I used these men outside that leaked to substitute a hose bib. So I had to replace it, I had been moving out of this home! They could swap it out with a new one and upgrade it to one which may be substituted, through unscrewing versus resoldering! Communication was fantastic as well as the job great!

I hired Diamond Plumbing Services to unclog a drain. Three weeks after it had been clogged, although they did. I emailed them asking which kind of guarantee they provide to their job and they said"everything but drain clogs" since"they don't know the quality of the line". I live in a home that has been built so I'm sure the pipes aren't the issue. I have had shower drains snaked likely ten times in my life, and have not ever had the problem where three weeks after it's clogged , so it would seem to me that this firm did a poor job, then refused to return and redo it properly. For it looks like a poor response, and I will be taking my business someplace else in the future. As they have a lot of excellent 5 star reviews I can't comment on anything else, but in my case I feel like I wasted $130.

Advice on ways to do it . Hubby had started and believed he couldn't do it. Within a few hours of the Rep departing, we were able to do it . It saved us around $1000. I believe this goes a long way when it comes to ethics and honest people. He only hinted to him on how to finish the job, and had seen just how much work my Husband had already done. Enough said. I shall call these men for any work that we can't manage. Honest and humble. You are a Diamond in the rust!

Water coming out of each drain, toilet, sink and tubs. They and called Diamond were and showed up on time and called to let us know how far out he had been! Thorough and cleared our drains. For being a crisis call reasonably priced. Diamond Plumbing is strongly recommended by me!

Sent a yelp message to get a quotation and they got back to me right away. They came out to provide a free quote and their pricing was reasonable and lower than the other quote I'd received, so that I had them fix my own kitchen sink that was . Ryan got out the clog quickly and let me know what triggered it. He was quite friendly and had outstanding customer service abilities. If you mention yelp that they presently have a coupon for ten% off (for first time customers).

I needed the exact same afternoon after talking with the operator I had been and a new pressure regulator and then Wayne arrived and took care of all. He looked at something else at no cost, will phone again and was amazing and friendly!

Never gave the opportunity to them people. Gave no window period for arrival, then arrived in an unmarked car. . In their car in a way they peeled off after . This interaction might have been a positive one but that opportunity was squandered by them. I recommend them or won't be calling back them.

Needed to replace the valve that is entire as it was so old.
Albert, Ray and Joel kicked butt.
Got off to a start with my toilet drain. The snakes tip broke off in toilet drain.
Ray helped undergo everything and did all the muscle work.
Albert hooked up the valve at the toilet neat and nice.
Diamond pipes did the work easily and professionally as a team. Thank you.
Had a twist in shower catridge that control water on shower.
Diamond pipes work was superb.
But Joel came in clutch and bent the snakes tip to get the tee down the drain.
2nd Matter

I wanted an estimate. I had been given a 12-2 window to get a quote. I waited around and at just after two, they would be and petitioned me to say that they were in Temecula and getting gas. In 2:45, they still were not here and I had to leave for a scheduled appointment. It would be polite to text and say so that a customer is not waiting if you're going to be somewhere toward the conclusion of a two hour window. But then to be an additional 45 minutes or more - I believe, how can I trust that the job, if I can not count for reliability? I hope this was just a fluke.

I just have to say after being blown off by a different local plumbing company and then having to deal with a 2nd company that never revealed when they said they would and wasted a lot of my period and took 1.5 weeks to mend 1 leak a few months back, Diamond Plumbing and Joel were a breath of fresh air with this latest plumbing dilemma! Joel was instant, called his way each time he explained everything to me arrived, answered all of my questions , thoroughly analyzed his job after he had been done to make sure all was good, and was extremely friendly and professional. He recommended we have our walls called us to their partner mold/water remediation company and analyzed for moisture levels who is just great! Do yourself the favor and telephone Diamond Plumbing (and request Joel) when you want a plumber. I was lucky to finally have our home warranty company assign us an amazing comoany and I am so thankful!!

Fantastic support! Had a garbage disposal cease functioning and leakage in my kitchen sink. After setting up an appointment to have a diagnosis of what the issues were, Nate affirmed that in turn, it had been backed up, because of this sink being dysfunctional for so long. We had to find pipe and a new garbage disposal. He had the plumbing changed swiftly and arrived by the day afterwards, it was very impressive. The sink is currently fully operational. We're very pleased. Pricing was on fair and par with quotes.

I would say the client is always correct and this a instance of a poor business person attempting to reverse service - can not back pedal. Thanks but no thanks - seen a decent local plumber that has been nice, honest and pleasure doing business.
