Two days after Marcus came with everything required to finish the work.
I called a plumber to change a toilet and a tub faucet out. It was not long before I understood he did not know WHAT the heck he was talking about!! Marcus explained everything gave me a quotation that was written. He never spoke down to me personally. (The other man wanted me to check with a husband prior to doing any work!!) .

Plumber: Marcus was the plumber assigned for us. He showed up on time to your appointment right! Marcus was knowledgeable, very considerate and professional. He gave us some great recommendations and took his time to check out the problem areas.

I'll if I can give this a zero! Would not recommend these guys to anybody. Conducted a snake and then went on the roof and left a complete. When I asked when they can patch it up they can't do nothing about it since we had signed and said they were not liable. But funny thing is that we did not signal anything til the end. They charged me 1500$ on a job they did but could not patch it up! Do not use them.

The time window was from 3-5PM. I received a call at 3PM stating the plumber was on his way. Marcus came at 3:30PM. They phoned me to tell me he was outside. Marcus was friendly and professional. He supplied customer support. At the end, he emailed me a proposal of a quote. The amount was said by it, what he would have to do, and the way he would do it.
I had no plumber and a water leakage to phone so I assessed on Yelp. Daniel Cordova Plumbing had great reviews. My initial question was how far would it be to get an estimate. I was told if the plumber could see in the crawl space it would be free, however if the plumber required to go into the crawl space under the house there would be a fee but they would tell me ahead how much it'd be to go in.
I am happy to have known as Daniel Cordova Plumbing!

After calling 3 plumbers out. There was not any way we would not choose Daniel Cordova Plumbing. He listened to our concerns (particularly about foul sewer smell coming from baths ) and straight away you can see he wasn't going to be another plumber. He made recommendations made good on what had to be fixed and worked towards tracking the source of the smell (this guy isn't a joke). Marcus took the bathroom apart, discovered that the plate was filled with backflash (sewage) was on there and even pointed out little bugs that sweep through. Note we only moved into this home, so this must have a been a continuing problem. Thanks Marcus your ability is appreciated

This company is punctual, prompt, quite professional, and easy to use. I've had a terrific experience with their customer service up to now, although I haven't gotten the service yet. Their site has alot of information and has a live customer service chat that talked to me about 6pm on a Friday night and told me they would call back the next morning on a Saturday to schedule. They followed up to let me know that someone was available and promptly called me. And the tech Edgar came 15 minutes early and thoroughly checked and clarified the issue and what he would need to do. His estimate and explanation was considerably more comprehensive although the estimate is a couple hundred higher than the firm's.

Thomas showed up at the time window that was given and that I told him the circumstance. He confirmed that a pin hole leak was in which the ice water line was supporting the refrigerator behind the wall and took a look. He pulled the companies list of prices for repairs like this and I thought the price was reasonable, but we have home guarantee that we already pay for that would do the fix for a service charge. He understood that we called out him to check out whether the fix had been dire and he concluded it wasn't. Therefore, fix the problem and we could wait for home guarantee to come out.
My wife noticed a pool of water and called me revealing a video of what had been happening. After coming home from work and checking the circumstance, I called up local plumbers and Cordova was the person who picked up and sent out someone the same moment.
Professional company, didn't whip or some pressure techniques and us together to allow you to pay for their services and fully understanding. This won't be the last and is actually the 2nd time calling one of their professionals out into the home to check out something. Definitely would suggest.

I called them to fix a leaking drain. This tech wanted to substitute the piping. It might only cost me $534.00. I was pissed. The entire reason I called them was my spine hurt. I went to Home Depot, purchased the gaskets I had and mended it 10mins AND IT COST ME LESS THAN $2.00 That's two bucks. What a rip off. I thought they were untrue. Guess I was wrong.
No complaints about this business. They did run a bit late, but made it in the window. It ends up I had two issues. I gave permission to clean both drains which he did about one hour out. Leo, the support tech kept me informed through the process and pricing and was effective.

Great support! First Daniel did a consultation to get a water heater and leaky bathroom. Once he entered the house he put shoe covers and has been honest about the fix for the bathroom along with water heater having to be replaced. He also scheduled the repair in a timely way and provides a cost that is reasonable and fair. He sent Marcus to replace bathroom and the water heater and everything works good. Very friendly and professional and explained everything that he do. I would recommend him to family and all friends
* Update * Over two decades later and my husband and I moved into a house where we're remodeling bathroom and a bedroom. 3:30pm the afternoon before our review and our plumber with another company left us high and dry (literally) with all our shower trims still to be installed. We called DCP plus they had Marcus here within 20 minutes. It was going to take more than anticipated although he needed to piece together a puzzle of where our plumber left off and told me he would do it. He returned the following morning and assisted with a few other issues the inspector had as well. After we passed review, he finished the job and suggestions. DCP and Marcus helped turn it all around, although when our plumber walked out we were in a lot anxiety along with a significant bind!

Called on 3/22 to schedule an appointment for 3/25 window time of 10-12pm, Monday came and I got a call and was informed that the technician is running late, that is cool I know things happen. Got another call an hour telling me they will not be able to reach me daily, I wasted on them. They did apologized and offered a discount. I rescheduled for Saturday 3/30 1-3pm. No courtesy calls they called at 3:30 pm, now. I asked them,"is not he supposed to be here 1-3pm?" . I used ton't reschedule, it shows how they treat clients and that I rather not be treated like that. Unprofessional, incompetent and the worst preservice I have received.

I had a wonderful experience with Daniel Cordova Plumbing, was searching around for someone to help install my water filter and softener. I tried Daniel Cordova after calling a few areas and straight away I knew this business was distinct. Rick came out and seemed fair and very knowledgeable compared to some of the additional plumbers I called. I had I am happy and Rick do the work I did. Using installing the water filter and softener he did an amazing job. I decided to have him put in the gas line to the furnace as well when I saw what a fantastic job he did. My HVAC guy was inexperience he did not know how to put in that himselfwanted to conduct an flexible line to the furnace in the loft that was about 20 ft long from the garage. I decided I better have a professional perform that work and didn't feel comfortable with that. Boy was I glad, Rick again did another job running and linking the gas line. I strongly recommend Daniel Cordova, their office made every attempt to keep you in the loop and did a superb job when they'd arrive communicating. I'll go together with other when it comes to my plumbing requirements. Offering Deedee and Rick for a Fantastic experience.

I am very impressed with this organization and specialist and responsive all of the staff are in fulfilling my plumbing needs. I needed to have my house completely re-piped and the entire drain line altered. I got quotations from Daniel Cordova Plumbing and two other businesses, but given how committed this provider is to strengthening their work, there was no comparison. Marcus was assigned to help me and what went smoothly with no difficulties. He is extremely proficient, neat, comprehensive, detail-oriented, patient and personable. He took into account the problems I described that he noticed during his first site inspection/assessment and dealt with them in his design plan. Marcus also promptly answered my queries and guaranteed each day, I was attentive to the work to be performed as the job progressed to completion. Robert and he executed the work plan and exceeded my expectations. As they are more than capable of handling them please do not be afraid to utilize this business for all your plumbing needs, including large scale jobs.

Our office was worked on by marcus, our plumbing leaked . He took photos, and changed some of the valves with copper and texted them . He abandoned the area very clean, and had been a joy to manage. True professional. Highly recommended. The nicest thing about this company is that they back up their work. Their work comes with a warranty, and they do stand by it. The customer support is stellar.

I had to call after the fact for service and had a toilet escape in the middle of the night. Have no complaints. They arrived in the two hour window. . .Cleaned up after the truth... and charged a fair amount. I have had expensive and less than positive dealings with other plumbers in the past. I've been nothing short of amazed by Daniel Cordova Plumbing and our tech Marcus. They always call to alarm us a few minutes before he or she arrives. Whether it fixing our dishwasher was installing or servicing our washer/dryer, or figuring out our water heated in the bathroom bathroom, he was skilled and educated. He walked us through the choices for repair and lent us honest bids for labor and materials. I am quite happy with this company and urge Marcus and DCP to anyone seeking quality, professionalism, and top-notch support.

I had a tube leak from ceiling last month. Technician Ricardo was on time, find the origin of the leak, replaced the pipe. Did excellent job.

At approximately midnight, we contacted DCP and underwent a plumbing emergency. They said they would send someone over right away to repair the issue. Unfortunately, no one from their team responded to our difficulty. My biggest concern I have is the responders/dispatchers seemed as if they had no contact with their staff to see whether anyone is available to respond. Is that they were well in reacting and checking up if the issue was resolved and clarified as to why no one was available. Maybe DCP is fantastic for scheduled services but do not rely on their emergency response.
