I can not say enough positive things about Steve. He's been thorough, knowledgeable, honest and trust worthy. About preventing any messes, he arrived on time and has been conscience. As a single girls owning my first house, the plumbing issues felt overwhelming, but with Steve...I know I am in good hands. It is refreshing to meet people who take pride in their work. I highly recommend him and his solutions.

This is the individual if you want any pipes don. He's working at our home while I am typing this review. This is our on time inviting him to help us mend things. He takes his time and get the job work. I had to this time although I am not a review writer that is fantastic. I can not recommend him enough.

Called requesting a water heater repair, but no response. The delayed response, which is totally understandable was caused by family emergency. Can't give them more than three stars because I never used their services. But I appreciated the explanation and would likely try them.

Incredible service! I was lucky to find East Bay Plumbing once I googled plumbing services. I had used another plumber who left, cut a chunk of pipe and took my deposit cash, and disappeared. My renters were without water. Thankfully Steve picked up (even though I called on a Sunday evening) and said he would be out in the afternoon. He called me away with an assessment went out and completed the job that day! Customer support Fantastic workmanship and I have to add he is a guy! And in the world today, that is saying a lot! After getting no answer and price quotes, on my previous effort and phoning about 5 plumbing companies I reached this business. Since he was close by to see precisely what the problem was a give me a 27, he offered to come by within the upcoming few moments.
I asked him just how much do I owe him and can you believe he said don't worry about it and thanked him, I did not do much. I was in shock! This was among the kindest things a person has done in a while . With Steve being there, as a woman alone in the home, I felt completely familiar and most of all I trusted what he was saying. He was educated and was not feeding me B.S just to get compensated. He will use his apparatus again and is a business person that is honest and will recommend him to friends and family. Steve spent the minutes analyzing my garbage disposal and attempted to spare whatever was stuck in there that prevented it and arrived. His attempts worked along with the loud sound of the disposal was songs to my ears.

Steve was fantastic! Not only did he repair a leak I found that turned out to be a faulty overflow valve gone wrong, by shifting the valve, but he recommended a repair that was better! And all that was my first phone which was to repair

Had a terrific experience together! Got quotations to replace a water pressure regulator that were all around the map discovered these men. Did a fantastic job and answered questions right away if there was air in the pipes after the repair (which self corrected and was totally fine).

Steve is great! I called him and he came by to check it out at no cost. Take a peek and gave me some ideas on what to do gave me some ideas on how to fix it myself. Can call him again.

When I got home, water was leaking all over my garage today. My neighbors saw me crossing out all the water she suggested I call somebody that assist her. I called walk through over the telephone! To shut off gas and the water into the water heater. He showed up to replace the pipe over the water heater less than an hour the price was reasonable and I was happy with the service. I wish I could Steve more celebrities. In the past, I've dealt with a number of untrustworthy, idle pipes. Not Steve. I got 2 quotes from 2 unique locations and Steve saved me hundreds of dollars! I had a gas line ran to my kitchen because my stove top was initially electric. I had been quoted quite much higher at an orange hardware shop. A buddy of mine recommended East bay plumbing, and I am really happy they did. He rescued me a few hundred bucks! I am tremendously happy with the job Steve did for my property. Everything was tidy and professional! I managed to start cooking! I'd give them an excess star if I could for being quick and affordable! I would strongly recommend them and I will make sure to phone them for any plumbing issues.

I am impressed. I called to get something repaired in the sink on a rental property. Then something created the renter and it needed to be rescheduled. I called and the service person was very accommodating and adaptable with coming over half and one hour. I am glad to have the whole thing done in 1 day.
