Conforti Plumbing

Had a. Called Conforti this morning and they had a person here . The plug was mended by charles and explained what was happening so that we can prevent future problems. Both he and Allie (front office) were easy to deal with. Finest part is, we're back to normal!

Second technician from Conforti was a entire jerk from the start. After about one hour working on the unit, this man claimed he wouldn't look at the water heater so he says, or because it had seemingly been installed incorrectly. Not sure when he stated he wouldn't look in it what he had been doing in the attic for an hour. He said I had to fix of the issues before the unit was looked in by him. Then he assured me he shut the unit and we would have water today. We did not have hot water, and he left.
Soooo. . .we hired another plumbing company and spent $200 of their own money. They came out and recognized the issue from conforti failed, a screen like the man. They fixed this problem that was simple and we've got hot water. Had conforti only done their job we would have had warm water weeks ago and only paid the $75 fee to the home warranty company, but instead we paid $275 and coped with 2+ weeks of chilly water and heaps of hours on the phone with home warranty company and arguing with conforti. This place should not be permitted to utilize home warranty companies.
Long story short, this company refused to work together with our home warranty company and wouldn't return our calls. No questions were answered by the female secretary that is rude and it was obvious this company doesn't like dealing with home warranty customers. She then told me to leave her manager, which I did to a message. I haven't got a call back in over fourteen days.
Home warranty dispatched this company for water heater issue. First technician was great and diagnosed problem as inlet screen. He advised he was not able to clear the issue since he was not certified for the brand, so he sent his partner out the next week.

Conforti Plumbing is on two occasions to our home. Both times they've been punctual, polite and honest. By way of example, today they came out seeing our"lifeless" garbage disposal. Did absolutely nothing when it had been turned on it. . .no noise--nothing. I pushed the button and attempted to unlock a disposal wrench being used by it, but it had been frozen. Since we were certain we needed a new one, we asked before coming outside, if they carried them on the support truck. They could have easily sold us a fresh one, but rather"unfroze" our old one. We'll continue to call them if we need service. We Delighted with Conforti Plumbing.

Our water line broke 530AM plus it was raining. It was a freak accident where a water faucet was sheared off by a crap can that is rogue. Water was shooting at 3 feet in the atmosphere. I called Conforti and they came out. Turned off the water and began digging. Conforti did what needed to be done although it was a mess Since it was cold and heavily raining. They spent most of the day fixing it and needed to go for parts. For mepersonally, that went the extra mile and it was really appreciated. I highly urge Conforti

Here is the matter with Conforti at our Placerville home. Their individual plumbers are (usually) great and quite beneficial. Their business policies are dreadful. For instance, they put in a clean out for us, snaked our bathroom, and checked the septic. "All is good now," was the report,"but let us know if you have any problems. We will be right out to take care of it." Well, we did predict when a difficulty arose, basically immediately after the"fix." The company did not stand by the work it did, nor did they provide to"come right out and take care of it"--we'd have to wait till they could get to us. Therefore, we get to wait and cover to get a project.
You should know that once they finish a job, it is their policy to bill you for the time that it takes them to write up your We will look everywhere, although they had been used by us for decades. I will advocate that others do exactly the same.

Today conforti finished replacing the water line to my home in addition to a few different jobs. Nick is a joy to manage, and did a great job orchestrating the project. Extremely an all around good guy and friendly. The gentleman who carried out the work now Dwayne and Charles were no distinct. Friendly, super professional, and efficient. Very fair with pricing and super fast. Highly recommend and will continue to do business. . Thanks again!!

Arrived in time call. In fact they came early and that was great. CJ sealed it, found the flow and was nice. He gave me options and follow through although it was a afternoon to be digging. I have a moist spot outside my garage and everything is back to normal. Thanks again CJ it was great meeting you.

We had a plumbing occupation, and Nick did an superb job of figuring out the best method to go about completing it. He were both knowledgeable and professional, thorough. They are also very considerate and friendly to have about. We have been working with Conforti for nearly 30 years, and recommend them highly.

We have several rentals, in a few Counties in N. Conforti Plumbing just got done re-plumbing that our bi-level home, with a separate apartment reverses stairs, (they each have their own hot water heaters). We met Nick at the home, (in Pollock Pines), and went all around the home and got together a complete plan of action. A few days later we received the Bid, (we certainly expected a greater number, we have been around the horn a lot of occasions, in a few Counties in our Real Estate Careers, A good company, we maintain ). We went round the home to validate the plan of actions and met with Nick yet another time after we received the Bid, and we even added a couple of things. We signed the contract after going around the home. WHAT A"BEAUTIFUL","ON TIME" JOB NICK FROM CONFORTI PLUMBING DID FOR US, AND THE EXTRA'S, NICK DID NOT EVEN CHARGE US FOR, WHAT A Fantastic TEAM OF EXPERT PLUMBERS TO WORK WITH, SECOND TO NONE. We would most highly recommend Conforti Plumbing for all your plumbing requirements, you will find they are great people. We went to Conforti Plumbing, there in El Dorado and what a great and friendly staff of women and I walked out of Conforti Plumbling feeling very satisfied and quite welcomed. AGAIN, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CONFORTI PLUMBING FOR ALL YOU PLUMBING NEEDS (AND OR), PROBLEMS, YOU WILL BE SO GLAD YOU DID.

This company came to clean a line. They cleared the line. Before they could get a camera, it would take another two days. Since the house was unusable as a result of clogged line so I would not need to pay for my tenant another plumber had to be predicted. They ended up trying to charge 575.25 for doing nothing aside from making an effort to clean the line that they could not. This is a ridiculous amount of money and it was ridiculous that the line could not clear or perhaps learn why they could not clear it.

Home with three toddlers and no toilets! Conforti came out as fast as they could, communication with us in their own ETA the entire time. Dave came out and saved the day! He had been soooooo sweet and knowledgeable and FAST and walked me through the problem and his findings and answered every question I had, actually indulging my four year old as his"helper". We are so blessed Dave was our hero! Fantastic firm.

I have, up till January 16, 2017, been a customer. On this specific day, however, Conforti plumbing took 3 minutes to slide a bypass switch to off. I had been told 97.00 was the charge for their service call. I believe I will bill them $97.00 for becoming a repeat customer. This will be my service charge for them. In the end, they're not a viable business without customers and that is.
I am very dissatisfied. The simple fact that this is industry standard, per Conforti, is not sufficient justification for fleecing their clientele.

I got real mad and the gym stated that unless you ask, then the woman's in front desk won't let you know . I think that is a really shady and secondhand car salesman approach to conduct business.
I had a problem with my septic tank and the reason I called them is because the builder had them recorded as the folks that installed this tank. When I called, I told about this issue, '' she (secretary/front desk) never said there's a service call fee. The guys came out and gave me an invoice for $102.

Regrettably this company has customer support and interpersonal skills that are very poor. No Follow-up and not helpful in any way.

Called because my kitchen faucet required to be replaced. The next morning, nick came out, did the replacement. He did a great job and was quick, friendly, professional. I'll use Conforti .

It's never a fantastic sign if there's water leaking from beneath the wall below the kitchen sink. I made many calls but was unable to talk to a individual and had to leave messages. When I called Conforti and they actually picked up the telephone, I was surprised! She managed to schedule someone to come over and take a look. He was courteous! He assessed the circumstance, and before I could pile another dish on the counter..he solved the issue. He also replaced a very old and corroded copper pipe. He worked fast, economically and was very clear. The cost seemed fair for the work it involved. Thank you!!

I spoke on the telephone to Nick; he asked me to email the address and details . He would do a site analysis and get back to me. After tries to get Nick and a week, I can't get a response from him. I am moving on to another plumber.
