Well let me only say Leak Doctor was so great. David was the man that came over & he had been quick, efficient and their troubleshooting was fantastic. He was enthusiastic. I'm completely pleased with it & their service reveals a lot with their support to know that they are worked with by Drain Genie. They pinpointed exactly where the escape was turned off the valve to stop the leak then Drain Genie that was called to come out & fix the remainder.
When my water bill came out It was about 100x more than normal I noticed. (It moved from generally $30 to over $300!!!) Longwood's City came outside to see it & the meter was spinning at 4-5 gallons per minute. Well. We'd Drain Genie come out for they did an wonderful job & an overflow in our toilet prior into our home, so we called them . Since we were not able to determine where the leak was coming from they recommended we proceed to Leak Doctor first, they then (Drain Genie) would come out to fix in which the leak was.
Drain Genie sent Adrien, Eric & within a few hours out ! I recall Eric in the time we had them so it was great to know their workers aren't contracted out by them - that is appreciated by me! Eric & Adrien gave exceptional support. They removed the corroded copper piping (It had a 5mm hole - so that is where the 4-5 gallons per min were arriving from - lol) & replaced It using PVC piping. They were extremely kind & efficient. This whole escapade was fixed in less than 24 hours total & I'm appreciative of it was solved by them.
I mean who does this should they do something that quickly & quickly - usually its overlooking customer services that is great. Drain Genie had great customer support & a turn around! I'm happy that these men are around. Eric also enabled me to assess my water meter to make sure efficiently had been operating. He also let me know they can do a quote to replace the copper piping from the main point to PVC & thought out the box for an efficient way to redo the main point. Appreciate that!
