Fantastic experience with Dave 21. I had a toilet wax seal replaced. He managed to send a tech over to my house next-day. My phone broke and no one answered the door the day that he came (my bad!) , but superb answer from Dave, we could reschedule for next-day. Price was exactly the same as initial estimate over the telephone (good cost ) although the job was a bit harder than expected, and I managed to pay with credit card. Will be calling him . Thanks!
What experience that is fabulous and a relief. Fernando, the technician was specialist and gracious. The price was great. I will not be calling some other plumbers.

The water would not go down. David tried to snake it and came out. the entire bathroom was actually removed by him from the floor, he couldn't find anything and snake more. When he pulled out a rag I was in shock! You can picture what that particular rag was covered with. After the cleaning lady came, it was actually 2 days. I expected to just leave a message and get him come during the week same day but he came out. What support! He put the toilet back when he left everything looked like nothing happened . He was very gracious and he took a peek at my leaking shower head and fixed that!
We had an appointment scheduled for 12 pm now for Simon to run a camera through the plumbing of a house we're purchasing. At 12:10 pm I needed to see where he was when he replied he did not know who I was at first and then proceeded to tell me that he was in another job that ran . He neglected to call me personally to inform me and we would have been waiting if I hadn't called, although I understand what happen. Was it a waste of time, but we had 2 realtors there. We were expecting better service as there had been many positive reviews, we've been disappointed. As they aren't reliable or considerate we wouldn't recommend them.
Woke around my bathtub and toilets being backed up. Located Simon using Dave 21 Plumbing on Thumbtack and got immediate reply and he was at my home by 3 p.m.. He was more than reasonable and friendly, on time ! He worked fast. I recommend him and would absolutely hire him again. Thank you for your help Simon, you were a life saver!
