I write negative reviews, because I understand business could affect. I don't have any option except to share this information with the public, so people may make an educated choice about their service providers. I can't recommend them based on my experiences.
I was subsequently rescheduled for a 3:00 - 5:00 window. That time came and went. I called the company back, at 5:00 pm, also got no answer. I then got a text message saying that my appointment had been rescheduled to a 5:00 - 7:00 window. I eventually got a call from the technician in 6:07 p.m, they were en route (such as its 12 - 4 appointment). The technician proceeded to inquire what the issue was (no hot water in the water heater), have a picture of the serial number, do an online search to determine the water heater was still under manufacturer's warranty, and declare that the device needed to be substituted. At no stage did the technician check the device to get damage/corrosion/leaks, check the breaker in the home to find out whether it had been tripped, or attempt to reset the device using manufacturer's directions (despite the manufacturer saying that all this should have taken place).
I am certain that you could imagine my frustration. The business reached out with a price estimate for the fix that far surpassed prices. They are currently charging $75 to get a drip pan, which retails for $20, and are also charging $300 for a Thermal Expansion Tank, which retails for approximately $50 (these prices don't include setup ). Needless to state I firmly feel that the provider is not charging customers considerably more than the cost of the goods which they are installing, but additionally unscrupulous in their dealings.
I reached out to contact the company (especially frustrated, after 5 days without hot water), and was satisfied with curt rudeness from the associate answering the telephone. Once it became clear that I would not be paying these prices for the organization's services, the associate was rude, such as disconnecting before the end of the call, and cutting me off in speech.

When I scheduled a consultation with the 20, the first indicator that there could be a problem presented itself. That morning, I called to find out that my appointment had been cancelled, because of not answering a confirmation call. The associate then went on to provide to reschedule the appointment for another day. As I'd taken off work for my previously supported (two ways) appointment, I asked a technician be sent out the same moment.
Lost 2 units in my house within a week. Called comfort and they responded to perform an evaluation. Problem was diagnosed and I had been introduced options to repair my situation. They could answer all my questions and introduced pros and cons for each option. Repairs/replacements were created and pricing was really competitive.
1st problem, this organization or yelp has manipulated the address and this place is based from Greenwood and nowhere near my Fishers home. The man who answered the phone never said anything when I gave my Fishers address to him.
Fast forward to 9:00pm so I call to verify someone is coming and I do not have anybody. They assure me that someone will be here tonight. I hang up and they call right back with a updated eta between 11:30 pm - midnight. At this point I say yes so I don't need to have the following moment, and start the procedure again.
Located the HVAC.
It is now 11:30 pm and no one has arrived or called.
Problem, the gentlemen that answer the phone told me he could get someone to my home this evening. With this being said I didn't call anyplace else. He said he could not give a time frame to me but I thought he'd get someone my way.
If you don't have time for all your appointments be fair upfront. I would have easily moved on and you would not be getting a one star review which could save you from tripping other customers that were new.
