A couple weeks after, the drum was making a dreadful sound during the spin cycle, so I called Lassaad. He was flexible accommodating a last-minute program shift, when I had been a couple of minutes late meeting him and gracious when I got held up through a downpour. He recognized that the likely culprit was overloading the machine and that it worked fine, and checked the spin cycle. Guilty as charged--I put a lot of towels in my little washer. Next two loads did not have any matter. He would allow me to pay him for his time, though I tried twice.
Where a part has been broken, he then took a peek at my washer and discovered. He has been able to fix it in about a half hour and had the replacement part in his car.
Lassaad came to take a look at an AC line issue that had previously closed my system down. I had (1) to have a gas range installed and (2) to have a fridge looked at that'd begun making a strange sound. I had tried scheduling a consultation with Puls, that was a DISASTER (https://www.yelp.com/biz/puls-washington). Then I attempted Lassaad with DC Appliance Repair Service. He replied promptly, and after listening he told me how I could easily fix the refrigerator on my own (!) . We made an appointment for the gasoline range setup and he showed up on time, promptly installed the stove , and cleaned up appropriately. Will can recommend to anyone else that needs repairs or appliance installs and definitely save his card.

DC Appliance Repair / Lassaad was superb! I would definitely use them again. I texted my difficulty to Lassaad Friday day and he was at my house by 9 am the following Monday. He called Monday morning to verify the appt (I like it when builders call to confirm), came on time, diagnosed the matter with our washerinstalled the part and remained for the washer to finish its cycle to make sure it was functioning. Upfront and Really friendly about the matter with me and what it would take to repair. Overall a fantastic experience.

Truly amazing support! I came home and found the AC was not working in the center of a heat wave. I called a repairman and several businesses came out who could not correct the matter.
