He's also very generous in explaining fixes so that you don't need to pay for a service call you can perform yourself.
Eric takes real pride in supplying quality work also is a plumber that is fantastic. He helped me diagnose a plumbing problem a couple of years ago and came up.

Job well done. I texted Eric together with the issue I was having with all the bathroom he got back to me immediately n asked me to send him a few pics for a quote. After accepting the quote that was reasonable I was on the calendar to the next day. Since I did not wan na be dealing with a leaking bathroom for days it was perfect. We had a couple plumbing problems at our house, and Eric was great about explaining what had to be performed at every step of the process. Each step was laid out to us everything had to be done, and how much it would cost. A temperature gauge issue, leaking ruined emergency water, and tub faucet were fixed to our satisfaction. Then, when the tub faucet began leaking again two weeks after, Eric came by and fixed it . Things happen to be functioning since they should ever since.

Eric and his staff were instrumental in helping me with kitchen plumbing and pesky food dispensary clogs. There are a lot of chicken bones can be thrown against common sense and all guidelines prior to your kitchen equipment fights back. We would've dropped this Battle of Waterloo if not for Eric. Peace treaty with all the kitchen sync has been signed: I solemnly promised not to strike it together with other debris and bones, when needed the most, and then return the food disposal mechanism won't riot against me!

We got quotes to fix an upstairs bathtub from 2 different places before picking with Eric and Chase Rooter & Plumbing. What stood out was Eric's recognition of the true problem was and he had an appreciation for the complexity of our valve.
When he arrive for his appointmenthe affirmed the issue and proceeded to fix the issue in under 20 minutes. I always appreciate some who is knowledgeable and skilled in their trade, but Eric has to be one of the ideal.

The business was prompt on getting us our quotes in addition to coming out to perform the repairs. We had clearing a clogged drain, in addition to our cartridge altered in our bathtub. They completed the work economically and honestly.

Chase Plumbing came out to repair our backed up shower now. Eric was so very helpful. Our window of time was from 10-12. He proceeded to apologize for making me wait and got here about 10:30. I thought this was somewhat funny but nice when you receive a window for a service they are always on the end if not later than the conclusion of the window. Our problem was minor so he had it fixed in a flash and substituted. He gave me 30 days to tell him if anything else was wrong or when the problem didn't get fixed. We will definitely be calling them back if we have some additional issues later on.

A few months ago a tree root damaged our water main. I contacted a handful of plumbers and the quotations they were giving were astronomical (a few of them were provided without even looking at the issue ). Then I talked with Eric in Chase Rooter & Plumbing. He really looked at the problem, explained what had to be achieved, and gave a quote that was really reasonable. Decided to go with him on the spot. He had been honest, fast, and did quality work. I will definitely be using him again and can not recommend him should a pipes need come up.
