Maintaining a complex boiler s.ystem at a residence or in massive buildings require understanding the purpose and procedure of the mechanical components that keep this system going. Assessing these water systems has become a passion and we concentrate in understanding the intricate nature of the systems. Oftentimes, leaks go undetected for many weeks, months, or years. Consequently, that can sometimes increase your water bill when the waterline is metered. Undetected leaks develop mold / mildew, and can cause damage to your drywalls, frames. Doing routine walk throughs in your house and inspecting your faucets, water heaters, etc.. Most plugged drain lines that are frequent happen as a result of foreign objects blocking the passageway. When the pipes are obstructed by large amounts of debris, water will flow. The larger the blockage the slower the water tends to drain. To avoid blockage, use toilet paper that will degrade easier/faster and do not flush paper towels, wipes, and sanitary pads.

Jim predicted before he arrived, and was within my driveway within minutes.
Dorr Plumbing was recommended by my in-laws and I am so glad we chose to give our business to them. Such customer service from the beginning! I called in at 9am and was told someone would be by that day.
Jim was comprehensive, and extremely professional -- he went over and beyond to be sure before he left I felt comfortable.
For any plumbing problems we might have, we will most certainly go with them!
Chris is highly recommended by me. Really good to deal with. He did a wonderful job and had been quick to appear and look at the issue. He went over and beyond in my novel. I will continue to work with him with all heating and plumbing issues and any. Honest, hardworking, fantastic communicator and wonderful customer support.
Very professional, Awesome service. Called Chris at 8:45 AM explained why it'd be better to replace it and troubleshot my water heater. New water heater installed before noon. Very impressed by how fast he did every thing.
Chris was extremely helpful. He called in advance to let me know that he came. He also fixed the clog in my sink. I was told by the secretary if he had to use the power pole it had been $150. He had to resolve the pvc pipes so that they wouldn't flow and patch a leak in the main line although chris did need to use the power pole. He did this while aware of the moment, staying in order to not have charge for more than 1 hour. Also he charged for the energy rodding - $150 even. He was very child and pet friendly, so a lot to me. I recommend Chris. As it comes time to replace the rest of our pipes, we plan to use him.
