Plumbing company I've ever dealt with the time they were in my home I was told by them they use silicone in my kitchen sink I've been a plumber for 5 years now you employ putty! The second time they came to do a floor break for a floor drain said they'd plastic off everything and they put a piece up that had a big loop at the top then proceeded to use a concrete saw and dusted out my home naturally I kicked them out I recommend you use someone else and that I just had them return since I have a property management company

What an amazing company! We noticed our A/C unit leaked into our basement, and we started searching for a heating & cooling company. We discovered CMC at about 9:30pm, and we submitted a service request online hoping we would hear back from them first thing in the morning (given that the weather said it was going to be in in the 90s temperature wise the next day). From Kathy we received a call within 15-20 minutes indicating they wanted to establish a service period for another morning for us and our service request had been obtained by them. She was super nice and super useful in getting us scheduled. The next morning, Daniel showed up right on time, and he quickly located the problem (a clogged pipe). He discovered that one of our vents was not sealed and we had been loosing a great deal of air in the basement. He showed us a few tips to keep our A/C unit, and repaired the problem, including fixing the vent! I can not say enough great things. There is A flow always scary as it inexpensively can be nearly impossible and might be a huge problem and finding somebody to repair it correctly. We have a variety of additional pipes and heating/cooling projects we've been intending to get to (but have not actually bit the bullet in hiring someone), and today I have a go-to company for all future projects! Customer for life!

We had a sink that leaked. CMC came out very very fast. Were professional. Provided some pointers for potential problems and fixed my issue. I am thankful for their service particularly because I've had off my water for more than 4 times so it did not cause any more damage. I couldn't have asked for a much better experience.

Since our water backed up I called. Long story short, after snaking it was told that they would have to jet it. Which could cost us $1,100.00, AND they could not do this until a WEEK later because they needed to lease the machine. First of all, I have cameras around my home inside and out that livestream 24/7. I really don't love a certain CMC man smoking outside my side door that was available, and then flicking his butt in my yard where I have pets. I was told after they allegedly jetted the plumbing, that we had holes in the pipes, and that could now cost us $3,800.00. I got another opinion -- that can be covered making it totally free of charge. The guy came (not even a week later) and could hardly get his camera through because there were so many origins. He said whoever came out (cmc) and also did this was a joke. He then asked how much time it took them and I said four hours, approximately. He explained it would just take him 45 minutes and that they had no clue what they were doing (again, this guy is covered under insurance, he has no motive to lie or try to sell me). CMC also told me that they'd have a proposal and thumb push for us that moment. . They did nothing other than take our money came in and depart. The job wasn't completed by them because they did not know how to. Don't use this organization. Buy SLWA and also have it is covered by insurance. Anyone that claims that prior to performing the occupation they need down half, is a red flag. Sadly it was overlooked by me at the time but you live and learn.

Our heat broke down. I called CMC people. They came in about 9pm. Charged me told me since he didn't have the part that he will be right back in the morning to repair it and 4129. Next dayhe came back and fixed it. It had been an ignition switch. Total cost of repair was $503. I checked the components cost around locally. It had been between $105-$130. I called back to complain about this rip off. Manager kep telling me that that was their cost and that they had components mark up. I would suggest to shop around before you call CMC plumbing heating cooling.

Now I will never call them , although my husband and I used CMC for a couple of years and never had a problem until lately. We had been with an intermittent furnace issue where, as an instance, the thermostat has been set at 70, but we'd awake in the evening and it was 64 degrees in the home and the warmth hadn't kicked . If you reset the furnace, then it would come on and heat the house up. We called CMC, and they sent a technician. The technician told us that the problem was the result of a dirty furnace filter (though the filter was only about a month ) and to substitute it independently. They charged us $137 with this 45 minute service call (no parts were replaced or whatever ). We had been having the exact same issue a week after, although we purchased a brand new filter. I called CMC to see whether they might send a technician to check at it again and I did not want to pay for another $100+ service call (but would pay for any required components ) since they did not get it right the first time. The secretary told me a technician would call me back. No one ever called me back. I called the secretary back a couple of occasions, but she continued to tell me a technician would contact me, which never happened (that was weeks ago). I ended up calling another firm who showed the exact same afternoon, decided the issue was a faulty gas valve up, and we've had no issues.

This company definitely has a great team. They are trustworthy, honest and reasonable. I have used them once I had no heating and no atmosphere. The two times had my air and heat back up and I purchased. What in the winter when you have young kids. They definitely will always have my business. I would expect no other. Thank you it definitely shows!

I flooded our basement and called CMC since our water heater sprung a leak on Wednesday, August 24. After we cleaned up, we had to find another hot water heater. We purchased ourselves along with my father-in-law helped install it. Well everything got hooked up, but the FIL ran out of time and had to go pick up among his younger children. The pilot wouldn't light and the venting wasn't installed. So Thursday morning (8/25) I phoned CMC in 9 a.m. I was told they'd be by between 10:30 and 1, but the technician was out at 9:35! I was so excited. By 10:30 I had a pilot and water . The tech was great. He was friendly and clarified the answer I asked. He advised the venting needed to be raised, but that I could save some money if my husband/dad were convenient. I really like he didn't do a tough sell and was fair. Since they also do cooling and heating, I'm thinking of keeping them for all our plumbing, sewer, heating and cooling . We will surely call again. (Oh, the price was reasonable also. Service calls are about $60 along with the final fixes, which required about an hour, totaled $125 for the parts and tinkering they had to do with it.)

CMC is superb! I called there regarding a flow and Rick clarified a couple of sources could be coming out of. He clarified that I may be better off going to a roofer because of my issue instead of having the issue is assessed by CMC. He's looking out for his clients and honest. They have a reasonable and fantastic service system that is better than other heating and plumbing. Definetely use CMC for many plumbing and heating concerns!

The next day they came to my home. The Tech explained our choices, then took care of the problem with our AC. The cost was very reasonable. I will call them next time!

CMC was called by my wife, since they had good reviews. They came in and altered a disposal to get just a little over 560 bucks. Steep, but we concurred. Work was unfinished, disposal did not work when I arrived home. They gave my wife directions on what had to be altered, she went to the shop, then return and spent time to have that. Attempted to sell plan/insurance for 240 dollars annually,"they will come and give 10 percent reductions" in their doubled prices. Does anybody want to cover a person unable to find the fuse and claiming support for many appliances? Guy also recommended to call electrician, makes me wonder if he did not locate the fuse on function, to find some work for his buddy, but hey - can not prove it. Only reason cautious the technician was and my wife was impressed. I will urge that service to anybody who would like to cover the sensible price of a fix to get an unfinished one.

I had to replace a water heater at the place of my mom - and I live in california. I called a few places- these men were much more thoughtful, and a couple dollars cheaper and detail oriented around the phone, although nelson brothers included. As opposed to just quote me a blanket cost - they took some time to explain potential pitfalls, things which could mess up the setup, what could incur additional cost, etc. which I appreciated and ultimately led me to choose them. The sole reason I will not give them five stars is simply due to the straightforward nature of the job they did (after all- replacing a water heater isn't rocket science) and also the fact that I've only used their solutions on one event - but they were precisely what you would want - quick professional, detail oriented, reasonably priced. . .solid 4 stars.
