Camera review with each principal line drain service call. CET was the lowest at $900. Chad came out on time. He had a floor in place for those tenants along with the pipe. The next afternoon o he attracted a close tile game and had it place Without a hitch. He also picked up a 10 feet clothing wood pole and installed it together with brackets in our attic. 2 opposing issues done by one gentlemen. He just finished his third job for us and he has gone above and beyond each time for us. Last time he came by minute on the 4th of July to help out us with a crisis. Hes exceptionally knowledgeable, also has a knack for pointing out and solving issues that we needed mended but had lived for so long had not brought up, and committed.

Chad did a fantastic job clearing my landscape drains. He added a drain box thing to help keep it from getting clogged again with dirt and debris. He had been reasonable and followed through on the work nicely. It took a few days and a lot of small components.
Not recommented to anyone.
My tennants known as 2 times. This man twice he charged way a lot of 120 to snake (2") ouside drain (normally $40). $330 to get a line. (normally $80) Other plumbers $90 max
Chad's an excellent tradesman. He completed his job for us and he has gone above and beyond for us every time. Last time he came on the 4th of July by minute to help us out with a crisis. Hes extremely knowledgeable, committed, and also has a fantastic knack for solving issues which we needed mended but had lived with for so long had not brought up and pointing out. Call him up next time you want an estimate. He'll be your plumber for life!
Chad was so excellent. He went beyond and above with our draining needs. I strongly recommend this company when you are facing drain problems. He had been so friendly and easy to speak to. In addition, he taught us ways to repair the problems ourselves if we're ever in demand.

Chad was a fantastic customer of mine for sometime. Since when I'd plumbing issue, so it only made. I pleased I did not did he get my drains back to flowing in no time
He gave me a few great tips on how to keep them operating smoothly. And clean up to the point that I could not tell my sink
We had a significant sewer drain issue for the house and Chad was able to fix everything in a few hours.

Chad came after' Plumber Tom' left my house saying that he went to acquire more tools into our rescue and never came backagain.

WOW- CHAD IS A SCAMMER!!! & A Entire D-BAG Do your self a favor & save yourself locate a different plumber & a headache! Not only is Chad is needing some serious customer service skills & professionalism instruction (since he likes to let his temper soar like an impetulant child), but he scams individuals badly, using a computer app that changes the bill to whatever level he needs when he does not get his way!
He's quite quick to threaten he will place a lien on your house if payment is not received immediately, as if waiting until the next business day is a lot to ask... As far as the work goes, he did not even finish what he charged on the bill , and he did a terrible job what he did do... no wonder his renters did not want him !
Just because I did not pay him IMMEDIATELY after the crisis plumbing situation (even though I had been dealing with a huge catstrophe & on phone for hours, then he did not care- became really impolite!) I have done a screen shot of this payment, however it does not reveal the total paid, only says compensated in full... that is quite suitable for him since he then uses his slick little tool to alter it to whatever level he needs!!! This kind of fraud is incredible, and with is bullshit! I will not only be attempting to dispute it with my credit card business (although without evidence of the actual amount paid to begin with it might be difficult- but this is exactly what he counts on!) , however I will also report him .
The issue of tonight was that the garbage disposal. . .it needed replacing. Before he came by after 7pm chad called me Home Depot to examine the options. While he was here, he also fixed a few different things in the kitchen sink region, without me asking him to (or understanding there was anything wrong with them!) . He was friendly and chatty while he had been here, just like last time, and gave me helpful information regarding utilizing the disposal properly. He took a peek and allow me to know I probably don't have to substitute it for years - ? He will be getting a great deal of business from me!

The time Chad came over, it was on a Sunday night. He went to Home Depot to get the components, had me send him a photo of this fridge setup came and got our fridge installed in about 15 minutes. And it was affordable. . .such great support and he did not gouge me!
Straight forward, easy to take care of plumber. No issues, only solved the issue even though he needed a house depot run. Will use him again!
I sprung a small leak in my primary tube which came into my residence in the city. The pipe went under my garage then into my residence. I knew what about the fix could price (if I had to do it), after a couple of pipes came by and gave me a few astronomical quotations. (I am presuming they thought I had unlimited amounts of money because I lived in Point Loma). Anyway Chad came by gave me a solid quote that was 3.5 times less than anybody else and that he did a great job. CET plumbing is strongly recommended by me.
Thank you CET Plumbing!! I have had several pipes and not one of them was fast as and professional and as reasonable as them. And on top of all that respectful. For now on they are the only company I will ever use again. I urge them to any and all!!
Chad did an superb job and came in under an hour! He was quite professional, and nice. His cost is reasonable, and he made the process easy. I'll definitely call him again, and I'd recommend C.E.T Plumbing Services to everyone.
I cannot remark on Chad's experience as a plumber because he never showed up for a scheduled appointment. Set him days beforehand on the appointment, he asked me to text my address that I did immediately following the appointment has been set. Waited and waited and Chad was a"no show." Called an hour after and got a voicemail (left a message) which instructed it was best to text which I did. No reply. Though his reviews reflect responsiveness, that wasn't my experience with Chad the plumber.
The sump pump fix of chad worked fine but the outflow was too little and could not keep up. It could cost a great deal to dig and had been under brickwork. Chad figured out a solution that can empty the flooded area in under a minute. Even painted it to combine in. Could not be happier
