We have used this firm for multiple projects (they re-routed duct function, used a camera to nice and recover a decal in the ducts which has been causing a bothersome noise, done professional cleaning of the ducts in two flats we have, and have fixed a leaking problem ). They have excellent customer service and an impressive customer loyalty (you simply don't see that much anymore). Reasonably priced and adapting of schedules. A special shout out to Danielle, she's wonderful to use.

We eventually replaced our AC system. I received 5 quotations. Cool Breeze by far was the very professional. The proprietor Ron came out and did an exhaustive review of what we now have (we've got a high velocity AC platform ). His quote was than companies that are smaller. The larger companies that shipped out"comfort advisers" were 75%-100% more (yes, twice as costly for the exact same work). Ron understood as we simply bought out house in December, we had to get this done but did not plan for it financially. They did it all in 1 day, and set up our system, adding more ducts. The cost was precisely what I had been quoted, they did not try and upsell or add prices along the way. I will use them moving our HVAC needs for all and would recommend this business.

Our AC was cutting in and out for a few weeks. Had another firm take a look, and they could not solve the issue. Technicians came out in time. Very professional, identified the problem and fixed it. Definitely recommend.

Ronen has been fantastic for us. Responsive, always professional and trustworthy.
I did landscaping and give him the highest recommendation and just wish he fixed cars.
Therefore we receive a lot of plumbing problems, we have a home from 60s. He's snaked drains, replaced water heaters, educated on updates (and never pushed for the pricey within the pragmatic), and only been a fantastic professional when we have a query.

I looked for a trusted business to tune my HVAC system up since it discovered Cool Breeze in Yelp and Home Advisor and hasn't been assessed in a couple of years. I was skeptical though it had reviews. Most of the times the technicians were not punctually and interested in upselling. I was plesantly surprised that was not the case with Cool Breeze.
I was able to place a 2 hr time window that worked for me on the phone and requested a call 30 minutes before the technician arriving (a few areas I seemed had 4 - 6 hour windows that was ridiculous). The service's day arrived at the start of the two hour window, thus saving me precious time and called me 30 minutes. Best of all he didn't try to upsell me on services I do not need. Cost wise the tune up was also quite reasonable. I will contact them and recommend Cool Breeze.

Service on Memorial Day holiday weekend. I'm sure most firms would have said my unit required to be replaced and I'd have been none the wiser. I know where I will turn to when that finally is the situation.
My A/C ceased functioning on Saturday. Called Sunday morning in grief that no appts were accessible everywhere. The owner Ron was accessible and kind to come out immediately and find the short that caused the issue which was hard to discover. It took a fantastic amount of effort to find the exact cause. . Within one hour I'd A/C.
My experience was beyond and above what I anticipated.

Amazing firm! New heat pump system for my condo today. Service was fantastic. Quoted me a price lower than the quote of a competitor, for a quality Bryant Legacy 2 ton 14 SEER heat pump system with 4 speed fan coil. Highly will use them again and recommend them.

AC broke. Made an appointment for between 3:30 to 5. Got call that technician can't come until after 5:30 and they finish work . Took off work and rushed home for no reason. Now it is 95.

Scheduled an appointment for a consultation and estimate on Thursday 6/30 to get 5pm-7pm. Waited until I got a phone at 6pm in their workplace letting me know the person was likely to be late because there was an emergency in the morning which withdrew their entire schedule (which I totally understand, but they clearly understood their program was thrown away way earlier and might have let me know before 5pm that they would be far later than anticipated). I got a phone at 6:24pm by the person coming to my home that he was still running and may actually be unable to come but he asked if I could send images of our AC valve and system to him so he could see. I texted him photographs at 6:30pm. He didn't respond or phone me back. I texted him at 7:14pm. Never received a response. I never got something or a telephone back from the workplace or the person who was supposed to stop by our home to apologize for not having the ability to make it to reschedule a time. Terrible service and waste of my day and evening. I totally know having disasters and matters coming up, however in the event that you can't have some respect for other people's time and at least give them a phone to apologize and to try to reschedule a better time, then you are definitely running a company with terrible customer service.

I have referred many clients and am a Cool Breeze customer for a long time. From the owner's (Ron) recommendation we bought their"high end""top of the line""energy efficient" unit (Bryant Plus 95s Evolution). We used their services twice annually (maintenance and system issues) for 6 year following the installation, but realized we were paying OVER DOUBLE the standard annual care costs than we ought to have been spending on this particular device (and we change our filters every 30 days mind you). Nevertheless; the proprietor was still VERY combative when I discussed the cost breakdown and the absurd amount of $ spent on time. We then decided to change organizations to help bring costs down. . .since afterward we continue to still have issues as additional parts have been quite costly, the thermostat needed to be replaced and most recently module and the blower motor had to be replaced. So when I initially said to the proprietor of Cool Breeze/Ron he offered me a bag of merchandise...I meant it then and I believe it today! We had a unit as we had family in town, since it had been the day before Christmas, so Cool Breeze offered and took advantage of us. CB became too large too fast and their support levels went down drastically lately. Because I continue to deal with costs associated with this product, I do not suggest Cool Breeze or Ron. Update since the first post: it will need to be replaced for approximately $ 1,000 and seems as though the mother board is currently a problem. And the latest kick in the teeth was that we are getting a gas fireplace installed in our home and when the inspector came, the first thing he said was that CSST was utilized from the first installation from the gas line into the device which was not up to code when it had been installed and is still not up to code. That will need to be redone with costs associated with it BEFORE ANY perform could be achieved on the fireplace. Quite honestly, I could have since bought a new unit together with the $ I have spent in their" top of the line recommendation". If you don't have $ $ $ to burn off, stand clear of this company. COOL BREEZE - Your incompetence has been and continues to be unprecedented.

"Spring A/C Check-up deal for $79" You are paying to get a contractor's estimate.
While polite and very nice, the technician did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I thought that was but all he did was assess the amounts and inform me that the coils and air ducts had been dirty. He did give me quotes on how much they charge to do those things. $750 for cleaning, $250 for including refrigerant, for cleaning the coils, and $150.

Had no AC with a new born Infant Kenneth and I chatted about his job and that he said he enjoys working for cool breeze. He said it is a fantastic organization to work for.

Kenneth and Immediate support was such a nice man. Very professional and personable.
Is they would optimize my quote but the price ended up being fair and this may be an industry practice. I am not sure.
Sent Kenneth outside the day. Got me a new part and replaced it the next day.
I recommend breeze.
Refreshing to hear that a organization's nevertheless treat their people directly.
They congratulated us and have been professional.

Anyhow, I got the estimate after and the cost is fair. No service fee that is cheap is as regular. I delivered the deposit right away and got an early program that was install two days after. On the installation day, setup team came early about 7:30am. There are 3 men, two of them are installer, guy is transporting. The builders leaved me a behavior when taking the system out. They worked with rules. As an engineer , I threw them a lot of questions and they had been pleased to answer. Following the setup they took the time to do the evaluation about performance and pressure. In my opinion, they care to keep a fantastic reputation and honor their occupation.
If you need your strategy replaced cool breeze is recommended by me.
Overall, I urge Cool Breeze for when needed as a business you should go. My heat pump broke another AC firm's contractor came to clean the condenser coil. I had a impression with that corporation. I was in a hurry to get another company to find the heap pump and a 30 air handler replaced. After multiple contrast and research, I decided cool breeze because Goodman brand and their reputation new. Following system broke I scheduled an estimate appointment. Luckily Ron as business owner mentioned emailing me the quote, took a few pictures and came to my location on precisely the day. The single thing that makes me give because postponed quote receive 4 stars instead of 5 is. Together with current customer they may take more time like any other reviews saying and caused less time left for the next one.

Missed appointmentDo not you hate it when that happens. Wait for somebody that doesn't show up and you simply take the day off work to sit home. Telephone the company who instead of putting down the date of this appointment puts .
They ended up sending somebody following the agreed upon time. I believe in which meant he was to finish the job he was squeezed by them.

I'd used them and they were okay. This time they were not.
He seemed relaxed throughout the job he did. I don't blame him. The issue was fixed by him and left me.

Service from start to finish. Ron does his best to get you what you want and what you need. He gave me a opportunity to repair my device, but recommended against it. I opted for an entirely new system. He gave me the options and his recommendations together with his motives. The crew worked hard to disassemble and remove the old one and also to carefully and properly set up the new one and were educated gentlemen. I have an entirely new HVAC system that is a lot better than my old one and functioning. I'm happy I found Cool Breeze and Ron. Very Highly Suggested.

Our AC ceased functioning on a Saturday which was going to be in the 80's. I called emergency AC fix places but only Cool Breeze could commit to get a tech come. In fact, the tech changed the capacitor and came earlier than they said, within two hours of my phone, called and got the system. Components and labor was $199, although I was anticipating a fee for coming on short note on a weekend. Worth every cent.

Cool Breeze into the rescue! We have two Heat Pumps and they had to be serviced in the past 6 months. We could wake up and running, by calling Cool Breeze. They give several repair options including long duration and short term.
Thank you Cool Breeze!
Prompt, courteous and support. Ron and his support crews are all wonderful.

They wash after the job was completed and I am very happy. And highly suggest them.
Great company to use. I phoned them late in the afternoon with a clogged toilet. They sent a technician that work the snake for about one hour and took the toilet of.

BEWARE! Ensure that before you write a check you have the report!
This company provided diagnostic services in my A/C, billed me $59, also NEVER issued a report (that I needed for insurance purposes). Each time I call them I get a different excuse ("telephone during business hours","the supervisor is not in today, you need to call tomorrow". . .etc).

These men might be able to do an absolutely occupation, but they sure can not problem-solve.
Then they could not figure out this small, straight-forward pipes job.

In an HVAC truck. Not a fantastic sign when you think you're hiring a plumber.
After work, we went into the corner hardware store, purchased standard pipes supplies, and only hooked up the sink ourselves. It was easy and quick, works fine, and that's what we should have done in the first location.
The first plumber who came couldn't figure out how to hook up the pipes, since the drain tube is plumbed quite high. He is right that the pipe is astronomically large (heritage from earlier owner), but there's been a kitchen sink at the exact same location hooked up to the exact same pipe for more than ten years, so we were pretty sure that it could be carried out.
So that plumber called the boss . First he tried to sell us on a significant project involving tearing our kitchen and cellar to re-run the pipes when the boss came. When we did not go for this, he declared the job"hopeless" and left. Although not doing anything they demanded to be paid for their time.
