In reacting to some water pressure issue in our Irvine house very fast, and the technician quickly isolated the problem. Replace it, which required soldering and he quickly went to buy the part. Job; excellent support. Ownership has changed and have maintained their quality support, although We've used this business for 15 years. THANKS

They deserve their score. The job was outstanding, on time, neat, and all for a price. I had one bidding slightly below theirs and over theirs. And they went out of the way for me. At the middle of this project, the shower head changed. Without hesitating, they consented to come without charging an additional fee, and install it. That's real service!

Titus fixed a pipe that was in a tricky spot in the garage and came into our rescue. Efficient asking for a quote via Yelp had been reached out to by us, and they return to us over two minutes. We sent photographs to them and they could estimate a price range. Although we got a quote from one of their opponents for less money, we felt comfortable with the proficiency of Titus.
We also appreciated the follow up after that day to ensure the leak had not returned. That is good customer service.

First TimeI'm somewhat nervous when hiring contractors for our property. I discovered EP through Yelp and after contacting them getting instant response , I chose to chose EP.
I know it toilet replacing but since they gave me excellent service with this particular job I would certainly hire them for plumbing tasks for our property. There is A plumber like having a hair dresser, you kind of want to keep yourself them so that they inaccessible or don't get too busy.
Husband is pleased with the toilet and the project went for this momma that's balancing in your home. I love the ease of just how everything went. He arrived at 12:30 and 3:15 completed the project. Two thumbs up!
Being that my husband kept me to find resolve ASAP, because of his thrown, I was excited to receive prompt reply and then scheduling was easy. And although it was not a plumbing crisis that was true I understood I had to find the replacement finish in a few days. They advised me, replaced my toilet with a TOTO toilet that was pleasant. Christopher, my plumber gave me a few choices from low-mid level after which we chose to stick with TOTO a regarded name in the toilet market.

Had a problem with the faucet in our bath/shower. I called Efficient Plumbing. They was able to repair the issue within half an hour and had the gear inside their truck. Everything looks like brand new!

I was having a problem with a toilet that needed fill valve changed and to have the flapper. Titus came out and replaced both components in 2 of my toilets pretty quickly. Steve was great and followed me up although the price I paid was high. We could agree on a price that I was happy with. Happy to work

I was known by my handy man Ed McCollough (best men to ask as they know other employees in the trade). I phoned to earn a appointment and they made sure to get me :-RRB- Love it!

The difficulty I phoned out them to fix has been related to water pressure because faucet, and they were able to assist with that. They told me ahead of time that the touch technology was not their area of expertise, and spent quite a long time fiddling with it in an effort to make it function, however in the end they were unable to get the touch port functioning again. Oh well, I am so happy that there is water coming from the sink I do not care and I eventually told them.
Update: was very happy, and Had out this company another time. When I showed an interest they had been on time, polite, and ready to speak about what they do . They gave me a few tips to test.

Titus at Efficient Plumbing was GREAT!! Was quoted from another company that advertises on TV like mad , obviously hoping to tear off an older girl more than $700 for a slow drain! Titus came out and fixed everything and more that she had for just over $200... I can't thank him enough for taking care of my mom and her pipes! I highly urge Efficient Plumbing and can use them for all our plumbing requirements!

The customer service was superb. They were friendly, answered the telephone and even called to give update about when to expect Titus.

Take a backup in a shower which required immediate attention. Called and in a couple of hours Titus showed up. He showed up in the window he had been supposed to, a text arrived before his arrival. After he showed up, the conversation was specialist, analyzed the amount that is quoted to affirm this, and bill paid, and departed in 20 minutes had the problem the place cleaned. Can use the company again.

Christopher Alex showed up inside their window of time and promptly got to work replacing two bathrooms and. Experienced and trustworthy experts that know what they are currently doing. And pricing on top of everything. It is clear that they take pride in doing a job. These guys are a class act!

I didn't receive a call back from my employer so figured it was time. Like many of the reviewers here, I browse through the reviews and chose Efficient. Yes, it's true, they are as great as everyone says they are!

We are extremely satisfied with Efficient Plumbing since they are professional, honest, timely, and possess reasonable (but certainly not cheap) costs. We will continue to call Efficient Plumbing for future demands.
We called Efficient Plumbing since there was a small amount of water leaking through the wall of our garage. They had an appointment the following day and Titus was our plumber. He did a great job of fixing and finding a hairline fracture in an incoming water pipe.

After listening to my description of the problem, they understood I needed my line hydro-jet'erectile dysfunction and their pro had a slot available for that afternoon. The tech was effective, on-time, professional, and did not appear to obey the wife and I camping out before his review camera.
I was impressed that Efficient Plumbing took the time. Every other plumber I called, for example, company I've used many times before, told me that they could not come out for 2 or a day - that was before I told them what was wrong. I frankly felt as though Efficient Plumbing wanted to help whenever they could.
And reasonable pricing - no"same day" surcharge - can use again.

We're having trouble finding a good plumber, we have employed many. Read reviews that are excellent about efficient plumbing. Chris and Alex came out did a fantastic job and showed the job that the other ought to have done. We have a home warranty because of the problems using it we decided simply to call an independent plumber and those guys were the ones to use. It would have been cheaper doing the work correctly the first time after using several plumbers if we would have used at the first place.
Cheap is not best!
