I discovered my plumber! The company was so nice they even phoned me to see how what was. I cant thank Jeff and Drain Right enough for making my decision and placing trust that is full in my home. I would recommend this company to anyone who is wanting the job done nicely using a quote that is direct and fair.
I only want to rave about the professionalism that I received with this company. I must say that is not of what I obtained and I expected to be pressured. I remember the men name but.
I knew I had a problem that was significant and had been prolonging the inevitable. I had shower clog and a toilet clog. After previous quotes and many plumbers I decided to receive my line. Jeff was able to provide me unique solutions and different rates to assist the repair.
The job started on program and ran then I expected. My line was exchanged by them. The city came to inspect and the job was complete after 3 days. It looked like they were not here! I am so happy I could use my toilet. LoL

Called another plumber
Called to repair a simple pin hole leak in a pipe, these con men tried to charge me almost $800 to fix a very simple pipe...
Don't Trust These Guys!!!

A 2nd opinion offered $500 to replace the entire 20' cast iron, and advised there wasn't any hurry, there was no leak, just rusted fittings.
Drain Right was called to clear a drain ($45). After running the snake, then the guy puts on his coveralls, crawls under the home. He then told us the Cast Iron sewer line leaked effluent in the floor. He then offered us $1,670 to substitute 5' of the cast iron.

BEWARE!!! Follow up: by crediting us 75 the issue was rectified by The owner. Although please make certain that you put the quote in writing before going through with all the work.
The true cost is not what was quoted. If I could give a score to this business, I'd have. Do not deal with this company. The quote was. But we ended up paying $225 to unclogg a bathroom sink. We just don't need an argument. Very dishonest!

So I called Drain Right to swing by for a free quote, had a problem with a garbage disposal. They were good about keeping me updated about the arrival of the tech, and he came punctually. Luis was courteous, really friendly and clean. He fixed the issue for a very reasonable price, and most significantly put on shoe covers was fine to my family, explained things, took photographs. Highly recommended.

We are living in a decrease unit condo and have been hearing some gurgling in our kitchen sink... that we know is a bad sign. A couple of months later (today) we discovered gurgling, and then we discovered water and jumped up to find water along with black gunk coming from our pipes. Ugh.
Called a different plumber who couldn't come out now and he suggested calling Drain Right. Drain Right managed to send Luis Garcia outside to us within an hourand he explained the difficulty (our main line was backed up, which can be attached to our upstairs neighbors) then managed to snake through an external trap(?) The gunk clears from. Super pleased with the support and price ($100) and we know to call earlier, as soon as we hear some other gurgling.

I want to remark on Danny and Rob's helpfulness, if they came out to snake my drain, but found it was a gasket issue from flowing freely down the drain with the faucet unit that hindered the water. In solving this issue for me, knowledge and their professionalism shows me that Drain Right Services hires the best people.

We had a clogged up spout and called Drain Right up to make it repaired. Initially, we thought it was only going to be a typical snake run via the drain and that which could be fixed. Sad to say, the drain was clogged. However they didn't bill us. Juan took the initiative to figure out what the difficulty was that was a up vent system; He showed us the issue by means of a video camera to confirm that this was the issue.
After a hydro jetting through the system, our faucet was working like normal again and eventually clog-free. Plus, they gave us a discount on the service.
In general, my family is actually happy with the service we got from Drain Right. I love that they charged for the job which really fixed the issue. Plus, they also have a guarantee on their job to give some reassurance to us.
Professional plumbing service that my family has used. Juan Guzman, our serviceman, was prompt and courteous in his job; He also did a very fantastic job!

Charged $187 to clean the point, toilet completely loose, making a situation that was dangerous and but left the toilet sink clogged.
For your toilet, the plumber only put the brand new wax ring on top of the older one, place down the toilet, threaded the nuts only a few turns (not halfway down), and also left. When I checked on the bolts I found the toilet was loose! I ended up removing all the wax, got a brand new wax ring, and put in the toilet myself!
For your bathroom sink, I ended up clearing it using Liquid Plumber overnight.
NEVER AGAIN!

Our service expert, Ino Patron, was superb. He fixed an issue that we have had after plumbers did minimum work that never resolved the situation, for the five years we have lived here. He took the opportunity to figure out what went wrong and also our drains are working. He had been kind friendly, and most of all, about how to address our problem very competent!

Amazing service. I had a voucher and called to get my kitchen sink unclogged. A person who left an appointment that morning answered the phone. Luis called 1/2 hour before arrival, came right now. Very professional and courteous, explained what had to be achieved and replaced a cap to its cleanout access. He made sure everything was functioning correctly before he left and admired the voucher cost. Very clean. Would recommend Drain Right Services and Luis.

They Ought to name it"DRAIN That the MONEY RIGHT OUT of YOUR POCKET. Jesus returns had a camera, even though I never watched it. Nelson ask me appears below the sinks and extends to the positioning of the main piping system.
I will let you be the judge, possibly the Carson Drain Right place has incompetent plumbers; nevertheless they are simply STRAIGHT OUT CROOKS!!!!!!
Now this is where the game begins. Nelson tells me that because of my pipes' era and my T-Configuration that they have to get shifted and Hydro-Jetting is needed by me. Replace all the plumbing and They'll also have to take a part of my walls out. They might have to have a license and the occupation should take about 2 days; maybe 3 times at the most. Nelson leaves and returns with all the cost. The price is @ standard rate 3200, however; they'll give me the Senior Discount of 2880.00. I ask is there another method of solving the issue and is this the best they could do and am of course ; of course the response was no. Nelson showed me a picture on his mobile phone of one of my plumbing using some rust on it which would need replacing in the area. He told me that they would replace it no issue, free of charge.
Alright, they dropped me @ needing to Hydro-jet and substituting the piping. I not dumb do I want both? Another Plumber was predicted by me by the name of R&R in Minutes. R &R in Minutes came out the following day and did a number of the tests that Drain Right done with one exception. R & R went up in my attic. The entire price was 70.00.
I may be old but I am not dumb!!! Because my sinks in my master bathroom both had been stopped up, I predicted Drain Right. A professional, charming and courteous young man came out. He also told me that the charge would be approximately 75.00. Unclog and he put forth some effort to try the sinks, but to no avail. He explained that my pipe installation was in a T configuration and that was why the snake was in effective. Jesus told me that he'd call his boss and he'd likely come back with another technician using a camera. I went to get my check book to pay the bill and Jesus told me , as; he was not able to take care of the issue. Okay, that has been very impressive.

Good friendly service. Allow my daughter wear his"ugly" gloves and it made her day. Quickly obtained back life to normal and resolved the drain difficulty.

I had an emergency plumbing problem on a Sunday. I predicted two other pipes companies before DrainRight. Another said they were booked solid and one never known again and could not help me. DrainRight delivered Jesus . Jesus was professional and friendly. He fixed the issue quickly. DrainRight would be recommended by me to anybody!

He wanted to earn our business, so I choose to have them all come out to check on a flow; and he'd his supervisor Ron G. come out the same day; he was educated, knowledgeable and very professional. And even though they're a bit pricy, the quotes are free and it is up to you to decide whether you'd like to move. I think that they're an honest company with the best goals, and they equipped to get the work done!
I was going to take my post down; however for today I chose to provide an update! The proprietor of Drain Right Plumbing contacted me soon after my post to apologize and to let me know that my support wasn't managed. And to further explained how it should've been handled immediately and that he would charge my account as request to cover installation and my own cap replacement.
