After having a horrible experience with a different plumber that squandered our period our money and, furthermore. Jermaine and doug were life savers. We had a significant job to complete with funds because of the previous plumber. These guys rescued a job that has been quickly spiraling out of control did great work, and came in on budget.
Why not 5 stars? I will save that for a couple of months outside to see if there are any kinks/hiccups.
I have used this business twice and both time. The next time I had been quoted a certain sum and it took Khaleif time than that I think that he originally believed it would. As I even questioned him with the fact he spent more hours than I believed it could take he still held in the established amount! They come with high regards in my book, and ask for Khaleif (spelling?) He is a hard working gentleman!! and a straight shooter

I known as Drain Surgeon to evaluate the pipes in my home and had my bathroom demoed. Because of demolition, it was simple to get of the plumbing. Doug came and gave an evaluation. I asked for a quote, but had been told I would receive a call with the number. The proposal was to alter the pipes all in the bathroom, nothing I wasn't afraid of. I fully expected to give Drain Surgeon this task. But this original date left me ghosted. 2 days later, I called the company back to see when I would receive my quote. The receptionist said she'd ping the plumber. Eventually, I had to call another plumber.
Excellent service. They are professional friendly, and really good plumbers! They will provide you a detailed, precise identification of your plumbing problems, get you a reasonable estimate and get the job done, quickly.
