Now Carlos Esquivel came outside to access a Freon leak in our AC system which Carini Air installed in 2014. This isn't first time we've had problems with the Freon (past year) along with the previous tech that came out said there wasn't anything wrong (not sure that he even assessed ). When the problems came up again I had been reluctant to call Carini air, as I'd lost trust in their assessment. I did call a second company, they came outside, called Gabriel Carini personally and Gabe did authorize this company to fix an air leak and assessed for another leak. The device was so a leak was found. I decided to call Carini and give them a chance. Carlos came out, explained the cost and what he needed to do. We spoke for awhile on my feelings and how come Carini did not stand behind their install. I was planning to proceed to repair the problem, customer service and their work must stand behind and until Carlos stated he understood my frustration. He restored my faith in a company which states they're there for the client, but really follows on that guarantee and did the job. If Carlos hadn't stepped in to fix the incorrect carini was a day away from losing a client. You have a client for life and will recommend Carini Air to anybody looking for an honest company to manage.

As I said previously, I had been referred by friends who bought a system that was similar. The Carini salesperson came to my house to tell me about the products they market and he finally convinced me to buy the system - it was a WiFi enabled system! That being said HOW do you sell a client a WiFi enabled system adapters rather than tell them?
Be sure you're getting a comprehensive system, although if you're relying on the salesperson to offer you a complete system you may have to inquire (if you are going through Carini), if the machine they're selling you is a comprehensive system. 
That being said...
Turns out I had been sold a WiFi system WITHOUT the WiFi capacity that's COMPLETELY USELESS if one desires to use their smartphone as a smartphone.
I will preface this by giving a 3 star rating once after returning from my international mission, and because I have just dealt with Carini before being assigned abroad and saying I'm Carini client.
Now Carini would like to bill $867 for components, tax and labor (online the WiFi adapters cost $166 each). You attach the adapters to the CN105 interface on the unit controller board configure MAC and Bluetooth addressing in Kumo Cloud.
I had my old, out dated, LOUD is replaced by Carini house fan, blow in attic insulation and I decided to order a WiFi enabled split AC/Heat system that is dual. I had completed the arrangement just before going in an 2.5 year overseas mission. The machine was installed while I was abroad, with my tenant (a friend of mine) overseeing the setup procedure on my own behalf. 
She'd rather push buttons. 
Buyers beware. 

After my discussions with their salesperson I chose to utilize their services because they came highly suggested by friends who had used them about a year before. 
I discussed my desire to put in a similar AC/Heat system since the one he'd installed in my friends home and sat with their salesman. 
As the salesperson told me I'd be in a position to do, had Carini sold me a platform, which I really could utilize as designed, I'd have given them a 5 star rating.  
Now I sit and think of the thousands (more than $10k) I had spent purchasing attic insulation, a whole house fan, along with a WiFi AC/Heat system, components, taxation and labor, and they didn't incorporate the much needed Kumo Cloud WiFi adapters that have to have been mentioned/sold to me personally in the initial order. Had I known this was going to be the situation I'd have retained research other AC/Heat installers.
I wish I knew when he had been selling me a totally WiFi ENABLED strategy when he sold me a WiFi system, I needed to ask my salesman!
Flash ahead to 2019, I returned began to set up the WiFi enabled system Carini installed. Lo and behold I discovered I had been sold a WiFi enabled system WITHOUT the needed Kumo Cloud WiFi adapters.

All the reviews you read about cancelling job afternoon of, arriving upselling were my experience too. In addition, after finally arriving to begin install new hvac employees are rude, noisy, left a mess. Knowing I had been with windows open not to mention my neighbors, they turned iPod super loud and were mad when I asked them to turn it away. They wrapped up to go to dinner after working ONE hour. I asked when to expect them ? Rude lead man really replied he had no idea. Maybe two hrs. They had not decided where to go. Wth? Never call them for whatever.

This Saturday, jacquin was fabulous with replacement and a block drain of components. He kept me updated until he was a joy and came. He was extremely courteous and timely respected my home and reflects Carini in all the ways they'd need him to become. This guy will go far. Sandra E

They were pricey (I am in the contractor business ) for the job that had to be performed, but due to other businesses not even giving me a callback in their"24/7" service, I did not have many other choices.

I had a leaking pipe in my rental condo. I called all advertising as 24/7 emergency support, about 6 locations. Only 2 managed to provide to send out someone that day. I had as it was in a condo complex and components become shut down when the water has been shut off. Their 24/7 line was called by me and they informed me that the technician will be calling me soon. He called within 10 minutes and said he can be there in 30-45 minutes!! He was very considerate and accommodating. He gave me a fast price also took a look and proceeded to work. He had and he finished up in under one hour. Great technician!

Can not say enough about the entire experience & team at Carini. Had our unit installed a couple months ago & from day 1 that which has been top notch. This company hands down takes care of its clients even after install.
Jason helped us secure financing is a phenomenal guy and learn about permit process & the entire setup. Never felt like we were being pressured or upsold on anything.

I first purchased my new AC/heater from Carini before my twins were born. When they did the installation they did a fantastic job but I had been a little pregnant to even think about writing a review. Anyways, they did a fix for me that was under warranty. Ross in their office gets questions answered and is always careful. Omar who had been in charge of finding the fix is good! The fix did not go as easily as it should have (replacement parts came broke) Omar handled everything and worked tirelessly to get matters right. If you are currently looking for good, careful and honest quality technicians give an attempt to Carini.

Called for drain cleaning, asked for appt. After 3, were available next day. Worker cared for business. 39 bucks now I can handle. Would use them for that support.

Ricardo and Leo jr.. Have an wonderful team. I had difficulties with my drains and fortunate for me chose the right organization to help. All queries were answered by them, showed me what was wrong, and gave me several options for repairs. Call these guys if u want work . You won't regret it!

I used these men to look at a leak in the kitchen. I'd some mortgage documents on the counter and they were being stared at by the man. Hi knows. My bad for leaving that stuff about the counter but I grabbed him!!

We did a complete new heating and A/C system within my Craftsman house. They had to cut all registers that are brand new and run new ductwork. The install was challenging and took somewhat longer than they anticipated - no extra cost to me personally. Jason (sales) was a joy to use, and really knows his stuff! Miguel and Raymond (install crew) were also top notch. Would highly recommend this firm to the heating and air requirements.

Carini's customer support is top noch. From the home trip once I was given quotes to the install took 1 week. I love my new A/C & heating system. I looked for a quality firm I couldn't be more pleased!

Wonderful business and assistance. We were doing our research about mini-splits to cool and heat rooms in our home. Carini was called by us and moved to their own offices and met with John Bodini. Spent an hour and made an appointment the next day to come to the home. Very thorough assessment and explanation of our options. While a bit more expensive than other businesses, we are so pleased with or choice. They arrived to perform the install and so were professional from start to finish. We picked 4 indoor units and they work excellent. There was an issue with one of the units and returned the next day to repair it. So happy and I strongly advise using Carini!

Encounter with Carini. I was able to generate a fast appointment to have an aged tankless water heater that leaked water onto itself replaced. Gilbert and Leo explained the pros and cons of our options consulted with my wife and I during the setup. When we noticed issues they came back and ended up placing out the unit and including a circulation pump at no charge for the problem. Professional, courteous, and also the water heater works great. Strongly recommend using Carini.
