Called Patrick to find an estimate, stated that he would find a hold of me this was a week ago, still waiting.

Looked up plumber and discovered them. He gave a quote to me and went. I consented. It had been for my mothers property. The next day, After he was finished he phoned and that I paid on the telephone. He was supposed to email me invoice. He did. I advised him . He tell me he had been behind in billing. Which is okay I understand, but has been received invoice. That I want to report costs.

Got blockage at the primary pipe on Labor Day weekend. I called Roto-Rooter on Saturday if they gave me a quote of $490 without even understanding what the problem was. Nope. He called me back a few of minutes said he might perform $350. Eventually called Doherty's and Patrick was out and completed the task! He quoted me 3-4 times less over the phone after finishing the job, and stuck to his bottom cost. He's an honest guy and I won't be utilizing any service from now on but Doherty's.

I'm giving due to a recent plumbing issue to another review. ( I reside in an older house ). I called Patrick up issue using a back, he showed up sooner than I was very professional and imagined. I love the service that is excellent!

Patrick did a great job repairing the toilets in our home. Quick and simple to get scheduled, completed the total price was affordable and the job quickly. I would call for more work and strongly recommend him.

Because we are having a terrace poured my hubby tried to get rid of a pipe. Had to turn the water off and wanted assistance QUICK. Pat reacted at 10 minutes and called back . 20 minutes later the pipe has been repaired. He was our 3rd call-the other two companies wanted us to wait till Monday. . .uh, what portion of our water is turned off makes you think we can wait till Monday (it was Friday morning)? Thank you Pat! We will call you and recommending you to friends and family.

We discovered that among our plumbing cracked inducing the water to turn off to our whole house, after going up there. After calling a couple of other companies we discovered that they couldn't make it and when they did it out would be only to get a consult, never to correct the pipe. Because we had gone without water this was not going to work. We discovered Doherty's on Yelp and decided to try it out after reading the reviews. We called on a Monday and we were told by them when we got off work, they might come out. We gave them the man that answered said that he could come after another consult and also a call and he'd call on his way over. Sure about an hour he had been at the loft and there. I took less than 2 hours to obtain the leak and repair it. Since then we've had no further problems, however we'd call Doherty's 19, if we did. We really love how adaptable and fast this company was!

After talking on the phone to him 10 minutes ahead responsive, Patrick was here in my house. He able to get the issue solved before his appointment and was in my own area. Will use again in the long run.

We are living in an old house and appear to take care of plumbing issues. None have been as good as Doherty's, although we have dealt with several plumbers. He went beyond to be sure the task was done correctly and well and was professional, honest, friendly, pet friendly. Thank you so much! You've earned a customer for life.

I had an emergency at a rental home and known as Doherty. He was booked but actually seemed to care he couldn't help. He cried and checked his schedule just to be sure he couldn't fit it in. He said if I couldn't get assistance to call him and he'd attempt to figure it out for 29, before he hung up. Who does that? His customer service skills were excellent when he wasn't earning money on it. If I could, I would certainly use this business!

We phoned this organization and the guy was friendly, instant and he was prepared to proceed under the house although there was a broken pipe after obtaining a quote from another company that looked too high. He made no fuss about it. Replaced it and cut about two feet of pipe and ran a line through the pipes to make certain there wasn't any clogs. Cost was fair to me. Urge him and definitely going to keep the number of this guy.

We are having floors. My husband was having issues with the water at the bathroom, I found Doherty's through Google. He was in the region & came over promptly. Was professional guy & an extremely nice. Took care of the issue within half an hour. Would highly recommend him.
