Great service. Precisely the day and had it completed in a few hours. The serviceman was quite kind and gave me answers for issues. If something goes wrong again I will be using those guys. It is what you expect for in a business enterprise.

Live in Newburyport and noticed that we needed a drain pipe in the basement alongside some flooding from back flow strain. Called a local plumbers but were told somebody would return to us. Hours later I gave a telephone to them and looked up this business on yelp. A nice girl picked up the phone right away got my information and said I would be called by an on-call. Ok... discovered that before... but 10 mins later Coltin called! I explained the problem and he understood just what the issue was, he had discovered that before. He was situated in Beverly and was at the home in 1 hour. Coltin was professional and very pleasant and thorough. He assessed the situation and confirmed it was a blockage. Didn't take long before he pulled about 50"flushable" wipes out of my drain . Customer will call Dash Drains again should I need this kind of service again.

When called in at 9pm for a plumbing crisis, carl arrived well. He resolved the issue quickly and quickly and diagnosed. What more could you ask for? Another 5 star review for Dash Drains.

Not only am I back to doing laundry, we can shower without fear of the bathroom bubbling over, run the dishwasher, not be concerned about flood the kitchen.
With water, the standpipe turned into a fountain as my machine emptied on Sunday afternoon. My husband thought he'd broken up the clog tried snaking it. Alas, when the washer turned back , Mount Vesuvius erupted. I knew I had a professional.
In my husband called Dash Drains and informed them we had the line unclogged. We were told someone would be there between 10 and 12. Sam arrived. Over the hour, he cleaned up the basement had disposed of the shrub roots that were blocking the drain, and was ready to roll. The price for the service call was reasonable.

He came outside and assessed the matter, which is that the pump is not working, and he recommended a guy to fix it. Best of all, no charge for his assessment!
It is not fun to wake up on a lovely Sunday and see water. Stirring tried, and moved to the basement to do laundry, in which I found water all.
Colton is very proud of his work and Dash Drains and guarantees me that their recommendations don't come. Now I just have to hope it can be fixed by the pump guy.
After asking and exploring the neighbors, I predicted Dash Drains and Colton called back within minutes.

Here is the 3rd time that I've used Dash Drains. They are quick to return the phone call and certainly will come out. Their rates are their workmanship is specialist & fair. Last time, Colton reacted to a drain that was clogged. It's not a glamorous occupation, but Colton was polite & performed his duties. He didn't hesitate to put his hands to some"not so pretty" combination of biohazards. He cleaned up well after himself & made me feel very comfortable that the issue has been solved. I strongly suggest them & I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I was worried what this meant on a Saturday. Someone picked up immediately and Colton, the tech, was paged. He provided some advice while he finished the job he was on, to minimize the mess and predicted. He estimated it would be about two hours before he could get to us (two hours faster than both of the other companies I had called first), but he came within about 90 minutes. He diagnosed the issue and remedied the situation efficiently. He was very professional and polite and answered several questions. He made a few suggestions of proactive work to be done to prevent other problems in the future (things Dash does not do- so it wasn't making company for themselves). I dreaded what the bill for this could be, especially however, it was very reasonable. He made a very shitty situation (pun intended) much less dreadful. I'd highly recommend.

Excellent company! Called with an issue of something and they were out in about an hour. Great service, and cost was far more reasonable than the usual standard plumber.

Learn to Dash Drains! The owner talked on a pipe. The technology Charlie came out over 90 minutes and fixed everything. It was relieved a great deal of stress and such a simple procedure! As a result of Dash Drains we referring and will be calling everyone to you!

We've had multiple businesses out for an drain. Our septic system had backed up into our house multiple times - leaving a bathroom destroyed. We predicted Dash drains desperate after not being able to use our pipes to 48 hours (due to the blizzard). Serve Guru came out prior and cleaned the mess and if Charlie (my hero!) Showed up, I guessed that mess could be replicated and Serve Guru's cost would be a clean. Charlie realized this on his own and decided to avoid snaking our principal line through the bathroom to prevent a mess and went through our septic tank (so more work for him)! He went beyond and ABOVE fixing our issues and camera had our line. He found the roots resulting in our difficulty and subsequently marked in our yard so we are able to replace the pipe at the spring, where which was for the plumbers in the future. He was in answering all our naive homeowner queries rather respectful. Charlie was kind and professional. I can't say enough about Charlie and the company! Thank you for providing a direction to us.

These guys are wonderful! Very pleasant on the telephone, came in an hour of my phone, and Charlie was so knowledgeable and clearly knew what he do. He removed my sink drains that was something. I was told by him a plumber had done an installation which I guessed but I had. These guys are professional and therefore are skilled and clearly experts and saved the day for me personally!! Highly recommend.

Emergency Telephone on a Sunday morning. They could come the quickest, although I set a couple of other calls out. Obstacles were thrown by my occupation and the task extended out to 6 hours. I had been dreading to listen to the cost, but in the long run, it turns out that they do the job for a flat price regardless of what it takes, Including the weekend emergency cost, they were WAY more realistic than many others I've used for similar problems in the past.

Chris was great. We had standing water on our tub in our drain clog deep as a result of a tote that is fairly. He came the day we called (July 4) and couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable. It's really tough to find services in the north shore that have great service, decent pricing, and hours that are accessible so that it's nice to know we've got a go-to guy for any plumbing related troubles. Give these guys a call, you will be pleased you did.

In fact, everything was backing up into the basement sink. I called the plumber that stated it was a project for Dash Drains. At that point nothing was draining and I was nervous. Can we have to move out? I predicted Dash and was instantly calmed by the company spokesperson. He promised me that they'd get our water flowing (and flushing) again. Twenty minutes after Sam arrived. Unbeknownst to me, our door was open into the kitchen. Our dog (another Sam) jumped to his feet until I could get to him. He is very protective. Nothing to dread; the dog started wagging his tail when Sam was spotted by him, so I understood our guest was a good guy. Were he! He had been in the home cleaning out the main line. Origins caused the blockage and found in the middle of the yard. Sam (the technician) was convinced he could fix it. It was a big job and I felt that the final invoice was reasonable. Next time we've got drain issues, I am calling Dash away.

I snaked but no fortune (where/s the thank you in that?) Early 5, so called Dash, and Sam was here by 9. We dug up septic tank, no matter there, he then brought in a huge snake (scared mine) and found the clog half way between, then replaced cap whose thread had been gone, cleaned up nicely. I had him leave the septic hole open and see it as chance to get that pumped ancient, Personable, likes his job and informs me the entire company recognizes those who call for drain support already have enough issues and they move out of the way to help even the score. . Sam from Dash Drain just rescued our pipes from bursting. When we called even though we believed the culprit could have been a full septic tank that he said he'd come check to be 28, he came instantly. It was become an ice dam in our pipe. Sam came and remained until 11PM tonight to be certain the pipes were apparent. We cannot suggest Dash Drain enough, they spared us from damage that was quite significant!

Chris saved daily. For reasons I'll never fully comprehend, my girlfriend thought it'd be a good idea to ditch beef stew down the bathroom. Turns out, that a terrible thought. The drain was partly clogged. It was draining slowly despite plunging although Happily the bathroom did not float. That is when I predicted Dash Drains based on the recommendation. Chris was an hour later, on a Sunday no less. He snaked a whole group of gunk he said was building up in the pipes for a long time in the cast iron and used a closet auger. The problem, and possibly my girlfriend and I's relationship, was repaired in 20 minutes. Chris was personable, great, and professional.
