I had a slab leak. I was worked by them and got it the same day. The tacos were considerate, thorough and cleaned up after themselves. I'd use them again!

Very Very Disappointed!It was the word against mine and the plumber obtained!
I have utilized David Gray Plumbing for many years and have been very happy. Unfortunately, I got the firm and one bad apple did nothing to resolve the matter.
The week before a plumber out of DGP replaced the Hot and Cold stems and came out. But the side did not turn enough since right was on and left was off. So the second plumber turned. He fixed what his plumber left and I was charged for it!
The plumber substituted the tub installed the tub spout I supplied and spout piping.
When the invoice was introduced to me to sign, it had 1.5 hours. When I told him he was not a full hourhe took off 15 minutes.
I reached he and Kevin informs me the GPS on the truck stated 4:03 pm after calling billing with no return call for two days. THEN WHY DID HE TRY TO BILL ME FOR 1.5 HOURS?
Sorry David Gray, I won't call you and do not like being cheated. It's a shame, since the job was great.

Used them to see what issue was w/disposal. Tech troubleshooted & ID'd difficulty w/switch. Didn't secure electrical wires connected to disposal correctly, which was ID'd from the Electrician I needed to call 5wks to fix Grays Tech's mess. ($125) I needed to cover to find this out! Employ another provider not that one, they don't pay attention to detail and will cost you to fix what they screwed up!!!

The plumber arrived to change the cartridge. The cartridge price $96 bucks but the plumber said he wasn't conscious of the $88 discount for the service call. He said a person from the workplace would call. So I called I never received a call within the week. The billing office charged me 165 bucks for your cartridge. $359 dollar total. What happened to the 88 dollar discount.
Dishonesty isn't a policy. David Gray Plumbers will never be used by me. The charging people ignored me asked for an explanation if I told them I wouldn't use their services 25, and did not care.
I called for 2 problems. One was a bathtub that is clogged. The other was for low water pressure and a sewer odor in the shower. The customer service representative said that if I made equally appointments I would receive a discount for your next call. The day of the appointment they forgot to set the appointment. I had to call. One plumber arrived second and unclogged the bathtub never resealed the pit and made a hole in the ceiling to confirm the pipe. I still have a hole in my ceiling and a smell. I was charged 108 minus the 10 dollar coupon for a total of 98 bucks.

Here is actually the second time I've used David Gray Plumbing & will surely use them again. Professional & friendly service from the scheduler. When I called to schedule an appointment one was received by me the next day for 3 different pipes problems I had. 1 guy came to handle them all & did a fantastic job.

Called for assistance about 10:00 AM to drain line that was clear. . .plumbers arrived around 1:30. . .very courteous and through. . .did a good job completed.

I used David Gray Plumbing 30 years ago for a repipe and they did a great job so I hoped for the same results when it was time for another repipe. Wow, I was not disappointed! By the second Mark Evans quoted the job into the quality and cleanliness of their pipes to the sub builder they utilize for sheetrock repair, the work has been 1st class.
They were not the lowest, but to hand he project over to one company saved me hassle and time that paid for itself.

I would not recommend them to anyone. I had them come out and perform a quote about 15 to replace my hot water heater and fix the faucet on 28. They waited till about 9 o'clock that morning to inform me that they were not coming, after taking off. I get a phone call from my parents that they contacted to inform they were on the road as I'm walking out the door. Nice men they came to perform electrical work to be set up for the new hot water heater. Weeks go by before I hear back from their worker about when my stuff is going to be finished. I schedule them describing I need to leave at 2 o'clock. The technicians were fine men are they did not know when the electricians came and they informed me the electrical was incorrect. After being on hold continuously a multiple phone calls I find this job was not planned out. They really suggested I leave my home entirely open for them to go and come as they need at their advantage. They haven't noticed the crime rate in Jacksonville. Electric version showed up 15 minutes after I was supposed to leave and they still aren't done over an hour after and that I missing out on eight hours of job. Since I missed two weeks of job you would think that they deduct some of the issues that they trigger but of course are rude or would be at least polite. Because I have work that should be 26, I would really like to have them if they one has an adequate pipes and plumbing reviews but I would not let David Gray touch it when they were doing it at no cost.
It has been also the hot water heater cut off and less than two decades. Service was day of, and the man said he must replace them constantly....then why promote them?
Less than a month later, and the hot water heater doesn't work. Their answering service asked if I wished to cover after hours service no I wanted a hot shower.

Zach was punctually, and incredibly effective, which is important as the 1/4 hour charges you, after the hour that has a fee. Zach was completed in 1/2 hour. Everything works flawlessly. Rates less I called.
He even installed. I ask Zach!! and would certainly use them again

We knew at remodeling our kitchen not and especially since when we had the house re-plumbed the pvc under the sink was in the cabinets behind the wall that would have occurred in new 41, we might require a plumber. So I called David Gray plumbing redo it and to have them come out! They were capable before they left and cleaned everything up! Not that I want to want plumbers all of the time if I want one but I would call them!

I handle several rental properties and have used David Gray plumbing previously for another home. This afternoon when my renter called me about a water flow I called David Gray plumbing since they have done previously. Regrettably the tech that came out was a jerk. Incredibly rude to both myself and my renter. The water flow took about 20 minutes to fix and he charged me labor. I understand pipes's expensive, but this is absurd and then some! If the tech had been polite, I wouldn't even mind paying the money. But to fork over that kind of money for a penis just tanned my hide! I will not be using David Gray plumbing . Yes, the tech did fix the problem, but acted out very put for a guy who made $300 in 20 minutes.

I had a couple of crews outside to my home that is newly remodeled. The original contractor, and they could not get into the base of the matter along with my washing machine. Vincent and lee showed up from David Gray on time. Lee immediately recognized the issue and fixed it. On top of that, they referred us to a different team in their office to re-do the plumbing the contractor had completed incorrectly and cleaned up behind them. In just two weeks, Mark contacted us and made an appointment to come give us a quotation, which was fair. Perhaps not the cheapest, but there is a reason work. It is not done. I have good confidence in David Gray according to my experience with Lee and Vincent alone. Thank you gentlemen! We did three loads of laundry after 11 times in our home!

Do not use these men. I called them to come some water lines. They showed up and did not have the right equipment for the job, they'd need to return another day. I got a bill to come unprepared and don't work. There is more, but this pretty much sums up their company culture.

Avoid them there are plumbers. They'll nickel and dime you to match the invoice. In case you have an inquiry they don't respond to mails or voicemails. Additionally plumber has been impolite.

I regret my choice to employ David Gray Plumbing for repiping work which should've been achieved in two weeks maximum but required and corrections were needed in the conclusion. While my job manager was very responsive and easy to utilize, the problem was that David Gray Plumbing couldn't keep a plumber on the job that could observe the work thru until the finish. So that the end result was a rotation of plumbers that wasn't knowledgeable about the previous plumber's repairs. When the work was finally finished, I needed to bring in an external plumber for a neutral opinion, which disclosed that there were slight corrections that needed to be produced, 20 weeks.
20 weeks a few weeks, for work which should've taken ended up costing money and time, and held other repairs up that needed to be made for my property. The invoices which I received for various parts of the work over the duration of the job ended up costing me a couple of thousands for once I put it more than initially budgeted.

When searching for an estimate, never bothered to call me back. They don't want company. Thanks guys.

David Gray plumbing came out to our home we are planning to sale. He was fine and very professional. Our brand new disposal he installed sounds so quiet. We will definitely use Gray again!
