Very impressed by DM Select. First impressions are important along with also the secretary answered the phone immediately, and she had a tech to my place in a day or 2. I did choose to use DM, after obtaining quotes on a new HVAC. They did a wonderful job and came at the exact time scheduled. I will use DM Select for any other service they offer.

Furnace and our heating pump/AC quit right. DM Select Services has been the ones available to emerge and have us a quotation. An updated review: once I posted the review of my experiences the owners of this firm contacted me. They came into my home, checked the broken AC system and agreed to give me repay. I appreciate their attempts of attempting to fix the errors which were made.

These guys came out to service my HVAC, ended up unhooking the overflow prevention switch, and my attic puked water to my house's top and main levels. I called their"emergency services" line and after 3 calls has been told"we can't help you tonight, call back tomorrow"

When installing our unit that is next, I strongly recommend and will definitely be using DM!

After Bean and Alex workedthey were great at explaining everything and managed not to trample on our garden (big bonus) despite having to bring in a big HVAC unit across the garden. They worked and upon completing the jobcleaned.
Swift and great support! Our HVAC system expired after about 8 years (installed by a different firm ) and the Freon employed for it was no more produced. I was given several distinct options to fix/replace our system and opted to go with the 10 year warranty / 10 year support plan.

The installers were a team that is respectful and professional personable. The new system is incredibly quiet and high tech and the home is warm. All said they deserved their 5 star rating. Don't waste your time waiting for quotes and making further calls. They will provide you the estimate with no fees, they will get the work done, and they will appear in time.
Rich showed up on time the next day, assessed the system, took notesgave me options and quotes to choose from. The moment I chose one of the options he said he could come in tomorrow along with his team set up the new one and to change the heating system.
I really like their staff functions! I called several different places and freelancers who gave me appointments and never showed up along with others who tried to charge more money for specifications and the identical system that I was provided by DM Select.
The heating system dropped down. I called them on a Sunday evening, someone explained that the office will get back to me asap and took my information. A hour and a half after, a nice lady called me , took notes of the problem and promptly scheduled me to get a free check up on the next day.
The next day they showed up on time. They started working straight away. Tested it, set it up, and took out the method and left the place clean like nothing happened.

Had no heat this morning. Day came out and repaired igniter at no charge from service. Honest. Prompt. Reliable.

In Burke would be under our control Tech Cody and spring tune-up arrived timely to make certain. Fixed blinking"change filter" light and explained it was a timer, not a sensor. Outside cleared critters' unit, affirmed the lineup pressures were fine and we headed indoors. Checked the unit, vacuumed out the building dust, buttoned up everything and advised us on the settings for our fuel system to be as efficient and comfortable as possible.

In short I was not overcharged by DM Select trick me into purchasing the unit when it wasn't needed by me. They are available for any emergency you could run into and their staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They are my new company for plumbing or whatever HVAC .
In all honesty, I jumped on yelp and found a water leak in my home and started calling any company I could find. No one would send somebody out to my 14, since it was after hours. But I called one of the techs and DM Select called me back. He came by the house and we diagnosed the issue as a leaky HVAC system. Perhaps not the best news however now I understand.
Demo staff ripped up my floor that was damaged and came out and I found the water was coming to my apt even once we shut off the water in my unit. They shipped the tech back to my place and I called DM Select and found that the origin of the water, which wasn't the HVAC unit. Ended up being a concealed drain beneath my HVAC.

Today, a service rep (Steve) out of DM Select arrived to my home for an appointment to check out my HVAC. Steve did call a half hour out of his time of birth, which was inside the organized time period. Steve efficiently went thru each piece of equipment, inside and outside the house, checking to see whether it worked correctly Though this was a seasonal inspection.
Ahead of this, DM decided that the HVAC unit at another property was caput. They gave me a quote for a new device, and they installed a excellent system the next day when I agreed to the cost. I am certain that as they missed AC one day, the tenants were happy. I'm happy In the event the tenant is happy!
I appreciate the appointment, made before.
In the end, everything checked out fine. Steve didn't try and sell anything else, schedule periodic inspections or the like. DM Select's fee for the inspection was less than I anticipated.

After 25 years, our HVAC stopped cooling. We tried to get by with only adding Freon however, the technician (Steve) advised us it had over that and it would be expensive. He made sure there was a sleek and gave us a quote for a system. He was courteous and quite honest and even called back to make sure everything was going after the setup.
The setup crew (Rich, Alex and Yaw) showed up on time and worked hard all day to install our new system. They wore booties indoors, covered the ground and cleaned up after the installation was complete. The weather returned after the install and we were nice and cool. The current cold snap has also given us the chance to test the warmth out and it sure is considerably warmer than our previous system. Happy with the DM Select team and the goods. Thank you!

Called DM Select based on Yelp Testimonials and I was impressed with the DM Technician Cody Ragan's Support, advice and professionalism. He went over and above on the service song up I purchased in my Heat Pump. Cody gave me some pointers and made some tips that were sound on maintaining our Heat Pump and Air Cleaner.

Wonderfully helpful DM Select administrative personnel --scheduling, etc.. Steve H (tech ) visited our house for our regular maintenance/spring check from our air conditioner unit. Very professional! This company has all of the boxes"checked". . .customer concentrated service along with top notch technical talent. Exceptionally pleased.

I encounter companies -small & big - who make errors, but not in my life have I come across a company so determined by resolving them. The proprietor personally reached out to admit the mistake and went above and beyond to cure the issue Following a mistake in pricing was made. No hassles... no haggling... no nitpicking... only solve! It's situations like this that give me hope to the smaller companies working amidst a world filled with corporate giants that are large.

We ended up getting the service bundle and had a great experience with Select. I emailed Select on a Saturday and they emailed back at night. I followed up with a call and had a person at the home. They came on time and were very nice. They talked through three difficulty, checked out everything and did a support of this system. They did not wind up fixing itjust making suggestions to things beyond their work which I had done after- but the dialogue was really appreciated by us about the problems and the hints worked. Service is hit or miss it was great to find a place that did the things that are tiny right- on time, knowledgable, not sketchy.
