Ronald Alvarado, the technician, was on time really courteous and professional. After analyzing my problem, he checked to ensure my drains were functioning. Mr Alvarado again checked the other drains functioned and promptly took care of my drain issue. Once finished, the job area cleaned up and gave me suggestions on the best way best to prevent slow draining.
My shower drain began slow draining and I contacted my home insurance provider. I was contacted by downey in an hour or to set up an appointment.
I was pleased.

I'd three hot water heaters in a three unit apartment complex give out....they were only old. Wasn't sure who to call so I phoned Downy Plumbing predicated reviews and the fact that they sent out someone SAME DAY. The guy who came to have a look at the situation as well as set up 3 water heaters went over and beyond my expectations. He was professional, accurate, comprehensive and was willing to work together with my deadline. His title was Roman and I would strongly suggest trying to speak to this man if you need a plumbing occupation. He was conscientious you can't find men like this. He was friendly, answered every question completely, courteous and worked hard. This place got a permanent customer so long as they maintain Roman.

Downey Plumbing saved the day for us AGAIN! A huge shoutout for saving us last week when follicles from our tree blocked our mainline AND the faucet on the bathroom sink broke. These men went above and beyond to make sure that our plumbing was working and came up with a plan for us so we won't have this difficulty again.Thank you Downey Plumbing! These guys were used by us when another plumber arrived to fix our shower and got his tools! We have used them several times for 2 crises and plumbing difficulties. My story continues to be impressive. As I had to take my niece into the Long Beach 24, I called to be created the appointment that was possible. I talked to Cathy to verify my changes. I got a call that was second to secure a moment that was fantastic. Luckily, I get a appointment with his apprentice and Anthony and could be home in 10 minutes. I explained the issue and they obtained gear to start clearing my plumbing, which finally needed gear that was stronger. Orlando such a respectful young man hard employee couldn't ask for a better plumber that he saved my life had an emergency I called Downey plumbing and Orlando answer my call he took my information and came right awayI highly recommend Downey plumbers for the expert work and enthusiastic workers.

We'd Downey plumbing come out to fix a bathroom. They said that it had new parts and the fix would be $350 and examined the bathroom. Thinking, it would be more sensible to put in a new bathroom instead of spend $350 in an old bathroom, we asked an estimate. The estimate to put in a basic round bowl Kohler bathroom was $755. I am aware this bathroom sells for less than $200. I told them that I was unwilling to pay over $500 for your job but they would not lower the estimate. I am taking my business elsewhere.

The Insurance company and I spoke about this matter, I was told that a new order form will be sent out again to Downey pluming suggesting they drain the water heater and then return it to get a new one.

This place is trash period. My grandmother is 85, there is no explanation as to why she due to the fact Downey pluming fails to substitute a water heater that's been serviced over 10X!!
Today makes the time Downey pluming is at my grandmothers!! 9/29/18 and no solution. . The water heater is still here.

Thanks for the pipe restoration. Orlando was professional and courteous. My appointment period was between 10am and 2pm he came around 10:15.

The tech that came was Ezequiel Rivero, and he was effective, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. If he wanted he really knows his stuff and probably could teach air conditioning classes. He understood exactly what the difficulty was out of kicking on, that prevented my unit. He had the problem fixed in a hour, but he gave me advice to have the fan engine replaced to minimize he possibility of the device. I'm happy I had him do it since I can have peace thoughts as we continue to utilize our A/C.
Then he checked the air output throughout the house in any way the vent registers. This man is thorough and good.
In terms of the cost of all the services, it was not inexpensive, but the quality of work was worth it. As they say,"You get what you pay for."
I finally have a fresh A/C firm (Downey Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning) to call for almost any matter.

He is extremely polite and is a competent plumber. My water heater dilemma was diagnosed by him and understood that it needed to be replaced. Some July 4th Holiday telephone was responded to by him and was quite enlightening with regard. He came and installed a new water heater for the property. I cannot think of a professional plumber who has exceeded my own expectations. This is somebody who does the job right!

I've been utilizing Downey Plumbing for a couple of years now and I am very happy with cost and their job. I had a copper water line installed now resulting in my fridge's water supply. Both Joseph and Anthony did a fantastic job installing it. Some of the job demanded getting under the home so working in a craw space under my home was not a job and trying to not trample any grime from under the home was not easy. I was thankful. I enjoy Downey Plumbing and I know you will!

I've had outside Downey for service calls. They have not disappointed me. Today Orlando went above and beyond the call of duty. Considerate, comprehensive, and polite. Thanks for hiring people and getting the right equipment for your job!
