My sink backed up and that I tried to clear it by simmer and stirring for a few hours before I called Drain and gave up. The owner said he would be there within the hour and answered. 20 minutes after and in his energy equipment sink that was brought has been flowing . Cleaned up. Price was very honest, service was exceptional and that I will absolutely call them again if needed.
I have used Drain Away sewer service for the past couple of decades. I have gotten to know the owner Rich and I have to say he is a dependable and honest person. Dose the job with with ethics and with pricing that is fair. I would highly recommend him and his support to friends and all of my loved ones!

It had been pouring rain, just before dinner on a Saturday night the weekend before that our drain and Thanksgiving had been clogged filling our bathroom. We weren't hopeful we'd be able to get ahold of a service but lo and behold Drain Off came to our rescue!! Rich was extremely responsive and managed to call us and showed up at our home less than an hour. In an hour's time the job was completed and for a very fair price. Rich postponed his dinner plans along with his wife (A big thank you to her as well!) To come and help us out. Look no further and telephone Drain Away. You won't regret it!
Third, this moron stated he pushed his drain snake 85' into the exit pipe - he couldn't have because another man I predicted (Highland Sewer & Drain) found the break right away - 15' from the end.
Secondly, he refused to use his own camera in the drain I told him because he did not want it to get wet. He stuck at it in a pioneer drain, apparently so he could bill me.
This man is very likely to do harm compared to helping you fix your issue while he stands his bill up. Run the other way - call anybody.
First of all, again demonstrating his lack of hearing abilities, there wasn't 3' of water in the basement - he saw that the 4-5" and refused to walk into it since he did not have the right boots (!) .
Fourth, Drain Away Moron does not have any concept of footing drains operate - it is all about gravity - they shouldn't have taught physics if he moved to one. I explained the complete, easy system for him five ( 5 ) times - he just does not have the emotional capacity to understand gravity. Yet, the team figured out exactly what the problem was in a quarter hour and knew it right away.
Sewer line backing up and clogged. These guys were here with the problem, dealt in 35 min and billed me a very reasonable price. Knowledgeable and courteous.
Wish I could give them stars!!! Richard the proprietor knows what he is doing!! He's quickly, showed up when he said he'd. He's fair and honest!!! He's a true Thank God he was found by us after getting poor work costs from a few others!!!
