Dun Right Plumbing & Heating & Drain Cleaning

My spouse and I phoned 6 different plumbers in our field, and Bill from Dun-Right picked up the telephone. His assessment was quick, the cost more than fair (I had been ready for a good deal more!) , and we were able to start work the next day.
The homeowner's nightmare... The boiler fails as the temperature begins to collapse.
I'm extremely pleased with his professional attitude, and his work. He will be my initial call for pipes help later on.

I've nothing bad to say about the job this guy does since he comes recommended by many other people and seems pretty reasonably priced and friendly, but he essentially had to run me out since he is super allergic to cats, which can be obvs not his fault but he also neglected to let me know before I scheduled him to emerge.

I'd had another younger plumber over my place a couple weeks prior (recommended by a friend) that could not figure out how to replace my external faucet (didn't even bother to attempt to disassemble the faucet to check). Bill knew to replace and working to acquire new parts which I think is a fantastic instance of an experienced attorney! Bill is a superb guy who is friendly and easy to talk to and would recommend for any plumbing will call him in the future to deal with any plumbing problems and needs.
Had pipe escape and called Bill the proprietor of Dun Right who was initially going to come the next day but had been caught up with another project and called back to say he'd come the next day (most tradesman I have dealt with would not call you straight back and not show up). He fixed a replaced several other old closed along with my leaky pipe offs cleanly and fast.

I do not recommend. There were numerous scheduling issues and they were for numerous appointments. After being overdue, he asked me"not to waste his time and telephone the tenant" and when I responded he was overdue. . .he said"find someone else". Not a good experience at all.

Mr. Dunphy is a stand up guy. Quite reliable. Very professional oriented and
Knows exactly what he's doing.

I hired Bill fix some pipes in my cellar and then to service my gas furnace. He was quite effective, professional and his prices were reasonable. I also felt he was honest and a pleasure to do business with. I strongly recommend his services for any plumbing requirements.

Are you kidding me 200 for the telephone and 750 for significantly less then a hour of effort to repair a 12 inch aluminum pipe. No ITEMIZED INVOICE a flat rate. Still disputing with my credit card company and stop is the Better Business Bureau and reviews that are negative all around the web for this company. Posting pictures of the bill which is something he created for the charge card company and show you the text messages he sent me. Still have not have received a statement in the email or email.

The entire time for him to appear that I waited around on Saturday and the mindset he was giving me I must have known but I went with the reviews and boy I was wrong. I text him the next day and told him he never sent me a ITEMIZED INVOICE before he charged my card, his response from a text was" When my novel keeper gets to it. And when I get a chance I manage your email".
Called him said he'd be coming around 2 to repair my broken 12 inch pipe and about 10 am that day. Stated it'd be 200 to appear to a Saturday and showed up with a massive attitude to correct the pipe said okay and gave him my credit card information. Told him to NOT charge my card before I got the finally ITEMIZED INVOICE. He finished the job and then went ahead and charged my card 950 the next day a HOUR of effort to repair a 12 inch aluminum pipe without me viewing the ITEMIZED Invoice.
"Emergency service fee called for burst pipe apartment rate includes labor and materials of 950"
Updated 6/25: Opened a ticket with company and BBB did not respond .
I've opened a dispute with my credit card company and he finally send the bill (no itemzied just flat rate) to them which stated:

We had a drain that is slow flowing, along with a leak under our kitchen sink. Called Dun-Rite and left a message and received a call back in a couple of hours. They showed up right on time and immediately snaked the drain successfully. In addition, he fixed the flow quickly, by replacing incorrect and broken parts that we had. He was very professional and we were really happy with the price.

Phone calls were taken by bill about my own water heater from me. He was polite, patient and helpful . I had to finally give up on the old water heater and then purchase a new one which I did in the morning (can not remember the exact day) and Bill and TJ came to my house and put in it the exact same day! They worked hard and made sure all was working well. Should you need a plumber who honest, hard working and at a fair cost, call Bill in Dun Right. He called the following day to make sure I had hot water. I am a customer for life!

I can highly recommend their service.
Our furnace wasn't working and we predicted Dun-Right early this morning (found them on the web ). They had an opening this morning and Bill was at our door within a few hours. He was very friendly and had us fixed in no time. Best part is that he did not make me feel stupid about what I did not know and educated me a couple of things about our heating system.

Professional and service that is timely. I worked to have my own disposal repaired. He was able to discover and fill out the fix. He had been talkative and polite. I can't really comment on the cost because everything was charged to my landlord. Fantastic quality work!
