When knights heating and atmosphere was its own business the customer service was fantastic. Since being taken over by Casteel customer support and appropriate is a thing. Called with concerns now that we hadn't obtained our care plan that was redi in the mail that we have had with knights for 6 decades. We were informed that"knights was no longer" and that our plan had expired. Why was it not sent out was no response, our second question. Then told noticed or a strategy has been up. Even discussed phoning else where and getting other rates, dialog ended with a"good luck" so unprofessional and impolite. Knights was better off.

I've been utilizing Casteel for regular maintenance for two decades now. Both times, they send the technician, and that he is quite professional. Ahead of his birth, you get a message along with technician's image and his location. He won't ask you refill or to change gas if you don't need it.
Unfortunately, I had to replace one of my A/C units. They sent an exceptionally educated/informed and quite professional sales rep. I adored what he needed to provide when compared with other 4 estimates I got from highly understands companies in the areas. They provide. What I have discovered during my research that it is not the brand of this HVAC that keeps it going, it is the proper setup of it. I would suggest Casteel not for regular maintenance, but Casteel is the way to go should you need to change out your units!

I work for a company which does one thing and scale commercial HVAC I know is that you can't cheat on the install. Equipment that is good and An excellent install means longevity!!! With that most of those salesman from companies wanted to use stuff to decrease cost. Also they advertised one brand but attempt to push a brand in the identical price. Technician was great! I managed to receive an appointment the exact same day I called. I later discovered that the $250 for one ballast in 1 light was very expensive Though I agreed on the estimate. I emailed and asked for a breakdown of those services. I was advised they couldn't do that. Odd! I had been told that 60% was 40% and setup was labor? What about the parts? I have been utilizing Casteel, because we moved to Georgia in Sept. 2009. Everything they've done for us is quality work. I had, Elijah one of the great electricians using Casteel, replace my landscape lights and he did a great job and I would encourage him anytime.

My husband and I have sold and purchased homes, and we have had to use times that were Casteel to get both homes ready. My mother-in-law recommended Casteel to us, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. Additionally, the service is super-speedy, and if anything is awry follow-ups are managed straight away. We have experienced two HVAC installations, plumbing, electrical panel replacements, and a water heater replacement. Salespeople and technicians are professional, prompt, and fair. After hearing a few horror stories from friends and family that have gone with contractors, it clear that we could go more economical, but we'd get rid of quality and the reliability which Casteel provides.

My home needed a heating issue. $71 charged to evaluate the issue and quoted $1050 to repair. I'd another licensed dealer. Another company charged $35 to evaluate and also a much less cost to repair (around $600). Not sure when you experience an problem, what good the service arrangement does. I won't remain with Casteel, once this service arrangement expires. They're friendly but I felt I had been ripped off by them. I'm very sorry Knight offered to Casteel.

I'd advised Casteel to come do some function that was simple to replace a cut wire. They gave me a 12 hour window to come so it that is flat out absurd. They explained they'd show up between 8a-8p. Expensive!!!, although Immediate I had a toilet up on a Saturday morning and called Casteel. Very courteous and efficient and has been told that the simple fee for clearing the blockage with a"snake" was $39 and extra charges for the gear. Plumber arrived on Sunday afternoon, did an expert job and charged me $198 for the job ( it took about 15 minutes).
Not sure I will go that path again.

However, their quote came from WAY too large, 2.5x greater than the quote I got from the company I ended up using, and Casteel wanted to utilize a flexible pipe"for faster installations, saving money based on time" The company I ended up going with employed black steel pipe (which ought to last more ), and ended up being $800 (2.5x) cheaper. Great company!!! I'm probably one of the most untrusting and cynical customers a company could ever have. Mainly, because I have been ripped off and it's hard these days to find people and companies that don't attempt to take one to the cleaners. Well, I was shocked that this company was filled with people. The owners, the technicians and everyone I dealt with was easy to deal with and was not about making such money as they could off me. They were all about making sure the appropriate work was done and taking care of me. This company made me a life long customer in one visit!
