We awakened to find kitchen sink out and calling around to a few places, Econo Rooter was able to make for 30% less than others, that was awesome. Unfortunately, the experience was sub-par.
He was able to snake our drain clear fairly fast, but if he left telling me everything was set, he did not remove the clamps we had put on the dishwasher vent when we attempted to plunge the sink (that is actually basic plumbing, the likes of remembering to turn off a running motor ), which resulted in our kitchen flood when we ran the dishwasher overnight.
I wanted to be thrilled with this experience, but we would not employ Econo Rooter again.
The next morning, After we waded through our kitchen we discovered the clamps still set up, in addition to just hand-tight pipes.
Called around that time he would be late and he was not certain what time he would get to my property, although the tech was supposed to arrive at 2:30 pm. When I texted near 5:30pm to find out if he could provide an ETA, he was really less than five minutes off (but hadn't supplied an update in between).

This man is truly appreciated by me.

Without tools that were essential, spent half a day going back and forth, at the end didn't correct the drain plug, but flooded the kitchen.

My Laundry room and Kitchen drains got clogged. I place the appointment on Monday and called Sm on Sunday. He showed up in time. He quickly fixed the drains to the laundry area. The ran to resolve the kitchen. It took him about 2 hours. He said to me that he must leave for another appointment. However, I will not be charged by him for half. He urges me to get a different builder or place an appointment with him. Finally I figured out the issue, after he left.

Sam was called by me last night to get a backed up sink and I chose to have him come out the next morning. He had been right now, got to work and had our pipes working in no time. And he also charged a fair price.

We experienced a main line that was clogged out to the sewer this morning, brought on by the roots of the sycamore tree in our front yard. We had a plumber straight away! We called Econo Rooter and talked to Sam who told us he would be in our home to help us. Actually it took him only a half hour! Along with a mere 30 minutes after he arrived, he had us all fixed, and for a reasonable price. I strongly recommend Econo Rooter!

Sam got the job done and was fast, efficient, cheap. No fuss, no problems. He had been at my home in an hour after phoning him and cleared my laundry line that is clogged in less than 20 min. Fantastic service and a cost that was fair.

Sam to the rescue! We just moved into a new home and it hadn't really run all of the kinks out yet. Come Saturday​ night all the pipes began to rear up. I called Sam and was helpful and kind and he managed to come out immediately and fix my own plug all the way. An easy​ recommendation​ for anyone in need of his services!

Sam was fantastic! That he was really flexible and we phoned him to snake a pipe and made it. He noticed that the problem seemed to be so couldn't be snaked. He could not install himself but clarified exactly what had to be done and offered to recommend someone. We got out a plumber who was able to repair it easily and confirmed the identification of Sam. I truly appreciated the honesty of Sam and helpfulness. And it was fine because he wasn't able to solve the issue himself, that he did still have to come out after hours and snake the pipe, then he charged a fraction of their initial quote.

I called him for a shower which was not draining. He came out within hours and if his first two approaches did not work, he came up. 1 hr later, problem solved!

Sam's a great man, just like the reviews say. He came out into our studio on Saturday and went over and beyond attempting to solve the problem. He runs an honest enterprise, also had solutions for us. Will definitely recommend his firm, and highly turn to him for any future need!

Sam showed up right on time this AM. After analyzing the situation and thinking of unique methods of unclogging the sink, he recommended we proceed through the vent on the roof from beneath the sink, that was be a terrific idea. No clutter at the home, did not need to remove (or reinstall) any pipes and we had the drain unclogged in 10 minutes.
Last night our kitchen sink clogged and that I called Econo Rooter. He offered to come out right away, or at the AM. The AM was chosen by me, but it was good to have the alternative.

I called Econo Rooter about two clogged drains I had ignored for a few weeks. Sam cleared them immediately and came out. Reasonably priced, why did I wait?

I am very appreciative to Sam who came out on a Saturday to help fix our bathroom. He came out on time was fine on the phone and did his very best to be certain that we were satisfied with his job. The bathroom has troubles, but that is not the fault of Sam. The issue was not with the plumber. He's a true 10 and great. I highly recommend his work and him.
