Drain Doctor

Storm caused a SEWER SURGE back! Called Drain Doctor to snake my drain to the home. John came over in 20 minutes. Professional ever. Took his time to make SURE. I have with a home Trap and John managed to get a claw snake head in the line to clear the sludge free that seemed to clog things up. John made recommendations to think about moving ahead and took the time to explain in layman's terms what's happening to me. I've more work to do (or the CITY does) and expect John is part of that work. Awesome guy. THANKS JOHN and Doctor Drain!

Look out for these jerks when on the road. On several occasions they stopped short to try to get me to hit on them and cut me off. They don't care about your lifetime or you.

Everything was going well and I had been informed by Tim they will collect at the end of support. I requested the man who showed up before he began working when they could bill my landlord to help with the drains and he said that he would check. We likely have the information when he finished he said not to worry and I asked again. I said great, let me know if you are not pleased to write it all down for you. Receive a call a few minutes later from Tim angrily demanding that I was moving against my word and I pay as I'd promised to collect at the end. I told me if they do not bill that is quite welcome to return and remained composed and explained to him the situation and I'll pay. He did. Won't be using this service again, Tim either must communicate with his staff or must find better customer service manners.

Produced a call now at 1015am along with the technician, Patrick was over to our land. The bath tub link meeting was replaced and then he snaked the 10'-20' of drain line and removed the blockages (hair, etc). Patrick did the job that is entire over 15-20 minutes and was very courteous. He was great to work with and enlightening smart chap, throughout the full process and very informative. This is our first job with this organization and will definitely recommend, even asked on our possessions for a cost breakdown for future tasks.

Unprofessional company. Jerk and his lackeys try to intimidate me since I park. Also tried to get me to strike them by braking. A car full of low class, low life scum bag derelicts. When I took their picture They then sped off with their weiners between their legs.

They've come into my cafe in cambridge double with service that was fast! They and both emergencies came over to clean my sinks and my lines. They also taught me the way to fix the problem. Great men

We called Drain Doctor and Bob arrived and fixed our bathroom thank you Bob. I'm hoping not but if we need a drain/toilet/tub to be cleared we'll make certain to call Drain Doctor again. These guys are the best! I've used them twice today, 2 different properties. They repair your clog and then will snake your drain! They're fine, courteous, kind and helpful! I wanted to give this company an excellent review! I've had many plumbers in my property. This was labor day weekend and I knew I was in trouble with a water back up. My condo association known as your employee Matt and your organization arrived to rescue. It took a while. This was a issue. He was polite, professional and productive. Like nobody had worked in the restroom he cleaned up. Big big kudos! People today spend a lot of time complaining about poor service and inadequate time giving praise. I suggest this company to anyone and everyone!

Tech Matt was excellent, the workplace Communication need improvement, my drain occupation required two visits, first petition was for camera review, second trip was to fix issue found, several days after the job was finished I phoned to learn how much they charged my credit card... dispatcher advised me 577. Invoice was actually $1,190. oo. I called to find out why the cost was doubled and after several attempts & ( being hung up ) they decided to take money from the tech time instead of accepting responsibility for the absence of communication in the office

We were impressed by their work on a kitchen sink clog that arriving late at night. Their guy (Patrick) was completed in under two hours!
What an amazing find. We have used Drain Doctor several times, and each time, they did an superb job, at a sensible price and on time.

Therefore I called a plumber. He could not get the task done. But he really well recommended me to the Drain Doctor. They even said we'll guarantee the task for 90 days. I noticed it still wasn't perfect. They came back and corrected the drain. Then I called again. I said the drain is perfect. But the pipes are not sealed perfect. They wear a proper sealer and came over. ZERO CHARGE! The total the Drain Doctor charged was $170. I was charged by my plumber $175 and that he didn't get the job done. But he advised me about the Drain Doctor!

I would definitely use them again and recommend to anybody.
My 89-yr. Mother obtained a senior discount. She told me it was a lot more affordable than Roto Rooter or a plumber. As others have said, she received a warranty at work.
Had a draining problem in the basement wouldn't spin out the water. Called Drain Dr. Rob showed up in about 30 mins and took good care of everything in about 30-45 mins!

Overall mess made in basement when the Drain Doctor plumber cleared the clog. Be ready to clean him up if Ryan shows up in your house.

I got referred to this Drain Doctor by Big Blue Plumbing at Somerville as my basement sink was not draining. He blew out the drain and it works great as new!! No complaints!!

I am bothered by my kitchen drain for several days. I call at 11:30am, Fran come before 12:00, solve the problem at 20minutes, and help me fix the pipe. So pleased. Thanks Fran.

Super impressed. I called around 8:45pm on a Saturday night b/c the drain to our house has been backed up. They were here by 11pm and were hundreds of dollars less expensive than other companies. They were the only ones who could get here. It was worked on by them until around 2:30am and got it repaired. Very technician, also!

Drain Doctor was friendly, professional, and fast. I'm glad that I have someone to call for emergencies like this.
The matter with the main was at the trap, which was observable from the basement. Bill showed up and they were able to dig to discover the trap and then cleared the blockage shortly afterwards, although efran had to call for backup. The price was in no way unreasonable for the amount of work and also the time that it took.
My sewer main backed up first thing in the morning. I phoned Drain Doctor at 7:55am and the van pulled up to my home at. I know their website promotes fast support but that was pretty incredible!

Joe out of Drain Doctor came out to fix my pipes. He did a fantastic job, he cleared another 2 segments of roots in the pipes and got at clear and 22 ft the pipes, but then went another thirty feet. Then he checked out another line outside out to 70 ft. Nice to see people take pride!
