The agent technician was educated and professional. He figured out a work-around to the catch on the fan pull series and all works well. He maintained a work area that is well-maintained and had been clean. I thought him to be kind and conscientious.
To be able to locate an organization in the region that did a little job like repairing a fan which was installed, I came up with Edward's and used the Internet. I didn't understand at the time that they were general builder, and a service. I will use them.
And. . .their costs are VERY affordable!

Needed to have our older wall oven disposed and removed. Spoke to a woman who quoted me 538. I thought that seemed like a lot, and so I called a man who was recommended by a local (Simi Valley) five star appliance service firm. His quote was $250, which INCLUDED INSTALLING THE NEW OVEN and returning two days later! His Yelp reviews All were five stars. Guess who I went with.

Note: this was - noticed the unfinished review and eventually filed
Smoked cigarettes all within our house after being asked to stop.
We had an actual piece of work come to our home today to help install a ceiling fan for a mother with a toddler. Super slow rude, and did not even complete the job.

"I asked two men to help load a 16 foot pod in my Newbury Park house. The men could load the bunny and showed up on time. I was really pleased when the bunny was unloaded by us in the destination or with their work and nothing was damaged either during the loading. I strongly recommend using Edward's Enterprises rather than using one of those services that were advocated from the pod company (they simply contract out the work to a local movers and the caliber of the work wasn't consistent from location to location.)"

Used three builders for power washing and gutter cleaning. They did a wonderful job worked hard, and had quite reasonable rates. I'll use them

Edwards Enterprises General contractor was very professional and produced project estimates and failures. I felt very comfortable with pricing and expertise and their knowledge. From begin to conclusion they work clean and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to call them.

Very overall contractor. I had them clean the rain gutters out and they did a great job. No dangling around, riding the clock . The 2 men got straight to work and ended within an hour (I agreed to clean out the yard afterwards - a simple job compared to climbing the roof). This firm is recommended by me.

I believe that this was an excellent value for the cost and that Edward's is a resource which I will utilize in the future.
Robert was resourceful, efficient, competent and pleasant. He quickly recognized the issue and resolved it.

My usual"man" that assists patch my aging sprinkler system wasn't available so I Yelp'd sprinkler repair and a few names came up. After reviewing reviews, Edwards Enterprises appeared to be the local favorite. Lee at Edwards managed to provide an appointment. Peter out of Edwards showed up at the moment. In fact Peter recognized it was a valve seal although I'd thought my problem was a busted water pipe. Instead of a cost of tens of thousands of dollars to dig and fix the price was only a fraction of that. Regularly responded on Yelp to articles. Guess what? Edwards is my"visit" for all my GC work. I shall refer them to my friends and loved ones. Well done EE. Well done Peter.

See summary below.
Lowes didn't have the shade, drove to Home Depot and got the part, although he said he'd have to head to Lowes. I phoned Lowes and I had been told that they did have the color that was correct and that no one arrived in. (I'm going to suppose that this person didn't have the correct advice and was incorrect ) Nevertheless, my technician arrived at 1:24pm (you are being billed by the hour) and recognized the door handle wasn't the right type and would have to be specially arranged. I requested to stop service.
Speedy summary: The technician was type, but the supervisor Mike tried to get the money from me once he understood nothing was repaired. I paid $88 (the hourly rate fee) as soon as the technician brought back the wrong part and spent the vast majority of the hour (over 40 minutes) pushing for the component. Here is the main reason for the 1 star. He wanted to charge over the hour even though the technician was in my home less than 10 minutes, a $129 bill. I denied.
Mike, the supervisor tried to charge me an extra $29 for time over the hour.
That is with nothing. I denied. I did cover the $88 because he came out because it is the right thing to do. I simply referred to as the building company I installed my lighting with. I'd have gone with them but I had already made the appointment.
I called to substitute a latch. 11-1pm was the time. Said it had been repaired in 5 minutes, but I showed him that the doorway cracked.
This is a business which charges by the hour. Ask for a referral prior to agreeing with this. I wasn't provided this - which the technician told me is only $50 for an estimate.

Quite satisfied with the service they provided. I had a prior contractor attempt to install larger gable vents for my entire house fan to have air flow. Before applying the Stucco coat by installing fit vents they did a hack job. Edwards sent 2 men who redid the install wonderful out. I'd call them. Worth checking them out for those odd jobs that are a kind but not enough for a team. Really professional.

Mike had communication and outstanding customer support. The business worked hard to cure a service issue.

We phoned to hopefully schedule a service to the weekend; they could reserve us an appointment earlier--which was welcomed by my wife who's been needing our backyard in a walkable/usable way for some time now. The 2 guys they sent so were considerably faster than we had initially expected and worked hard to remove all the construction debris from our remodeling project, and were very kind. Overall we're very happy, and our criticism is that individuals wish that they offered weekend appointments. There is an hourly reservation minimal, although I was told that they do provide a few Saturday scheduling --which I guess makes sense. As I said, my wife is happy and I am also happy to now have the space to remodel the backyard terrace area also (sarcasm my spouse won't love ).

I called Edwards Enterprises first thing in the afternoon after realizing my water heater was not working. They had a technician out to my home by early afternoon. Rob, the technician, was clean, considerate and very diligent. He began by trying to clean the area that was not working to see if it might be fixed that way. We had a new thermocouple. He took out our old one and replaced it with a new one taking good care because he worked to keep the place he worked , the sole hallway in our condo. He also answered questions by my very inquisitive daughter, with patience and humor. When the part was set up he stayed until we had warm water and he could be certain he had completed the job. They were very reasonably priced. I would refer Edward Enterprises to any of friends or my loved ones!

Every time were reasonable as well and they performed to our satisfaction. We highly recommend them to anybody who needs a good handyman or contractor.
We have been living here just 4 years but in that time have employed Edwards 3 times for various tasks. There have been and we've been very satisfied with the job they've done. First we needed an instant hot water heater set up. They left no marks and took care of this countertop. We needed some carpentry work done, again quickly and done. Then we had a plumbing problem, needed a new faucet.

The men did a professional and speedy job at putting my Christmas lights up. Found out they do handyman work. I will call them .

The task involved incorporating several apparatus to three present water drip systems round my property and fixing a flow. The employee did an excellent job. From the beginning he was clear about what the requirements of the project were and what his approach to the work is. Between the components that he brought with him along with the parts I had in my garage no extra shopping for components or stuff was necessary. The Edward's patient finished the work expeditiously and performed what had to be completed in a way that was professional, competent and gracious. The cost depending was fair and had been made apparent from an estimate.
