Timeline:
From having water shut off to the weekend saved my loved ones. He's not the most buttoned but is experienced educated and great .

8:30am - . Finds out it.
8:00pm - Dekalb county advised me that a flow in my lawn was my responsibility. Called Tom afterwards
8:45pm - Tom evaluated, showed up and stated he would need to come back in the morning .

I expected a lot more. Tom used polyethylene in my kitchen sink water faucet supply lines which left the water useless for anything aside from boiling. You can not drink it, it has a bad odor and bad taste. The hot water isn't bad since the water that is hot flushes out this. However, who wants to drink hot water if you simply need a glass of water. You can not tell me that any plumber does not understand this about polyethylene. So the ability to do this job is 1 thing, it is another to do it correctly. 1 thing we did find, due to Tom, we like the filtered water in the Glacier dispenser at Publix and Kroger. We buy it to drinking water , our coffee, and tea since we can not drink the faucet water. At .35/gallon for water. It is goes activated carbon filters moves thru micron filters goes thru a reverse osmosis system another carbon filter, and then when you draw on the water that it goes thru light. Thanks Tom for introducing us into the Glacier machine. Another reason Tom won't get any additional plumbing opportunities is he. So professional Tom.

Requested identification and quote and will telephone 30min ahead and was advised they'd come sometime today. Before going in to a meeting to check on the 14, I called back and I'm told that they won't come today, maybe not tomorrow. Waste of time. I could've had someone by now. Plumbing issues are an emergency, so you can't tell people you are coming and just not show up.

Tom is exceptional. He also replaced a broken water heater for me a year ago and the source of a flow coming through our ceiling, just located and solved. Honest, dependable, quality workmanship at prices that are very fair - all things that are tough to come by in today's companies.

I had been having issues with my toilet leaking from the bottom so I called The Dunwoody Plumber and Tom came within the hour and did a fabulous job. He had been very kind, thorough and professional. He took the time to explain in detail and to reveal what was wrong was his first plan of action was. He was also friendly with my puppy, which is a plus. I recommend him!

This guy is rude. Really rude. You call him like that he does not have time for you, and that he speaks to you. Sounds like he has 20 marbles in his mouth so he is hard to comprehend. Not to mention he has an attitude and disrespect towards a customer. Can not imagine coping with him when he pops up.

Hi, my name is Alan and I have been living for nearly ten years in the Dunwoody area . Within the past two years I have hit the point where things within my home have been having to be replaced or worked on and I have been dealing/working with several distinct builders. Many of whom attempted to rip me off and have been dishonest.

I have used Tom for quite a few pipes problems in my house. He remodeled a toilet for me years back and this time a clogged kitchen sink cleared. He did a great job came quickly and charged me a very reasonable price. He is a very knowledgeable plumber and I recommend him without reservation.

We had a water pipe that is busted before we were to close on our home sale. Tom agreed to correct it and came immediately. Despite rain and cold, Tom's team finished the job and worked day. The price he quoted was that which us charged. I give my highest recommendation
