Juan & nathaniel are super! We've had them work on our lease and our home. Always polite, conscientious and clean up after themselves. Now Juan figured out & mended a leak beneath our kitchen sink as well as did all the other'honey do' items on my own list with a nice attitude. Everything was professionally performed and so competently.
They were called due to water hammer as well as strange noises coming out of the shower heads in my master bath. The plumber then looked in the shower heads, said it was great, assessed the pressure coming into the house and listened to the sounds and told me he did not understand how to fix it and then billed me $120.

When the warm water in our shower started to sputter causing my partner and I to take a number of very chilly showers nathaniel was professional and prompt! While the other plumber had jumped into the way we ought to spend $$$ on a new hot water heater, Nathaniel offered lots of lower cost interventions to get our showers back! His friendly and effective demeanor made it easy to ask questions and trust the replies. That is our first experience with home ownership and in the past 6months I have met and worked with a number of different kinds of builders (eg electricians, plumbers( general contractors) and I will definitely call Nathaniel again for almost any plumbing concerns. He is highly recommended by me!

I am thrilled to have discovered Channel Plumbing. They are undoubtedly the best plumbing service I've used in 23 years in Santa Barbara. Their work is excellent, dependable, honest and fairly priced. When I had a fast reaction to a plumbing emergency ( a leaking pipe in the wall ) they had been right there and even helped walk through the way to shut off my water on the telephone. I feel grateful to have found someone I could trust and recommend them whole-heartedly.
We moved in to our new house that the sewer line completely obstructed the night. We had a toddler as well as a care scenario. Disaster! Nathaniel was there that the following morning and Channel had a brand new line installed at the end of the day. We can't say enough. The best!

Both Are using Channel Plumbing for more than 10 yrs both for commercial properties and my home. Have always found Nathaniel and his staff a joy to use....responsive--even on vacations and crazy times--and highly competent, both on fresh installation and repairs.
We have used Channel for little and projects and couldn't be more happy. Not only did they do a fantastic job on the remodel, but Nathaniel is always on hand in an emergency. We had a water main blowout early in the morning, and he was over in fifteen minutes. Nathaniel is capable fair and on-budget. It is a great group.

I had help, and I needed it fast because we had a busy afternoon ahead of us. I phoned up Nathaniel out of Channel Plumbing and left him a message - hoping he would give me a call back soon. And naturally, he called me back. He explained that while his afternoon wasn't very elastic, he was very concerned about the leak. So he came out here regardless and corrected. That, in itself, was amazing. Plumbers have lives - but he cares about his customers to do whatever he can to make things work. (This wasn't initially Nathaniel had come by our place in a crisis on the weekend - but it only goes to show that it is not only a one-time thing.) He checked it all out got here when he said he would be here and repaired the issue quickly. Everything went GREAT. Hands down, the most trustworthy plumber I've met. And he is a nice guy in general. He'll always be.
Channel Plumbing is topnotch and worth every single penny. They installed a new water heater (after advising us on the best options for our situation). They also repaired a leak under our sink while we were off and had friends staying in our home (We installed our faucet - they cleaned ip the flow ). They consulted on a variety of projects. We used Channel Plumbing for our sewer camera review while we're in escrow. The proprietor, nathaniel, is prompt, thorough and professional AND a nice guy with a fantastic sense of humor.
