I have has the misfortune of getting plumbing issues in the past 2 years. By the grace of God Casteel has helped me to appreciate good service and quality. A broker is always available when you call customer service.
I have worked with some fantastic technicians. They're clean cut considerate by keeping their boots professional specialists. They show you items you would not be able to see possibly and work with ethics. I love the advice and explanations. They'll work with you and the job will be done right the first time. Casteel is my go-to hvac, electrical and plumbing.
The light fixture in my bathroom burned out so I needed to get someone and this really is a property.
On a side note...I really like that you get a text message using a"Track your Tech" link so you can see exactly when your tech will be coming.
Within two days of calling Casteel, they had a tech (Henry Henderson) at my property. And this was on a Saturday!
Henry did a great job explaining my options, and by mid-afternoon I had new change a new light fixture and new breaker installed.

I will say I was shocked at the $ for one 3 ton system along with one 4 ton system (both 2 phase systems ). (Casteel installs lennox programs which have good evaluation ). I did get the following quotation for a similar system (Trane) and it had been almost the exact same price! We decided to utilize Casteel because of our long term relationship together and because of the guarantees offered.
We phoned Casteel for a quotation, after determining that it was time to substitute two 17 year. Since we have been very satisfied with their support over recent years, they were called by us first. Joe, the design adviser, spent time letting me tell them what I wanted in a new system and answering my questions. He did testing of both approaches. We desired an energy system, that heated and chilled 22, since we intend to stay in this home. Our original systems were builder standard and very noisy. Joe recommended some additional duct work to enhance air flow.
Install crew was efficient and the work area all was tidy and neat. Bottom line.... I adore my new HVACs. I'd have done this earlier if I understood what a difference they would make! Reported that Casteel consistently does a fantastic job.

Cas-STEAL Terrible service, company that is terrible. They substituted a blower motor on a 3-year old furnace and after three visits (Feb 3, 4 and 5th) stated,"Sorry, we can not find it out what was wrong". No joke. Now I am out a motor and it doesn't work. I researched it on the internet and discovered it was a pressure change. I replaced the part myself ($10) and it worked fine. I complained to the company but THEY DO NOT CARE. They're right about something - they will take Great Care of you... incredibly terrible care!

Thanks for the outstanding service Casteel supplied during my latest 2-system furnace tune-up Tech Justin Haughn was discharged and performed a comprehensive and comprehensive servicing for the two systems. He was informative, and made sure my furnaces were completely prepared and he installed new free filters . I am completely confident that it will be a warm, comfortable winter in my home!

The company articles it would phone and talk about, but did not follow up. Here is a picture of my own rental properties under contract of filter for one. NOT replaced since Feb 2018!!!!

**Update: had somebody outside again, found a flow, said office could call me office did NOT. Two days later called them back and got somebody outside today who says he's mended the leak. So - I expect it's functioning, but with somebody at the office would've picked this up instead of having to follow up on my own.
So our air conditioner, and furnace, all went out in the last six months. You know that's a payment each month, however we should have a system - Casteel installed. Last week it stopped functioning, someone told me about all sorts of installation issues made and came out next day, but he repaired them. Today, it's not working. We phoned them and they can't get somebody out here until Wednesday and also the only person available today is their dispatcher, despite advertising as"always available ." Need my neighbors to beware this location.

Disappointed at the Support from Casteel. We used another heating & air company who was sold to them and since the agency has gone down hill. The customer service representatives will be the worst... you never hear back from them. Go somewhere else!!!

This is our first experience with Casteel and it could not gave been better. The technician came on time after a call to tell me he was on the road. He was professional and polite. The job was completed by him and gave me a detailed rundown. We will definitely be utilizing Casteel.

Yeah, No thanks. I told him I would get another opinion. All the while he kept wanting to stress sale me , while I kept telling without getting another opinion, me wasn't likely to make a repair like that. He finally abandoned.
Casteel came outside to work on a plumbing issue for me today and before the plumber even bothered to take a look at the issue that he was quoting me a 600 replacement and trying to bill me to take a look at the issue. He was very pushy about having me consent to the $217 before he'd look at anything whilst trying to inform me he knew the adjustment into the PRV wouldn't work and that I was looking at a 600 replacement installment.
Tomorrow I've another plumber and should I want this PRV valve replaced I am looking at $295 total.

DO NOT USE! Air, reliable Heat & who recognized the problem and saved me $2,000+. Casteel diagnosed an issue that put heavy emphasis. After finding this out, I reached out to his team and the representative and received no response whatsoever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Lied about issues with my AC unit and fortunately enough I have a second opinion from

I was having a closing on a house that when I donated a fridge it was leaking out of the ice maker line. Casteel over 15 minutes placed a washer on the line which corrected the matter and came out. He then went on to bill $200; he stated he can charge me more, when I stated that I thought that to be a price. I protested the fee and they refunded me $50. I feel that repair must have been covered in the excursion charge.

Tried to call today to get an appointment to get my own HVAC appeared at. Couldn't get through the telephone lines, was only kept on hold. While holding, '' I went on their site and saw you could create an appointment. They had! Outstanding! My house is freezing!
A phone call back saying I could get an appointment in 3 weeks. No, I told them I booked an appointment online. She states the internet booking process isn't current. For a business the size of Casteel? Isn't it up to Date? Then the accessibility to create an appointment ought to be removed if not up to date. Poor service. Said no thank you for the 3 weeks.

Avoid these guys like the plague. Same 19, because they can get there I brought them out to look at a heat pump repair job. Their quote was roughly $2,300 but once I asked Doug, the onsite technician, to break out parts versus labor, he said"we do not do things that way." Putting aside the suspicion such concealment increases, the question needed answering because the parts were still beneath their warranty and Casteel is an of Lennox equipment, which includes the unit he diagnosed. Doug said he would pass that advice on to the workplace, whereupon.I dealt with a girl named Ashleigh. Through email and the phone, she would (from what she said) interact with the parts department, and return to me with mealy-mouthed claims such as"the device itself look like it wasn't enrolled" and"Due to the parts not being enrolled with Lennox. My Components appeared into the parts number and it appears like it was not either transferred into your name or enrolled.
I'll write to seek Casteel's decertification as of Lennox equipment.

Do not use this company. You will be over charged by them . Wish I never known them and I have no clue how they are still in business, suppose enough men and women have been tricked by them.

I was a faithful customer for several years. . .no more. Sad, I will find someone else who is not looking to rip off people.
I have used Casteel for years previously, always had support and the care program but something has gone wrong. I chased them this spring to do AC care. . .just never showed up or learned from them. Today I decided to try them on a problem I am having. Scheduled the appointment, and as we are hanging up the rep tells me their will be an $89 trip fee. What? You want $89 just to return to my house and tell me what is wrong?

I'm quite disappointed of this company because pricey their repair service. Translated in a $272 charge. A simple device that price approximately $40.00 I had been charged $233.00 along with the diagnostic cost of $89, minus $50 coupon. Lesson learned, before hire a HVAC firm, I will do my homework and I will get several estimates

I strongly recommend you stay away from doing business with those folks. Paid over $6,000 for system. First we had a water leak from them not performing the pipes. Water came through our bedroom . We had no AC for several days - the individual who set up the system made a leak in the Freon line was found by them. Took a couple of days to come out and fix. We have moisture and sweating on unit and the city inspector failed the job. One nightmare after another - they also have reduced the skill level of builders and should have grown.

We have been really happy and used them for our HVAC. We had them outside to get an estimate on some plumbing work and they quoted us. We had one of their top, reputable opponents come out for a second opinion and the quote was $4,500. That's an outrageous difference!

Called to get a plumber to repair a wall mount toilet. These are not the men to call for anything above DIY projects, although the customer support is top notch. The Expert with assistance arrived within 4 hours, everything was incredibly well communicated with email and text updates, but such as Santa, the Expert had no clue, suggested we needed a full replacement of all the plumbing and toilet and was fearful of carrying the toilet off the wall. He guessed it would be about $6500. He'd send me an estimate (he did not )
I have to note that Casteel did not charge me a cent, even sent me a invoice revealing nothing.
A plumber mounted everything and the toilet is fine for just south of 500.
