I'll use them again.
Was courteous. It would be better for me to wait for routine work hours on Saturday that night, than to pay the hours cost Because I had usable restrooms. On Saturday morning the plumber came about when called. Very courteous. He discovered the issue, which a bit more complicated than I had initially thought. However, the answer was straightforward and he went about clearing the principal line.
I was a little panicked on Friday night because we had been having a celebration on Sunday. Worried more about a functioning toilet than the plumber's cost. However, I didn't want my wallet emptied either. That's why I was pleasantly surprised when he gave the exact bill to me. It was way below what I anticipated. Only the typical price for the ceremony performed.
I was given excellent service by this company. Honest.

Called Cobra to Get a backed up shower.. .the owner of the company called me instantly and his men were tied up. . .so he came out and took care of us. Awesome company, fantastic people, fantastic value and will surely use them again and again.

Plumbing company. For unclogging a tub/toilet, utilized them. Got a previous quote for example removing the toilet to unclog the blockage for $815 from a different plumbing company. Work was done by Cobra Rooter and Plumbing Service for $115 and did not include having to remove the toilet. Notice, the other plumbing support was called since when son named Cobra Rooterhe got the washing machine and couldn't leave a message since he had been on his way into work, that's why he called a different plumbing company. When we were advised by him of the cost of repair, we told him to telephone Cobra Rooter and Plumbing again, he did and did have the phone answered by somebody who then prepare the opportunity. Will definitely use them later on.

This business is top notch. They've replaced a garbage disposal, a broken water heater, along with a shower manage. The best part is that they are always over within a few hours of my phone and a cost charges. If you require quality plumbing service, then give a telephone to Cobra.

They came to assess issue and somewhat solved issue(bandaid). After they left, 5 minutes later another issue popped up from not putting manage back on correct to make water cease completely when turned off and said tough luck. Bad way to treat a customer!

They are responsive, and more friendly, reasonably priced. Tough to find a plumber you can trust like this.

Excellent!!! Adam was so quick and effective I would certainly recommend cobra rooter. Just be sure that you call the right one as there's another one.

Not sure what happened to this company. They are currently hiring . Guy came to my home while my sons were dwelling. He asked them if he could use the bathroom for a lengthy visit..ugh. I had 2 toilet issues. He seemed to fix one..was confused about another and had to figure out the role at Home Depot. Children said he was out of it. About 2 days after the toilet starting running again. I phoned and they weren't readily available for a few days and then came out to repair it. I simply got a water bill for $800. I reached out to the company to let them know. No response. I reached out again to see if my repair visit would be at least refunded by them since it didn't work. Again, no response. This company might have gotten favorable reviews a long time before, but I wouldn't use them. Sad to see when client support goes down the drain.

Came out day to replace a valve. Friendly! I had done, quotes went everywhere from 150-800. Cobra rooter was among those companies that possess the more affordable prices... $150. Job was done and im pleased with the work. Thank you rooter

I have used Cobra twice in the past couple months and I'm very happy. My home is old the two times and 1958 were situations where I had to shut the water off until fixed. Cobra Mike the Tech and responded, was professional and got the job done quickly and times for a good price. Will continue to utilize Cobra.

Great service! Took good care of of my little plumbing jobs including my huge problem and arrived early, my backed up garbage disposal, kitchen sink, and dish washer. Everyone I had contact with was fine and this was really reasonably priced!! I have a plummer I will call for my jobs and refer to my friends!!!

They come out instantaneous even on weekend or even crises and we have used this company many times over the past couple of years and their rates are fair. However complains a lot of the time he is here.
It has some quirks and our home was built in the 50's and the plumbing are difficult to snake, I know this since I have attempted to get it done myself. There are times when I want a professional, and a professional does not complain that the whole time and make it appear that the clogs would be our fault although I would do it myself. We do our best to not place oil and dirt down the plumbing but. We have tried enzyme treatment (as suggested by cobra) but that did not work.
When I request for a ceremony, In addition, I do not like being second guessed. So there was which service was requested by me on a problem not repaired and still exists. Now I will need to find another plumber.

ABSOLUTELY Wonderful! These guys are fantastic (Israel was the plumber delegated to my job), on time, super professional and friendly (no leaky, exposed crack technicians here), work completed in half of the time they estimated and the work area left so tidy I had nothing to wash. Can I mention that their price was on the low end?!

Long story after weeks of assembly with plumbers, licensed and unlicensed I contacted Jerry.
Think me in a few short weeks I've seen it all (project was such that it needed a quote/plumber to find the situation prior to taking it on). I've had people a couple of hours late to no displays, plumbers on crack or whatever else medication they may do, to others saying it can't be achieved or they wouldn't want to do it, quotes from $400 to $1500, hours to finish from 2 to 2 days. To make things more difficult it was a condominium construction, so water has to be turned away to numerous units.

Cobra Rooter Plumbing was Discovered by me through Angie's List. I paid through the list of Angie, kind of like a Groupon, to get a deal Beforehand. I was pleased to connect with Jerry the owner. He came out on a Saturday with in two hours notice, to perform a electric power snake of my very blocked pipes up, to keep this brief. My bathroom sink kept when their water was turned in by the people upstairs overflowing. My floor was becoming flooded..He was amazing, worked very hard, and checked everything was working good. Cleaned up with a smile. More did not charge a penny. I got an excellent service, for only 90 dollars. I would highly recommend this firm. This provider is affordable honest, and dependable to perform a fantastic job. I am one very delighted client.

He came back & it seemed that he cleared the difficulty involving the kitchen & the bathrooms. BUT when I went to use my toilet toilet I stepped in standing water. And I hear water under my Pergo flooring. Not Good.
I've used them with ok results but this past one sucks. They had been outside twice in 2 wks. The problem still was not fixed. Last night when I got home I spent an hour cleaning up leftover backup residue. Additionally, I spent an hour cleaning up the one quart of water standing under the sink (probably causing mold). I called the guy who answered said last night, if they came out, I would pay double time. I said I not only n't paid double, I was not paying anything. He said he'd talk to the manager in the morning. I said I would call the BBB. 20 minutes later I got a call from he & the plumber said he'd return.

We have used multiple times to this business and always have good results. We had a leak, they came immediately and did not charge me and arm and a leg.

We've got an older home (1956) that employs the old, original orangeburg piping for the sewer line. Our sewer started backing up into the yard and we'd called the plumber we have been using the last 5 years of owning the home. They came outside and said they did not feel comfortable doing a patch due to the orangeburg and portion of this pipe was smashed. They quoted us to substitute it down and said the price would just go up from there if they needed to go into the street to continue the fix. We had them clear the lineup that fixed the issue temporarily until the problem start a little while. We called Cobra Rooter give us a quotation and instant opinion and to emerge. Jerry, the owner, came out right away and looked in the pipe which had been uncovered. He said he then see whether a patch was potential and would start by clearing the clog. He did a patch of this pipe for just $280 and managed to clear the drain. He'd quality work in an extremely fair price. It is wonderful to find. We will just use Cobra Rooter from now on and will refer anyone who requires a plumber. His company and jerry saved us did a job and thousand.

My spouse and I are fortunate to have been introduced in Cobra to Jerry. I made the call yesterday and that he had been dependable and so responsive. He came to our home in the time frame that was promised (a stellar move) and completed the work which was required. He is thorough, makes great ideas (not trying to upsell) and follows up with a suitable review of all related surgeries. For this isn't news. This plumbing company has been used by me twice today. Every time, the serviceman was considerate and prompt, explaining everything and getting into the issue at hand that he fixed. He showed me that I did not need to make calls in the 20, how to clean out the line. He also checked but didn't fix/overcharge for matters that did not need to be done when adjusting things report pre-house sale. Prices were reasonable. I will not use another company!
