on it I smelled a burring odor. I so appreciated that these people who I'd never used before, had solved my earlier problem, I wanted to call them. They were out a minute ahead and told me some time. As I moved a box lid which held kitty food and that a Pet Smart tote in the ledge the bag stuck to the stack. Voila' the plastic has been the odor. I told Sergio he could go attend some other emergencies, he stayed, cleaned the sensors and other parts. There were other outcomes or not any burning components. I'm inspired by their excellent customer support, even if user mistake. If needed I would call them.
Our 26 year-old HVAC system needed to be substituted. We received 3 quotations. Carefree came in not only the lowest but took the time to explain us our choices and tell us why we did not require the high end for all of the products. They scheduled the job within 2 days of contract signature. They told us it would be a day occupation. They came promptly at and got to work. By 5 pm they said there was a tiny bit left to move so rather than come back the next day, they stayed till 7pm and completed the job and got our device ready to go. By 9pm our house temp was back down to 75 degrees. MUCH appreciated. The next day among the owners came to walk through this system's use and make certain everything was in order. Somone DID pick up the phone, After we called on Saturday day and from 6pm there was a technician out here - .
