Drain-EEZ Plumbing

I have had various plumbing issues through the years in this old home (bath, kitchen faucet, toilet) and Pat from Drain-EEZ was able to fix them all to our satisfaction. Additionally, lately I was unsuccessful in fixing a kitchen sink drain escape myself so I called Pat to come over and solve the problem for me. He saw that it was something I could remedy in my own, Once I sent a photograph of the issue over the telephone. He suggested that I try but would be delighted if it didn't work, to come over. Pat talked me through the repair that has been straightforward and it cost me nothing. I love his integrity.

I had purchased a new kitchen faucet that I was going to replace myself and had second thoughts. I made the decision to contact Drain-EEZ and they were terrific. I work in healthcare and I am usually not available. Pat contacted me and I was able to set up something fast and easily. I had somebody available to be there and was not able to be there the day of the appointment. He said that his son and Pat had been amazing: came on time, honest, knowledgeable, professional and worth the cost. I paid after he was done I realized that I am happy I had this what he quoted. When he was unsuccessful in making it past the clog through the bathtub, he took the sink apart and was eventually able to break . The very first plumbing company gave up once they weren't able to experience the bathtub. Pat was helpful in addressing concerns that are overall and my questions. I'd hire Pat again since I found him to be equally skillful and enlightening.
I had from draining a clog in my bathroom which prevented my tub. Another plumbing company which was not able to resolve the issue had been previously hired by me. I had some questions regarding the service and the secretary transferred me to Pat, who was very helpful in answering my queries As soon as I called Drain-EEZ. He voiced a high level of assurance he would have the ability to clear the clog.

Asked to get a quotation to replace 3 taps in my home. Following the usual back and forth regarding the details I waited to get a quotation and sent pictures of the taps. Receive a call back and'm asked to"sit down". Seriously?? From pictures?? Not quite professional. Good news is I ended up doing the job on my spending roughly $100. Thanks!

Pat, and his assistant Kevin, came to fix a (downward) leaking bathroom. They fastened it back in saw the problems reset the position of the toilet, and raised it out.
I appreciate the direct and straight forward strategy these men have to assessing their work fixing, fixing, and describing. I will be calling Drain-EEZ in the near future to address a couple additional issues we've started to notice in and around the home.

They left no mess, confirmed no more escapes, triple assessed their work, and wrapped everything up.

They did a fantastic job but did a poor job recommending a toliet. There advocated toilet is quite tall once I go to the toilet and now I can not touch the floor. So everybody I move doesn't hurt we are going to end getting a bathroom. It is my fault I didn't recognize the bathroom that is advised was tall but wish that they didn't recommend a non standard toilet. In addition they would not offer a discount once we asked and asked if they would reinstall a new one.

I am definitely saving their number, although I didn't need this moment to Pat's services. Thank you!
I had a leak in my toilet. Said I must replace the components because it seemed like the last owner had dropped a freshening pellet at the water and the compound had eaten in the parts and seals. He could do that for $375, or just substitute the one leaking seal for $225.
He took one look in precisely the image and identified the problem. When I asked him for a quote, he said,"Oh, you ought to just do that yourself, because I'd hate to bill you for something that simple." Then he spent another five minutes walking me and telling. Other than the moment, I doubt it will cost $25 to repair.

I am so very glad my neighbor recommended another plumber (I'm writing a fantastic review for them). It took a week for this new plumber to fit me into his schedule, but it took him 20 minutes to UNCLOG the drain. He told me that there was NOTHING wrong with my sub-pump.
He and also spent a good 10-15 minutes attempting to unclog the cellar sink and his assistant then began working on the clog. This demanded having to cut a section of the pipe so that he could run a line like that Because they weren't able to fix it via the cellar sink. Another 20
Solve an issue with a clog at the cellar sink and I advised to have Drain-EEZ come out and my sub-pump.
His price was double what this other firm charged when nothing has been resolved. Clearly he's done great work but I could never suggest this plumber!
It is intriguing that Drain-EEZ has these excellent reviews on Yelp, it's the only reason why I contacted them. I'll say the guy was willing to assist me in getting estimates for tearing my floor, but those quotes would have been for work I DID NOT NEED.
After hearing this and having a conversation w/my realtor, I decided to get another opinion. I did this because tearing up the floor would have meant $1500. I was quite mad thinking I would need to tear up a floor for a house that went to be sold.
He and minutes advised me I would need to find a person to TEAR THE FLOOR UP since the pipe was badly chipped or chipped and that he could not solve the issue!
When he had been on his way into my 21, the owner of the company was adapting and called. The moment he looked at and'analyzed' my sub-pump he instructed me that I had a NEW one.

Super super helpful! Does the work I explained how much it should cost and need but pointed me in the right direction.

Pat is great!! Friendly, responsive company. We were on holiday and a friend was staying in our house. Water starter introducing itself. We had a new injector pump. Pat came out and replaced it.

Drain-EEZ did not perform so I ended up not utilizing them. However, I'm giving 5 stars to the 30 min dialog Pat's wife had with me about choices and my situation. Another plumber'd already ripped off me and she had been kind enough to share her ideas and experiences. She even offered to call back using a referral for someone who would do the job correctly and ethically. None were willing to explain approaches and unique terms to me with patience someone who was for sure not getting the job, although I have called dozens of technicians. Great customer service!

Fantastic Support by Pat and Drain-Eez plumbing! We had a leaky faucet that a previous plumber said he couldn't fix. Pat ran to get the ideal part to repair it and then came in assessed the faucet. He had been on time!

Pat is the honest plumber we've dealt with in this city. After having our tub is examined by two plumbers over the course of four years Drain-EEZ was called by us. The first ones didn't fix the issue, billed us tens of thousands of dollars to snake the drain, and informed us we had to our condominium's plumbing so as to get the tub to drain. A second plumber provided a similar identification of our tub, only by his assessment we only had to partly replace the plumbing. Pat came by with his kinetic water ram, was doubtful of these accounts over the telephone and also fixed the drainage issue. And charged less than either of the other technicians to do it. We've since employed him to replace a faucet as well, with great results that were similar. Pat does quality work, won't hesitate to inform you if your thought isn't a great person, and we love his honesty. And we'd pay a premium to the honesty, although having hired a great deal of technicians, his rates are on-market.

Needed their support again for a plumbing issue that was different. Again, a great experience from the person taking the call and scheduling the appointment to the attorney that provided the support (Pat)! Morning because it wasn't an emergency and called them on Friday afternoon they had somebody here on Monday! Professional and pleasant interactions all around. Speedy staff and service. They are presently favorited as my go-to for pipes needs within my Yelp program!

Owner took a bunch of time out to help mepersonally, intrepid novice plumber/woman who thinks she could do everything herself, with my problem installing valve fills. I believe I was successful in the end? I will be phoning them to come out and fix the mucked up occupation that I just did PEOPLE! PLUMBING IS HARDER THAN THE YOUTUBE TUTORIALS MAKE IT LOOK. Call this very wonderful guy and employ his folks to come out and fix your toilet parts. So grateful for your help!!

My hot water kept dripping in my tub, called a few areas and was told $800 up to fix, got hold of Pat and he came over started the job, just repaired the hot water faucet, as the cold water was not leaking. Cost me a quarter of the men wanted and was done in no time . Drain-EEZ is on my contact list, will call, if needed.

Pat was a life saver. My frost pipe realized it needed to be replaced and failed throughout our winter that was cold. Called these guys and Pat came. Rather than digging into the wall he was able to make a hole to put in a vent to let warm air to enter subsequently put in a cap. Saved me thousands for a spigot we never utilize. Excellent!

Earlier but none of them compare to Pat, the Drain-EEZ pipes We've utilized plumbers. He goes above and beyond to assure a repair is done correctly the first time and has had to fix the job that pipes did. For example we had a plumber who simply pushed down the drain along with his pressure plunger. Well, a week after, the toilet shower and kitchen sink had water coming up in them again and so I phoned Pat. He spent a good couple of hours rodding the pipes and knocking on wood, we have not had an issue because.
