Contacted to help with a plumbing issue on a home I sold while living out of state. George finished the job correct and quick and was shipped out! Very knowledgable staff and courteous. Highly recommend them!
I was pleased to get an actual person and phoned at. But after telling the ceremony department what the problem was (my hot water heater was spilled water all over my floor and that I had been forced to cut off all water into the house) I was told that the EARLIEST they could get to me would be Wednesday afternoon. I have 3 children, there's absolutely no way I can live without water for that long. Congratulations on your business that is booming , but if you can't figure out how to leave time you are being irresponsible.
They have replaced a toilet, unclogged drains, and mended leaking pipes. They have always been professional and in person. They are extremely honest with pricing and have come out on the same day. Even telling us on the telephone to correct a very simple issue. I have recommended them to acquaintances who now use them too. For any plumbing issues, they are certainly the company!
