Do not do it. There are better and more honest companies out there which are more affordable. A flow in the line was identified after initial use although we contracted CCL to install heating system and a mini-split a/c. CCL gave us the run around for years by refilling the line with refrigerant to get the system functioning temporarily or occasionally doing a bandaid fix by adding a leak sealant. Their fixes would only last before the A/C or warmth would stop working . They'd always promise to fix the leak permanently at the next appointment (we now have several mails and voicemails to collaborate this guarantee ). But when another appointment was left by us, the process would start all over again. Story exactly the same consequences for years. Frustrating.

I have sympathy for this person and in fact I tried to help him. My real problem is with the owner of the company who provided no more compromise to us. One of the employees had a medical condition which caused him to become emotionally impaired and behave. I spent an whole day fighting with him and actually chasing after him and missing my work. It was horrible.

Again it was installed quickly and works flawlessly. The tech for both was great - he took the opportunity to answer our queries and was educated. He left the area pristine. I would not hesitate to urge CCL.

Where do I start with these men. He started the job took deposits on both HVAC and plumbing work separately. He has never done that an HVAC job. He screwed everything up entirely. We had to tear out his rough work and start over completely with another contractor. He never gave me my cash to the deposit on the HVAC work. He will not return my emails. He is waiting for my letter. Not only that he actually tried to sabotage the plumbing work after I need to to get him and hire another plumber.

I called CCL mechanical to ask about them performing a job. I didn't go with thembut they kept my telephone number and today they spam me with earnings texts. I texted the very first time it occurred and asked to be removed from their listing back. No company should do this, although yes I block their number. Do not waste my time having to get you. Jeez.

Never got a quote!

I would like to ramp down the anger of my review. CCL Mechanical failed to appear for an appointment I made two days in advance and offered no good reason for the no show. This flies in the face of 3 experiences I've had with the company with superior results. 2 hot water heaters were replaced by them and mended a plumbing issue in the past and did an excellent job. That is way I am disappointed that they did not come through on the last service call, particularly to a client. I'm hoping that I will give the 5 celebrities they deserve to this company and this is just a 1 time thing.
