Best and quickest service ever! Have a look at this timeline: prior to a heat wave came in, My Central AC expired Tuesday. I phoned and left a message at. They called back 7:45am, a ceremony guy was by 10am, issue diagnosed with 11am: my AC unit was shot. A sales guy, aaron, waited for me to get home from work to go through my options and came out by 4pm to take a look. He clarified how fast they could do every gave me from the absolute lowest ring assistance to some option, and left me with his cell phone number along with all the quotations so I could call him that day. I texted him my choice at 7:15am the next morning, and they had the AC unit entirely equipped by 10am. 27 hours from start to finish!

Had them install a new furnace. Upgraded to a greater efficiency system which qualified for a rebate from the gas company. Can't get these guys to provide a copy of the job order and fill out the rebate form so that I can get my $$. Guess they receive the money , they lose interest in the customer service.
Update 5/2013- got my rebate and They eventually came through.
