My garbage disposal started each night, leaking. It had already been giving me some trouble, so I decided the time had arrived to get a replacement. I phoned Done-Rite and Sarah answered my questions and gave a quotation for replacement and the disposal. Danny replaced the old one and came over the hour. I asked him on a number of additional plumbing problems I had, and he walked with me upselling or giving me thoughts and quotations without being pushy. I will be utilizing other plumbing projects in emergency the future or intended and Done-Rite for my sink faucet.

Done-Rite you definitely done it right!! I phoned them 8/24 for a clogged bathroom/shower that literally went to flooding into our area! Called Done-Rite plumbing and owner Dave was able to get his plumber same day to come out and was out here. The plumber we'd his name was Austin. .he was quite thorough on getting it resolved straight away and explaining the matter and provided customer service. Thanks for your ceremony and if anybody requires a plumber call them!! :)

Because we had a pipe leak last night I called. Sarah answered the telephone and got me. Austin came out to fix the problem. They did a great job and were both skilled. Austin is to our house and always has a smile and does great work. Dave is the proprietor of Done Right Plumbing and that I want more owners cared about their clients as he can.

From my call to program to Austin, their and his explanations follow up. What more could you ask for. I have added my listing of connections and their telephone number together and they will always be on my list for any plumbing problems!

Because the fix turned out nicely That is our 2nd call to Done-Rite. But this time around it was not as profitable. I wanted to use their service but also bad it didn't work out. They quoted $280 to have a slab leak detection evaluation and the money will go toward fixing the issue. It was their policy as last time.
The technician came out and done the flow detection evaluation. He confirmed this was his 2nd slab escape mission. Fortunately he weld it back together although the pipe cuts. We are knee deep in this point, so long story short, he spent hours and nothing has been fixed. We advised to reschedule so he can come out and talked with the owner. We discussed above the telephone 2 choices on how best to start fixing the issue. We wrote a test for $285 (not sure why the additional $5) however, we were left with the belief the owner will come back to evaluate and help fix the issue, not the technician. We set up another appointment.
The week prior to the appointment I got an email the exact same technician was assigned. We didn't want that, we wanted the owner as promised. I know the owner is busy and so is everybody else, then they made such guarantee and should not have taken our money. We sent multiple emails and then finally a response is not available for another week. Do we would like to reschedule? We have a flow here! At this point, they cashed our test and I just want the 285 back. We asked for a refund but nothing yet.

Anyway, unfortunately there is another leak in the BBQ itself (the knob) and will need to call another company to repair it or replace the grill completely.
Still very satisfied with service, the promptness and thoroughness of the tech.
Had the flow on our BBQ grill. There was gas flow everywhere. The tech was very comprehensive. He fixed several escapes most of that were easy fixes since the BBQ place where we purchased the BBQ island did a job!

Agents, their employees, and other people were also very professional and polite. As a client, I will say this firm does fine service, offer work, and good work ethics. You won't regret choosing them to rescue your residence and you if you are still reading my review.
We had a water. Home insurance advised us to find a company on our own and it will be reimbursed by them to us. I yelped for plumbing support. I found this company has outstanding review so I decided it to give it a try. Keep it in mind, I have very little understanding about plumbing.
When they first showed up he explained me everything clearly. I told him my concern was that we remodeled last year, and I had been worried about messing that all up. I know I used to be a bit difficult because the leaking was underneath the tiles. He started working and showed me he took the tiles out and my builder firm could put them back. I had been really and I am still very glad that he was very considerate, but also repaired the water leaking issue.
I'd love to share my excellent experience with Done-Rite who arrived at our house to rescue us.

Fantastic service! We had our valves replaced so for our new machine to be installed. We arrived to discover a local plumber which may come same-day out. A large thank you to Sarah at dispatch and to our plumber that is wonderful Christian for arriving within the hour and also doing a fine job replacing our valves. It is hard to find a company that has got the parts inside their own truck is honest, and has staff that is good. We'll definitely be calling Done-Rite Plumbing. Thank you !

I needed to replace 1 water heater and replaced it and the encounter with their quality of honesty, their communication, and work was a breath of clean air. I had Austin from a scope of some plumbing, and then he walked me through my pipes, where they were not where the clogs were. Both that the I will and have continued to patronize gentlemen that helped me were nice, personable, professional, respectful, and unquestionably a company. Great Plumbers! Professional, on time, fair, and clean!

David answered in the AM when I did not realize I called - since I was coping with all the shower clog for a couple of hours now. He'd have been able to get someone there - but I still had a meeting. Austin showed up the next morning, on time and quite pleasant. While this was a stubborn clog, actually needed to return when he thought he had it but the drain clogged up again....either manner, super fine and very excellent. He answered all of my questions and was knowledgable. If ever needed, Fantastic job and I will refer and use again.

The Gas Company came out and shut the gasoline off in the place of my mom because of leaks they had found. I took my chances on a local plumber and received on Yelp. I called on a Saturday late afternoon and spoke to Dave,"super-nice" man, and he had Austin to my mom's house by 1:30 that afternoon! A BIG problem was with the petrol pipping and in two weeks the job was completed! Each step of the way, they kept my mom informed of what they do and what was happening.

My 2nd time to utilize this time my kitchen sink....always....they did their job RIGHT....no ifs and buts, price is right!

My hot water heater leaked! Same day, came out and managed to finish the replacement in a couple of hours. Didn't have an opportunity to receive quotes can not talk on cost but it seemed fair.

"Done rite"is not exactly the truth-I'd call it"Done wrong! The company policy and pride of workmanship is directly represented by my having to call and complain about clean-up not being done on a $6000+ job!

Austin assisted me to explore a sewage issue for a house. As a real estate broker I encounter a great deal of plumbers, this company is a true exception. I was really happy to discover that they may come out only a few hours later I called about the matter. Austin spoke on the telephone with me until he came out and I was rather impressed with his understanding. This was the next company I predicted to take a look at the sewage line. Had I called them they would have been my telephone.

Robbie was more knowledgeable than I could imagine came out in 3:00 pm, and had hot water flowing by 5:15 pm and a brand new water heater installed.
I won't ever have another plumber work on my house. My water heater was broken by a different plumber sent out by my house warranty company (the worst , I am looking in the Fidelity). That I call Done-Rite in 8:30 am begging for a Miracle after having no hot water for 24 hours. Sarah (the secretary I believe ) answered the phone in 2 rings, listened to some problem, and scheduled the technician, Robbie, to come out the exact same afternoon at 3:00pm. Dave, the owner, known as me 2 minutes to go over the details. Super friendly and comprehension.
Couldn't recommend this company longer. I'd have paid twice the price they charged. Do call a different plumber.

$79 just to inform you it is $300 for a snake that is mainline and $750 for jet. Means to expensive.

Once again Done-Rite to the rescue. I've had them out 4 times over the last year for things that are different. Everything from fresh faucet setup , inside drain congestion, water heater replacement, hose bibs and now for a patio drain that is blocked. Austin gave a quote, assessed the circumstance, came punctually and went directly to work. '' he explained what he was doing, the anticipated outcome since I ask a lot of questions. He helped with the clean up and finished. Who knew that sand could be held by a single drain? Everyone from Done-Rite has been the ideal mixture of professional and personable. And their work is topnotch. I don't hesitate to recommend them.
